HAARP was indeed used to create the earthquake in Turkey. There was a book I purchased in 1998, while I was at school and the title of it was “Angles don’t play this HAARP” by Dr Nick Begich and Jeane Manning, released in 1997. It was worth the read back then and it explained everything the DoD was doing with HAARP and the real intent… well how right were they. Most major calamity has been created with HAARP.

The HAARP project has been known about since at least 1998 when a book was written by
Jerry E. Smith called;
“HAARP The ultimate weapon of the Conspiracy”.
That book is still available on Amazon.
The spiel at the back of the book claims that “The HAARP project in Alaska is one of the most controversial projects ever undertaken by the US Government. This futuristic technology is everything from super-beam weapon to a world-wide mind control device.
HAARP has many possible Scientific and Military applications from raising a planetary defence shield to peering deep into the earth.
Jerry Smith gives the history of the HAARP project and explains how it can be used as an awesome weapon of destruction….(stating) it could be the most dangerous device ever created”
The thing about all of this is that it’s also pretty clear that ‘climate change’ is nothing more than a dangerous lie.
The atmosphere has, and is being manipulated in a number of ways.
Directed energy fires, ionospheric interference, cloud seeding, rain ‘bombs’…
The ‘powers’ have been manipulating our atmosphere, our weather, and our lives, for all our lifetimes. We just haven’t known the full extent of it.
Knowing that now might help us to keep perspective on a daily basis, but it won’t necessarily do anything to save us.
Their plans have become a fulminating boil about to burst.
Now it’s no longer a matter of if, but when.
