The bill would prohibit the Department of State and the United States Agency for International Development from providing any funding to the World Economic Forum.
“Forcing American Taxpayers to fund annual ski trips for insular, global elitists is absurd – not to mention reprehensible,” said Rep. Perry. “The World Economic Forum doesn’t deserve one cent of American funding, and it’s past time we defund Davos.”
Hosted in Davos, Switzerland, the World Economic Forum’s annual conference brings together CEOs, world leaders, and other officials to discuss elitist, dystopian ideas like global solidarity and eating bugs to solve world hunger. Throughout the years, the U.S. has spent millions to fund the Forum and its anti-American conference.
“The wealthy WEF globalists should not receive Americans’ hard-earned tax dollars,” said Rep. Tiffany. “The Defund Davos Act would ensure that U.S. tax dollars are not funding the World Economic Forum and their reset on our way of life. I thank Congressman Perry for leading this important effort.”
The Davos conference allows the global elites and leaders of countries like China and Iran to argue against the interests of the American People and devise means by which global governance can be implemented. The Forum’s objectives include designing and implementing a global financial system, getting countries to enforce electric vehicle purchases and car sharing, using Artificial Intelligence to drive the economy and society, and other global public interests.

Milei wasn’t the subject matter of the video, – it was the presentation of the historical economic facts that went viral. That was the subject of the video, – not Milei!. – FFS!
Why diversionary?, – it was actually very factual, its only diversionary if you subscribe to Socialist Keynesian economics, and you perceive it as diverting people away from this model. In fact he could have added Tasmania to his discourse, where Ed mentioned a couple of days ago, that its largest industry is now welfare reception, – that is a Socialist economy..
As Hayek said, – ‘If Socialists understood economics, they wouldn’t be Socialists.’
I haven’t looked into it, I don’t even know what’s been sold, – I’m not really interested, but off the top of my head, I wouldn’t be surprised if Milei’s simply paying off Argentina’s debts to its creditors. These debts would have accrued due to the previous generations of Socialist governments.
It is highly probable, that because he’s only just taken office, Milei’s probably doing first things first, and paying off the country’s national debt, – as any good economist would do. He’s only just about started the preliminary process of getting the country’s broken finances in order.
By diminishing/eliminating Argentina’s debt first, that gets the interest payments out of the way and the associated debt slavery is diminished/eliminated: – these interest debts are probably larger than the original loans. That’s always the very first thing to do.
As with any company or nation [household or individual], as soon as the debts are paid off, the economy should immediately start to improve, generate growing GDP and increase the nation’s currency reserves. It wouldn’t surprise me, if Milei invests the newly acquired capital elsewhere in the World, – into global assets that will generate more income than the national assets, – which may well be loss making? He might simply be offloading ‘liabilities’?, – have you even thought about that?
So they might not even be ‘assets’ in the real sense, but instead, – loss making liabilities!
By investing the capital into ‘superior returning’ global investments, Milei could rebuild the national currency reserves and buy back the national assets at a future date. There are probably many scenarios at play here, so I wouldn’t be too hasty myself, as there are too many variables involved.
Washington’s time honoured modus operandi has always involved loaning dollars at very low interest rates, so the indebted country can just about service its debts. To secure the payment of the loan, national assets are primarily used as collateral securities, so if the debt payments fall behind, the security assets are sold to service the debt.
With this signed into agreement, – you’ve guessed it!, – the FED then raises interest rates, the nation can no longer service its debt payments, so its forced to sell the country’s assets as agreed. The whole of Africa and Latin America was asset stripped by this means. Do you wonder why these countries are joining the BRICS [Argentina excepted].
It is highly probable, that the new president is merely servicing the debt obligations of his predecessors. Milei has inherited an ‘utterly destroyed’ economy, – its constructive to remember that.
So instead of relying solely upon superficial news, I would probably look into the books more deeply, before making a more conclusive decision as to what is really going on. If you do analyse the nation’s book-keeping records, I’d be interested to learn what you find, so do let me know.
