To beat the trackers firstly, know where 5G cell towers are hiding. This Govt website will allow you to search for towers in your area. (note that every smart street lamp has a built in 5G antenna).

https://www.rfnsa.com.au/site-list?

Though it has a recaptcha robo-checker, so make sure you clear you recent browsing history and cache before ticking the box, otherwise you’re giving them all that data.

Secondly, know your environment. It is worth investing in good EMF meters. The best amateur meters based on my research are from Safe and Sound. They have a low and mid band meter which covers 200 MHz to 8 GHz (no afiliation) – https://safelivingtechnologies.com/products/safe-and-sound-pro-ii-rf-meter.html

Safe and Sound also sell the only amateur high bandwidth 5G meter i’m aware of which covers 20 GHz to 40 GHz. It is not exactly cheap, but then again neither is a new mobile phone – https://safelivingtechnologies.com/products/safe-and-sound-pro-mmwave-meter.html

Thirdly, protect yourself when you’re out and about. From my research Lambs make the best anti-EMF apparel, incl: caps, beanies, tops, bottoms, hoodies etc. Men who planning a family especially should get into this gear to protect those little guys down there – https://getlambs.com/
Fourthly, protect your home. There is anti-EMF sheeting you can buy if you’re building a house which is code compliant and is installed in the walls and ceiling. I’ve also seen anti-EMF window film. But there are also many other anti-EMF solutions for the home. You can either do a search online, or employ a qualified Home Biologist who can advise you.

Fifth, if you must own a mobile phone, which most of us do. Then at least use a de-google phone like Clear phone which uses the Graphene OS. Simple tips are to keep it on airplane mode in a faraday bag when out and about. That gives you 100% protection and prevents mobile phone towers from pinging your phone. Remember Cell phone towers can ping the chip in your phone and geolocate you *regardless* of whether it is in airplane mode or not. Cell towers also ping the chip in your credit/debit card and the internal chip in the jabbed.

So if you’re carrying your wallet or purse, put your credit/debit cards in the faraday bag also. Also, you can buy harmonising chips which neutralise the EMF radiation from phones. I like this one from Akiko Audio, as I know their products work – https://www.akikoaudio.com/en/akiko-audio/tuning-chips/518-akiko-audio-mobile-tuning-chip-english

Lastly, if you’re concerned about the proliferation of facial recognition cameras (incl: the facial recognition cameras installed in every smart street lamp. Yes folks, that’s the disc shaped pod sticking out of bottom of every smart lamp), then check out Reflectacles glasses which are designed to fool facial recognition cameras. They make a pretty cool pairing wiht a Lambs cap or beanie & hoodie I reckon – https://www.reflectacles.com/#home

  1. @Aussiemal, mobile phones are the gateway for the technocratic beast system they are creating. They’re already getting us used to using digital wallets ahead of the coming programmable CBDC, and they’re already beta-testing a points based compliance system on the unemployed in preparation for the coming carbon-based social credits system. Mobile phones as I mentioned are also the gateway for the nano chips in the jabbed to link up to the Internet of bodies (IOB) and Internet of things (IOT). Mainstream phones like Apple and Android-based phones like Samsung are also excellent spying devices as I described in my letter above. My next phone will be a privacy phone, like Clear Phone which is de-googled and based on the graphene OS (no relation to actual graphene). Health-wise, mobile phones amplify cellular radiation when in use. So I always keep my phone on airplane mode, and keep my phone on speaker phone at arms length when making calls. In terms of alternatives to using your mobile phone for calls, you could buy a VOIP phone which is better health-wise because it’s voice over internet protocol, but calls can be spied on like calls from Iphones etc. I enquired with my current Telco if I could use a normal corded phone with my internet/phone plan and was told that they only offer VOIP phone services, and that only Telstra offer old style copper phone lines to business customers. So if you run a business, as far as i’m aware you can still used a corded phone on the old copper network, otherwise you’ll have to make do with VOIP and/or your mobile phone. If you’re stuck with your mobile phone, read my tips above about how to minimize your exposure.

  2. Those of us that want nothing to do with 5G, sounds like we will have no phone or computer contact with anybody. Could somebody comment? May be landline still available?

  3. Yes but if you wrap anything in foil, make sure that doesn’t directly touch the metal box – if you are putting your phones and flash drives and whatnots in a metal box, wrap the stuff in foil, then put them in a plastic pencil case or a cloth cinch bag or wrap in a thick towel so there is no direct metal-to-metal contact. Savvy?

  4. Good practical advice.

Tony, I know you play electric guitar, so if you’ve got a semi-decent instrument, open up the electrics cavity: – it should be shielded with copper sheet.

This shields the guitar electrics from picking up unwanted ‘electromagnetic junk,’ which produces a ‘pure’ and ‘uncontaminated’ tone, – the Faraday principle is the same.

    From one cave-dweller to another.

PS.: Luthiers also used copper paint.

  5. @Joey, I’m aware that aluminium and mylar film have been used in DIY faraday cages before. Though wrapping your phone is alu foil isn’t very practical when you’re out and about. These days you can buy a Faraday bag for the price of a burger (check out the link I posted below). That said, an easy way to test a DIY solution is to get a friend or family member to try to send a text to your phone when you’re in an area with a strong signal.

  6. tonyryan43 said – “Just one question, what is a faraday bag?”

Any bag made of or impregnated with conductive material which SEALS all around is a “Faraday Bag”.

Just like any very close-fitting all-metal toolbox is a “Faraday Box”.

Named after the “Faraday Cage” consisting basically of close-knit chicken-wire covering the walls, floor and ceiling of a so-called “shielded room”, or as a standalone shielded enclosure.

    It’s not rocket science.

Except with the high frequencies now in use, chicken wire no longer cuts it. Any gap more than a fraction of a mm will leak let this shit leak through, BOTH WAYS, in AND out.

And Joey said – “Will wrapping some good quality aluminium foil around the phone, be effective too?”

Yes, it will. Just wrap it good all around and don’t leave any gaps AT ALL, and maybe fold it over at the ends just for good measure.

  7. I just stumbled out of my cave, trying to read this article and, realisng this EMF thingie is probably more dangerous than a sabre-tooth, I take it to heart.

Just one question, what is a faraday bag?

For other cave dwellers and dinasaurs, I recommend you read the Queen of EMF Frances Leader of SUBSTACK. She discusses the entire EMF phenomenon in 20th century language as well as in teki. Take this seriously.

    Many thanks, David A.
