REINER Fuellmich, the German lawyer going after the WHO and other parties over the fraudulent, panic-inducing COVID PCR tests and related matters, says a “Nuremberg II” court may be needed to prosecute the key players in the global scam.

He says the offenders are among a group of several thousand “super rich” people including Klaus Schwab, chief of the World Economic Forum and people associated with him. “They bribe doctors, hospital workers and politicians. People who do not cooperate are threatened. They use all kinds of psychological techniques to manipulate people,” Fuellmich recently told South African blogger “Jerm Warfare”.

In the interview Fuellmich cited two court cases ruling against the validity of PCR tests – one last year in an appellate court in Portugal and one at the time of the interview (early April) in Vienna won by the Austrian Populist Party (FPO) whose meeting in January had been shut down by authorities on the basis of COVID. Fuellmich said there would be more cases that would support the class action. The two cases he referred to found against the legality of lockdowns or quarantine based on PCR testing which courts found to be seriously flawed.

In a related case a German district court ruled the state of Thuringa’s Infection Protection Act was “not a sufficient legal basis for such a far-reaching regulation as a contact ban”. The order of the contact ban had violated human dignity and had not been proportionate. In another case overturned on appeal, The Hague Court ruled the COVID-19 lockdown imposed by the Dutch Govt had no legal basis. The appeals judges argued that they wanted to avoid what they called a “yo-yo effect,” referring to public confusion around whether the curfew was still in force. Midway through 2020, Fuellmich revealed his plans to take the WHO to court for crimes against humanity. Having beaten the giant VW corporation in the diesel emissions case and leading actions against Deutsche Bank and Kuehne and Nagel, the world’s largest shipping company, he is regarded as one of the most powerful lawyers in Europe. “There is light at the end of the tunnel,” he told Jerm Warfare. “We have won lawsuits and there’ll be more such cases. We’re close to a tipping point. These are the worst crimes against humanity ever committed.”

“The few people who can still think independently, about 10 to 20 percent of the population, know that this was never about a virus or health, but about the thinning of the world’s population and control,” Fuellmich said. “The corona vaccines have nothing to do with vaccination, but are part of genetic experiments.”

Fuellmich does not give those pushing the pandemic credit for being entirely clever. His team’s research has revealed that the players make a lot of mistakes behind the scenes. For example, he believes the vaccine makers did not expect that so many side effects would already occur.

A whistleblower who spoke to Fuellmich the entire scenario was originally planned for 2050, but the people pulling the strings became greedy and it was decided to implement the plans much earlier, according to the whistleblower. “I think that’s why they make so many mistakes,” said Fuellmich, who is one of four members of the German Corona Investigative Committee that has taken statements from more than 100 scientists and experts since July 10, 2020.

Fuellmich also spoke to the WHO whistleblower Dr Astrid Stuckleberger who said Switzerland is the center of corruption, and that GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation) and Bill Gates have total immunity from everything they do.

She said WHO’s rules for working with countries virtually put WHO in charge of all pandemic rules, edicts and announcements and Gates (the second biggest contributor to the WHO after the US before Trump), was part of the executive board “like an unofficial member state, making decisions that affect the entire world”.

In a statement posted online last year, Fuellmich said the corruption cases with Deutsche Bank, VW and Kuehne and Nagel paled in comparison in view of the extent of the damage that the corona crisis has caused and continues to cause and those responsible for it must be criminally prosecuted and sued for civil damages.

The Corona Investigative Committee investigations trace the beginnings of the “plandemic” back to May 2019 when Germany’s governing coalition, the CDU, held a Congress on Global Health, apparently at the instigation of important players from the pharmaceutical industry and the tech industry.

Fuellmich said “the usual suspects” gave their speeches at the congress. Angela Merkel was there, and the German Secretary of Health, Jens Spahn. Also attending were Professor Drosten, virologist from the Charite Hospital in Berlin; Professor Wieler, veterinarian and Head of the RKI, the German equivalent of the CDC; Mr Tedros, philosopher and Head of the World Health Organization (WHO) and; the chief lobbyists of the world’s two largest health funds – the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Wellcome Trust.

“Less than a year later, these very people called the shots in the proclamation of the worldwide corona pandemic, made sure that mass PCR tests were used to prove mass infections with Covid-19 all over the world, and are now pushing for vaccines to be invented and sold worldwide.”
