Episode one with Harry and Mike discussing the ATO as we the people are waking up to the TAX man

By HARRY PALMER

Several years ago, I initiated Australian Patriot Radio with the intention of enlightening the public with accurate information regarding the misleading practices of Australian corporations, media, and government entities. Unfortunately, health issues compelled me to shutter the website; however, I continued to engage in limited duties at Cairns News.

Once again collaborating with Mike Holt, we are proud to launch our weekly podcast, “Two Up,” featuring a revamped format from our previous productions, which will be released every Monday.

In the near future, we will extend invitations to guests to join our virtual studio, engaging in discussions alongside Harry and Mike, with the exciting future prospect of streaming “Two Up Chat Room.”

  1. @JohnK you obviously have not read the law. It is very clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately many of the judges and lawyers have absolutely no idea about the law either. I know this from personal experience, and the comments from three judges who told me during my trial that I know a lot about the law for a non-lawyer. The fact is this in section 48, the bills of exchange access that once they take delivery of ability exchange there is no more debt. You may not be aware of this but once you register the mail to send a bill of exchange it is considered under the law to have been delivered and accepted already. Therefore, their claim that they cannot accept a bill of exchange is absolute bullshit. They just don’t know the law. And if you lost in court is because you don’t know Law well enough to argue it.

  2. This is the worst advice. Just had an ex Adelaide AFL player try that trick out in court, with Channel Nine. It doesn’t work. They, ‘they’ don’t follow their own laws. You won’t get anywhere with this technique.

  3. Or join the public service like you did that guarentees a wage in any financial calamity

  4. The simple method is to copy what the Aboriginals and criminals do: work cash jobs, bludge on welfare and never pay tax.
Aussies won’t do this as they are bovine.

  5. Hi harry and Mike, a very interesting approach that everyone should be aware of – thanks. But that should only be a short-term solution. It has parallels to every part of the current Australian government and governance. Even if you fixed the manifest problems with the ATO and tax system, there’s still all the other parts of the government that will overwhelm any such solution. The full solution that would fix all the problems is a full restructure of the whole Australian government and governance. This should include removing all current taxes and replacing them with a single GST on non-essential products, collected by reformed councils. This is all explained in a proposal in the first post on my website http://www.better-management.org . Changes to the tax system need to be part of a total change that will benefit the great majority of Australian people, excluding, of course, the banksters and ATO staff.

  6. Hey folks,

I vote the FIRST guest be Clive Palmer.

Kick the new enterprise off with a family gathering, so to speak.

Could maybe have asked Harold too, but word on the street is he’s unavailable.
