After the Black Friday Liberal leadership spill today Sussan Ley has called it quits, and intends to resign from parliament, creating a by-election in Farrer. This is not unexpected, because the Libs have consistently ignored the vast majority of Australians over the last decades, including Sussan herself, particularly in the Murray Darling Basin (MDB) water space, where she consistently let her electorate down BECAUSE of the Liberal Party policies, which she was powerless to change, or complicitly embraced.
Her parliamentary term just in relation to the MDB alone oversaw massive job losses, bankruptcies or quasi-bankruptcies, foreclosures, loss of equity, and suicides. Although Sussan Ley was an influential voice in the Liberals, she was either powerless to do anything, or chose not to. Regardless, she was not screaming from the rooftops about these issues and Farrer is one of the largest electorates affected by the MDB Plan. It’s not as though she didn’t understand the issues, she did.
What she didn’t understand, or was complicit in, was the ruthless influence and dictatorial power thrust upon us by the UN and their tentacles regarding water policy and many other things. Plenty of people made representations to Ley, but she apparently closed her eyes to it, no doubt dismissing it as a “conspiracy theory” unfit for the Liberal’s eyes, lest their duplicity be discovered by the unawakened masses.
She and many others voted for the “fig leaf” that covered Turnbull’s Water Act (2007). Yet the Federal Grubberment itself told us “In summary, the general purposes of the Water Act and the Basin Plan are: (1) to give effect to relevant international agreements”[i]. The fig leaf, as Prof. John Briscoe[ii] called it, was the Ramsar Convention.
“… the authors of the Water Act 2007 had to find legal cover for usurping state powers. An alert and enterprising environmental lawyer found the fig-leaf, which was the Ramsar Convention, which the Commonwealth government had signed, committing itself to protecting wetlands which are critical to migratory birds.”
In fact, a whole list of UN instruments were listed in the Water Act, but I believe I was the first person in Australia to bring to the public’s attention what the traitors planning, developing and signing this Act always knew. At the end of that list was “and any other international convention to which Australia is a party and that is … relevant … and prescribed by the regulations…”
I pointed out in various extensive submissions that this meant FUTURE CONVENTIONS we might sign! It’s a blank chequebook and it continues to destroy primary production and our national food security(in line with Lima, I might add)! Sussan Ley was there all that time, as member for Farrer, embracing some of the most productive irrigation areas in Australia.
She SAID nothing about this. She did not fight against it. She certainly fought for bandaids to patch over it, but not for the CORE problem, which was always this issue.

She and Angus Taylor, her “successor”, a Rhodes Scholar, just voted for Labor’s hate speech laws much to the detriment of the electorate. Again, the Bondi shooting was just the fig-leaf to ride rough-shod over ordinary people’s rights instead of properly dealing with real offenders.
Sussan Ley and the Libs, including Angus Taylor, and indeed, National Michael McCormack, voted to desecrate our right to free speech. It is a RIGHT, a God-given right, and cannot be legislated away. In fact, that is precisely one reason why we also have a God-given and Constitutional right to own guns – suitable for when our government, which is supposed to be serving us – goes rogue and we need to defend ourselves against that. They’ve all gone rogue now, and daily make laws which are unlawful to make, yet they continue on as though they have a divine right. But that is fast unravelling, and we’re seeing it globally.
PEOPLE ARE SICK AND TIRED
Ley’s leadership, if one could call it that, has been less about her ability and more due to the woke policies the Libs have embraced. Sussan is one person in government who has gotten her hands dirty with practical work, unlike most lawyers-cum-pollies. But, she wasn’t true to her constituency in the end, and she knows this, hence her impending resignation.
People are sick and tired of being trodden on, especially by the Libs, who consistently embrace ALP policy, giving only lip service to small differences. No wonder One Nation is topping the polls (28%), almost equal with the ALP at the moment (30.5%), and way above the Libs at 18% and irrelevant Nats (2.5%), with 11.5% saying they’ll vote for independents.
