Ukraine destroys samples of bubonic plague, anthrax, brucellosis, diphtheria, salmonella and leptospirosis, which confirms that the US and the Ukraine violated the convention on the prohibition of biological and toxic weapons – and particularly, the ban on gain-of-function research on February 24, the day Russia invaded.

As one wag put it, we don’t just have “the fog of war” right now, we have a battle royale for control of the narrative being fought with fog machines.

Victoria Nuland: “Ukraine has chemical and biological weapons”

Neo-Lib Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland appeared to let the cat out of the bag on Tuesday, while testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, replying to Senator Marco Rubio’s question, “Does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons?”

VICTORIA NULAND: Ukraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we’re now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how we can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.

MARCO RUBIO: I’m sure you’re aware that the Russian propaganda groups are already putting out there all kinds of information about how they have uncovered a plot by the Ukrainians to unleash biological weapons in the country, and with NATO’s coordination.

If there is a biological or chemical weapon incident or attack inside Ukraine, is there any doubt in your mind that 100% it would be the Russians behind it?

VICTORIA NULAND: There is no doubt in my mind, Senator. And in fact, it is a classic Russian technique to blame the other guy for what they are planning to do themselves.

Journalist Glenn Greenwald’s reaction to this was: “Really good cleanup by Rubio: interrupting Nuland’s bizarre confession, which he did not expect, and immediately directing her to say that if there’s a biological attack, it must be Russia. Why is she so concerned Russia would seize such a benign ‘biological research facility’?”

Some opine that Nuland’s admission was a CYA move, because she saw what happened with the massive discrediting of Fauci, DTRA, DARPA, EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszak. She wanted to preempt the Russians, who that same day announced that there were 30 Pentagon-financed biolabs operating in former Soviet republics bordering Russia.

The Russians concur with George Webb that the funding for these is through the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and that the operator is Black & Veatch, the same contractor that operates Fort Detrick and other high-security biolabs in the US.

George Webb says that he has confirmed with officers at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) that they have been working with Ukraine at 11 different biolabs and says he was given copies of the signed contracts, with the names of individuals involved, proving the existence of what was called “UPA” (Ukraine Program Aid), relating to a hemorrhagic fever bioweapon.

George described the a program in Ukraine as being comprised of 4,000 people, soldiers and sailors at facilities in each corner of Ukraine and he said the codenames given to these pathogens appeared to refer to batch numbers from sister facilities in Kazakhstan.

The Russian ministry of defense also claimed that Ukraine’s ministry of health had ordered the destruction of the pathogens in these labs on February 24th, the day of the Russian invasion, including samples of bubonic plague, anthrax, brucellosis, diphtheria, salmonella and leptospirosis, which confirms that the US and the Ukraine violated the convention on the prohibition of biological and toxic weapons – and particularly, the ban on gain-of-function research.

The US State Department, desperate to clean up Nuland’s mess tweeted that “The US is in full compliance with its obligations under the Biological Weapons Convention and does not develop or possess chemical and biological weapons anywhere.”

Russian Foreign Affairs Press Secretary Maria Zakarova had this to say about Nuland’s admission:

“There was a statement made by the Deputy Secretary of State, Victoria Nuland that will leave no doubt, will leave no opportunity for Washington to keep silent this time.

“Remember, how many years and their attempts, while spilling blood to find chemical and biological weapons, while, in fact occupying and killing people.

“They were looking in the wrong place. We have found, instead your own products. We have found your biological materiel. It was developed primarily for military purposes. As it turns out, it was all happening in Ukraine. What are you doing there? It’s a different continent. It has no borders with you. There are no bases of yours.

“What were they doing there under the guise of ‘scientific research’, your specialists, among others? On a regular basis, they were giving instructions to the Ukrainian side, as to the purposes of the studies involved.

“Now, considering that we have the evidence that cannot be refuted, we demand that you provide details. The world must know, what were you intending to do? To what end? Within which deadline? What was the amount of the so-called investments in the biological activities of Ukraine?

“The data, materials, documents, please provide them. Enough games.”

For his part, George Webb’s response to Nuland’s statement was that she was now his best witness for US DTRA biolabs in Ukraine. On Wednesday, he tweeted:

“As we have always said, Hunter is the Lee Harvey Oswald with Metabiota in the Ukrainian bioweapons game – the “clean” partner. Black & Veatch is the dark hand, and they patsied Hunter.

“I am not saying this is an Obama smear because it’s true, but you are going to find Nuland and Strzok are behind the secret labs in the Donbas. The Russian military metadata activity points to Mariupol, not Odessa.

“The ‘conspiracy theory’ of US bioweapons labs in Ukraine is just another one that turned out to be true. Ho hum. Chalk up another US State Department lie.”

George’s tweets were accompanied by images claiming that in 2018, a company called Metabiota signed a $18.4 million federal contract in the Ukraine as a subcontactor of Black & Veatch and how Metabiota was funded by the CIA and by Hunter Biden’s investment firm with John Kerry’s stepson, Rosemont Seneca.

Naturally, Metabiota’s CEO, Nathan Wolfe has a profile on the World Economic Forum website and he can be seen here, at The Edge Billionaires’ Dinner cavorting with Bill Gates and a host of Big Tech and Ivy League luminaries. He can also be seen at multiple galas posing with Ghislaine Maxwell.

George suggests that from 2008 to 2017, Black & Veatch and the DTRA signed contracts, estimated at $215.6 million on construction and operation of biolabs in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Thailand, Ethiopia, Vietnam and Armenia and that under the program in Georgia and Ukraine, Black & Veatch subcontractor, Metabiota signed $18.4 million federal contract.

George notes that prior to 1998, DTRA was referred to as Defense Special Weapons Agency, which more accurately reflected the department’s real assignment. He also notes that Black & Veatch share office space in the same Kyiv building with their subcontractor, Metabiota.

So, these biolabs in Ukraine connect to the State Department, the DoD, Peter Strzok, the fake impeachments, the Iran deal – and the role of Hunter Biden in all of this.
