Letter to the Editor

Scary thing just happened. We are on the Central Coast of NSW. I was talking to one son on the phone and he got a geo-location text from the NSW Police about a missing person. Next my others son’s phone pinged, same message. Then my phone as well.Checked on-line and people were getting this message on their phones from as far away as Western Australia. So it looks like the information about the Police building a data base from QR check-ins was correct and this first text was to get people used to Police surveillance, and to accept the fact that they will know where you are at all times.Up-date, just heard Tasmanian person just got the message as well. This is unwelcome news for Australians.

This must also be a privacy issue, as all police are now commercial, incorporated entities; any jurisdiction they can claim can only be achieved via contract, which is an important thing to know.
So how do the cops get past the privacy thing? We want to claim the Privacy Act as a reason for not divulging vaccination status, etc, so where do the cops get off here?
Maybe this all needs to be tested in the Courts? But yes, leave the phone at home.
people need to start turning off their phones when not using themm .make pre arranged times to call each other.
Good point Claude. Ed
And that’s exactly why smart people never downloaded their apps.
Not only can’t Australian tech ever keep anything safe and secure but the government has abused everything that they told us was for our good.
It’s not.
They weaponise everything.
The only thing worse than having an efficient enemy is having an incompetent and stupid one.
Clearly our govt sees everyday Ozzie’s as the enemy.
At least that’s how they’re acting.
If they keep all this up they may very well be a self fulfilling prophecy.
There is an example on the top of the page.. It is a matrix of dots that represents data – the camera in the phone scans it and returns the data – mostly it returns a web address ..
What is a QR code ?
Yeah Nigel as you know the QR phone app is unlawful under S 94H of the Privacy Act 1988. You don’t need it. Ed
An inconvenient truth: Dumb people use SMART phones. Smart people use DUMB phones.
Cick go the shears go click, click, click… !
I have a second older smart phone with a pre paid SIM card (with no credit). The checkin app is loaded and registered on this device as I need to use for work where I live onsite several days at a time, along with mask now. Mostly this mobile is on work guest wifi and I check in as required by management to office buildings and accommodation while online so the data goes through to the regime database.
When off work and back in town I only shop once a week now at woolies or coles and check in with it offline (no wifi available, no SIM credit), not sure if it caches but it then gets turned off after this for remainder until at work again.
I checked in as required by the mandate, just happens to be offline.
Garbage in Garbage out (GIGO)
Never put this checkin app on your personal phone.
Later, after more false flags I have no doubt that checkins will be required by a chip under the skin, just like a dog.
The links to your sites seem not to work, Tony. Have they erected a force field around you?
Which is why I never have my phone with me, nor engage QR codes.
I have not used my phone to ‘sign in’ since last Sept.
Excuse, my phone is having trouble focusing and its true.
Mostly pretending and if asked to see it I say the above and YOU sign me in, I am not doing that.
Being safe on a call is a difficult gig – here is a technical discussion : https://odysee.com/@RobBraxmanTech:6/netgear:0d
Summary –
US advice – Generally use digital data service for calls – NO SIMM
1. degoogled phone – VPN -Netgear M1 Mobile Hotspot 4G LTE Router MR1100-100NAS
PLUS
2. VOIP device – has real phone number
If the state wants you then there is no way top hide but for regular people these solutions are pretty good.
OR
Old non (google IPhone) /smart phone – turn it of unless you need it..This is a pretty good low tech solution in my view.. Once again the sate can tract you if they want – but less accurate..
There is no virus – it is an artificial construct projected through the media..
It is the flu re-badged
Your mobile “pings” at the nearest antennae. Into the computer database. Simple prog in computer to send text to all those in that area at the time. I’m sure they’re using QR codes to monitor and pick off the non-compliant one by one, creating “positive cases” where none exist and thus forcing people into tests and quarantines. One by one.
Early in the morning so I haven’t got my head around why WA and Tas would get a NSW text. Might be a simple explanation, might not. As it’s essentially a gummint dept I’m going with incompetence.
There are some 30 corona-viruses in the general environment, and some 8 that can and do live in people.
The only way they will do you any harm is if they overcome your immune system-only.
If you rake the PCR or RAT test you will likely test positive, and the RAT test disclaimer on the Hough version (sold at Coles supermarkets) says their test is not necessarily indicative of a positive or negative result, and that for certainty one should take the (bogus) PCR test.
Oh really?
The answer is just soooo simple,……ditch the silly S.M.A.R.T. phone
S.M.A.R.T = SECRET MILITARY ARSENAL in RESIDENTIAL TERRITORY
When we first moved to a rural area there was no phone coverage, no internet, and a dodgy land line. It took about 3 months, but we got used to it. The situation has now been resolved, but I never reinstated my mobile phone, and don’t miss it at all.
Needless to say, they can stick their Q code where it feels good.
You are just like most of our thousands of readers who do the same. Ed
For those who do not wish to flatly refuse to use the QR code, which you will find even at a childrens playground, the BBQ in a park in Victoria…honestly I want to ask why the seats along the track do not have them…just put your phone up to it as if you are doing it. I have signed in just once since this crap started, with a fake name and phone number because I was refused entry without.
My understanding is that said messages are simply relayed from the mobile phone aerials to all phones within the local area, not a case of ‘being tracked’.
Yesterday I went on the QLD Health Contact tracing (exposure sites) – coronavirus (COVID-19) site where it states:
“Changes to contact tracing in Queensland – From 31 December 2021, we will only notify of major outbreak venues or super-spreader events in Queensland.
We are no longer routinely listing exposure sites in Queensland since transmission of COVID-19 is now widespread throughout metropolitan, regional and remote Queensland.
You need to consider any movement through the Queensland community as a risk for COVID-19 infection. So make sure to maintain social distancing, perform regular hand hygiene, monitor for symptoms, and get tested if you develop any symptoms.
Updated definitions and requirements for confirmed cases and close contacts
From 12am AEST Friday 31 December 2021, there have been changes to the requirements for confirmed cases and close contacts.”
As they’re no longer providing infection sites for the public to know infection sites, why should anyone Check In?
Never used a QR code, never worn a mask. Phone location always off. Also have an old phone with buttons!
The Victorian government rolled out some facial recognition gear during the curfews, so I was told at the time, early-the first curfew-in the Plandemic piece.
Faraday bag and never use a QR Code my Faraday bag works fine…..and I always leave my phone in my car………
Ah yes – answer
– use an old style phone
Do not under any circumstances use a QR code. If everyone did this tomorrow there this would stop – of course the visual surveillance ( China/US military style) and inserted chips are still to come here..
Get a search engine with a VPN and then it will work. Ed
I got a flyer in mailbox
it had websites of reignite democracy australia and some free choice sites
none of them would load even on Duck Duck Go just loaded some ads for similar sounding websites for sale. ReigniteDemocracyaustralia.com.au loaded for about 1/2 of a second then disappeared and was replaced with an ad. We are all under surveilliance
I can’t believe you are surprised!!
What did you think they were really doing this for?
Ditch the app. Sign in manually. Turn off phone location.
Well, all police are private now, so this may be a privacy issue? Same goes for cameras in public places and the facial recognition gear I am told was rolled out during the curfews in the Melbourne CBD early in the COVID piece. We are faced with everything governmental being corporate, and also with the fact that the latter have all the artillery, the staff to man the artillery, and the courts and all other control mechanisms under their control. So how do we tackle all that when the ones in control obviously care nothing for the actual Law?