Australians, especially those who are waking up faster than ever since the Covid scam was thrust upon us by the same corrupt UN/WEF/elitist players are sick of being ignored. They’re sick of the Uni-Party joining forces to make unlawful “laws” against ordinary mums and dads. They’re sick of being told by pollies in the pockets of big government, big health, big corporates, big water grabbers, big Renew-a-bull Energy corporates and big anything else don’t worry, the Aussie mug taxpayers will fork out.
They’re sick of governments subsidising or transferring their wealth to the likes of big power companies in the form of higher power bills for less energy efficiency. They’re sick of being told they can’t be the arbiter of their own health, or that they must have a poisonous jibbety-jab to subsidise big pharma in order to comply with the UN/globalist’s de-population agenda. They’re sick of geo-engineering.
They’re sick of high rentals and lack of housing caused mainly by high immigration which we can’t sustain. (We are bringing in the population of my shire every week, for example). Farmers are sick of paying high water bills and not getting their rightful allocations. They’re sick of water traders setting the agenda when they’ve got no skin in the game.
They’re sick of banksters running the whole agenda; sick of working their bums off while banksters can simply loan money into existence; sickened because we let them do it; sick of the fact that when the banksters are caught out in criminal behaviour that they are let off because they are “too big to fail”.
They’ll be really sick when they find out their silver or metals contracts they thought they owned will be worthless because they didn’t really exist – just a figure of the banksters extending their fractional reserve banking CONfidence to the commodities market. They’re sick of losing their properties and soon their (paper) silver and gold to banksters playing their market-rigging games. They’re sick of the law for fining them a pittance for criminal behaviour which banks consider is just a cost of doing business. They’re sick of being the mugs who end up paying.
They’re sick of the compliant media who do the government’s bidding – or that of Big Pharma, big banks, big riggers etc etc. Sick of the ABC getting big $$$ yet won’t air different opinions as they’re supposed to do, if it doesnt’ fit with their woke views.
People are sick of the movers and shakers like Epstein running the show. Fancy Jamie Diamon seeking Epstein’s blessing about who to promote, eh??? They’ll be physically sick when they find out what all their “heroes” have been up to behind the scenes as all the Epstein stuff unravels. Or when they learn who is involved in Australia. They’ll be really angry with those who call themselves journo’s who haven’t reported this.
They’re sick of stupid politicians lying to them and being in the pockets of the likes of Epstein (whether or not they know it), and they’re sick of the uni-party most of all.
So while Sussan Leys down to “spend more time with the family”, Rhodent Scholar Angus is out there pretending he’s going to make a difference and “listening to Australians”.
Yeah right, I can see those pigs flying across the flaming red and yellow sunset combusting right about now.
He’ll toe the Rhodes Scholar globalist line while he tells us he’s listening. Perhaps enough will believe him as he tries to rescue the burning Libs from the scorching flames? Tony Abbott does. Perhaps the ALP is right, and he’s Just Another Liberal![iii]

I’m sorry Tom, and I am sick of Mr. Rope calling Australians bovine and you now joining in.
I am wondering what cloth you have been cut from, because there is another place (and we are not allowed to mention that) that calls EVERYONE bovine except themselves.
And I will point out that many of the people who contribute to Cairns News are off their backsides trying to make a difference.
And we didn’t vote them in. We just have to vote. And if we don’t, we end up like the UK because there will be a government, and you may be worse off.
Yeah I agree with Rope. Aussies really are Bovine. Deserve what you have. I got back after 15 years in the EU (European Soviet Union). Australia is gone (Melbourne especially). I feel like I’m in China. If I drive west, I’m in India. Drive south-east, I’m in Afghanistan, other places I’m in the middle east. Spot the Aussie? Yeah in Gippsland.
“PEOPLE ARE SICK AND TIRED.” I wish they were because they keep voting for the bastards.
