Roger Cook: the perfect smiling premier for the perfect corporate state where deals for mates are the norm.
Opposition leader Shane Love will be lucky to get WA’s corrupt Labor Party establishment to own up to conflict of interest.

WESTERN Australia’s Nationals and Opposition leader Shane Love wants the Corruption and Crime Commission to investigate the outsourcing of election staffing to a Singapore-based labour hire company PersolKelly.

West Australians stupidly elected their third consecutive Labor government this month, lining themselves up for government by a swill of unaccountable yes men and women occupying 43 seats as against the miserable 9 for the Liberal and National parties, five and four respectively.

The Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) recently signed an $87 million contract with a company called Programmed Skilled Workforce to provide a “temporary election workforce” for polls between 2024 and 2029.

He has also asked the CCC to investigate donations made by PersolKelly’s parent company to WA Labor, which sounds suspiciously like a special deal done for corporate mates.

As Cairns News has reported before, Western Australia is a special sort of “closed shop” from the rest of Australia, where strange things happen to people who cross the wrong people in authority – like the mysterious masonic-style ritualistic murder of Corryn Rayney, wife of the prominent barrister Lloyd Rayney, who was charged with but later cleared of her murder.

The picture that emerged around that case was a state judiciary, police and political establishment riddled with nepotism and old boy networks that will take extraordinary and corrupt steps to protect thier own turf.

So it comes as no surprise that WA’s newly elected Labor Party government and its Premier Roger Cook are implicated in a corrupt deal involving lucrative state contracts being farmed out to mates and party donors.

In the wake of a barrage of election day issues, the state’s Corruption and Crime Commission has been asked to investigate the outsourcing of election staffing and donations made by a key company involved in resourcing the poll.

It has also emerged that this month’s election was marred by all sorts of suspicious issues such as polling places running out of ballot papers, longer-than-usual wait times and some voters claiming they were turned away all together. This sounds suspiciously like some of the poll rigging operations run in the US in recent year.

According to the ABC Premier Cook’s office has now promised an independent investigation will be established “at an appropriate time” but said the current focus should be on counting votes.

Mr Love has already blamed the use of PersolKelly for issues on the day, saying the Electoral Commissioner Robert Kennedy had “outsourced his job”, and that the shift to outsourcing should have been made more public.

“We’re seeing staff who have been under-resourced and under-trained and polling booths where people are being turned away because there simply wasn’t enough ballot papers,” he told media during the week.

Mr Love has written to the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC), formally urging them to investigate. The WA Electoral Commission (WAEC) has also promised an investigation into the election, but defended the decision to use PersolKell, saying it undertook a “competitive and transparent tender process in 2023 to identify the best solution for our staffing needs”.

Programmed Maintenance Services, a Japanese-based company, owns PersolKelly Australia, which carried out the work. It trades just as Programmed, and donated $66,770 to the WA Labor Party and $13,250 to the Liberals. The Nationals say they also received $2,500.

This is of course “the game” the big parties play and Mr Love deserves some kudos at least for taking up the issue, even if he is part of that political game. But the boys and girls Labor has installed in the bureaucracy will likely ensure a frustrating and fruitless battle for justice.

A major reason for WA’s lame-duck parliament was the bland and not particularly inspiring Liberal leader Libby Mettam. The tragedy has been sealed with the election of four Greens.

23 thought on “Smiling Roger Cook and WA Labor’s dirty little outsourcing deal”
  1. Corrections to my earlier post. I can’t work out how to correct it as it is.
allarmed should be alarmed, Albanese, that.
Also ,Skytl is being used in Singapore.
Look up its history if it is still available

  2. All. patriotic Aussies should be very allarmed at our voting papers going to Singapore to be counted etc.
SKYTL, ..similar to Dominion software which got Joe1 Biden in, is now being used by the AEC. It is not to be trusted…neither is the AEC.
I have grave doubts about the outcome of the Federal election….in reality, Albanes should be wiped out with a majoity, he is so loathed….but will thst happen?
    We wait and see?
    PUT GREENS LAST !

  3. In the upcoming federal election the vote for Malcolm Roberts is extremely important, he is the one most vigorously pursuing the government’s mass murder by injections campaign. Other front runners contesting this election include Madison King who is featured in an older CN story. If you don’t vote for them they won’t get a seat. Basically the government ministers and their lackeys intend to wipe you out by the 2030’s, under orders from London. You are “sold out”.
The mind boggling ignorance of the “do not vote” lobby should be completely ignored. IF YOU VOTE EARLY USE A PEN.
We are outnumbered by stoopids and many stoopids are paying the price. This mob keeps voting red-blue in ignorance, thinking one or the other will beat their economic problems. The UnaParty is the cause of your economic problems.

  4. How is that “Vote Independent” and only in pen, gig working in WA folks? You reckon we should go national with it? 😉

  5. Grinning monkey was health minister until end of 2021: data
    https://news.rebekahbarnett.com.au/p/west-australian-government-finally
Grinning monkey got about 4 million injections into WA arms during 2021 before getting cold feet and bailing out.
Hello murder man !!! Congrats on your win.
I know someone at present with “pneumonia”, but blood clots on the blood side of the lungs ( where there are vast numbers of tiny capillaries releasing CO2 and other waste products ) can appear like pneumonia, with wheezing and whatever.
Of course I had no injection so I am perfectly well even though long in teeth.

  6. I don’t trust the result of any election held in Australia. There has never been a free and fair election held here.

  7. ‘Expel Soros agents’ — Hungary issues list of demands to EU

Viktor Orban has urged Brussels to strongly protect the national interests of member states

‘Expel Soros agents’ — Hungary issues list of demands to EU

Brussels should take decisive steps towards denying EU membership to Ukraine and ending the influence of foreign agents linked to billionaire George Soros on the bloc’s policies, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has stated. He has called for the absolute national sovereignty of member states over domestic issues.

In a post on X on Saturday, Orban urged Brussels to “expel Soros agents” from the European Commission and “remove corrupt lobbyists” from the European Parliament. ……………..

  8. Having just been through the fiasco called the Western Australian state election, I can confirm that the organisation and running of the polling stations was an absolute shambles. The school which has served as our polling place for forty years was changed to a small unoccupied shop 2 km away from the original, and now outside the electorate boundary. It was supposed to serve two electorates and had two queues, but couldn’t indicate which was which, causing much confusion. There were only four staff per queue, and because each voter had to be found on their laptop computers and told the new arrangements, it took about five minutes to actually register – a task which took less than a minute with the ‘old-fashioned’ book. On top of that, the ballot papers had to be put into a yellow envelope, sealed, and put into the ballot box. I found out from my cousin that they did not have yellow envelopes at his polling station. It was just the usual two ballot boxes.

Prior to the election, there was little or no advertising to tell us who the candidates were, or where the polling stations had been re-located to. Apart from that it appears that voting could be done almost any time in the two weeks leading up to the election day, let alone by post or as an absentee. In other words the whole election was open to fraud. The sole daily newspaper and the television media only considered Lib and Lab in their offerings, and the ‘West’ clearly favoured Labour. No other candidates were mentioned, unless they paid for adverts.

As to whether Western Australians actually voted for Cook to be returned is open to speculation, as, like the 2020 US presidential election, the opportunity for fraud and cheating was so much greater this time around, especially with the outsourcing of electoral commission work. Personally, I find it hard to believe that Cook, as failed Health Minister and failed Premier could get so much support. But then again, that’s what the big boys wanted, and as has been said before, elections are only held to create an illusion of democracy. The decision was already made, regardless of the people.

  9. “the boys and girls Labor has installed in the bureaucracy will likely ensure a frustrating and fruitless battle for justice.”

In response to a number of issues I raised with WA’s Po Commissioner in 2007 re an unwarranted raid of my real property/residence I was sent two CCC letters: “We’ll look into it” & “nothing to see here”

A fair indication that the CCC is a faction of the WAPS ?

One certainty, you’d be hard pressed to find a more festering quagmire of corruption than what’s been created by the State judiciary

  10. The independent running for Fremantle was allegedly defeated by the sitting ALP member, on preferences adding up to 51%. The independent was on the crooked ABC-TV news and started saying something then after a few seconds was cut off.
The last AEC boss ( of about ten years ) used to work for Raytheon ( missiles ) a very DeepState type of job, not the background you’d expect, presumably hired a bunch of his interesting mates before leaving the role.

  11. The Western Australian electorate just confirmed that the Covid-19 “vaccine” has an detrimental effect on the brain. McGowan and Cook have just been involved in treason and murder in a huge way and the public has voted Cook back into power instead of insisting that he stands trial.

If anybody thinks I am speaking with false tongue, I have the evidence to back up what I have said. McGowan and Cook know this is the case. So does the Commonwealth Covid-19 Inquiry as they have a copy of my information.

  12. Selection. one would have to be living under a rock to not see and read that our ‘elections” are rigged.

  13. Maybe when the sh!t has finally dried properly after their State wide diarrhea episode after the BIG scary covid boogeyman, they might wake up to find the prison bars have already been installed!

  14. Editor, cairnsnews said – “… West Australians stupidly elected their third consecutive Labor government this month…”

The more suspicious among us might be tempted to ask – did they, did they REALLY?

All the so-called “Electoral Commissions” all across Australia are just sold-out Treasonous commercial fronts TRADING under their respective registered business names, after all.

All beholden to their foreign corporate masters. SELECTION is the rule here in Australia, “votes” don’t really amount to anything beyond consenting to the never-ending hostile belligerent foreign corporate occupation of our country.

    Just saying.
