CAIRNS News was probably the only media outlet to question suggestions that the bombing of the Adass Israel Synagogue in Melbourne last year was the work of some lone-nut “anti-semites”.
But when NewsCorp’s strident defender of all things Jewish, Sharri Markson of SkyNews, heard a comment from Anthony Albanese that foreign money and “actors” were suspected of being involved in the series of synagogue and other attacks in Sydney, she went on quite a rant.
She was triggered by the following comment by Albanese: “It is important that people understand where some of these attacks are coming from and it would appear … that some … are being perpetrated by people who don’t have a particular issue, aren’t motivated by an ideology, but are paid actors.”
According to Markson, people who paint swastikas on synagogues are just “grubs” who deserve harsh sentences and on one of her Sky News appearances, she proceeded to “name and shame” nine suspects arrested and charged so far by NSW police with various attacks.
In the same program, Markson happened to mention that a group of four people involved in a mistaken and failed arson attack on the Curly Lewis Brewing Company on October 17th had met a crim calling himself Bond, who offered them money to carry out an arson on Lewis Continental Kitchen, a Bondi deli specialising in kosher food. One of the four was already in debt over a drug deal.
But the four clueless “anti-semites” picked the brewery instead of the targeted business, prompting “Mr Bond” to send them a furious message basically calling them f….. idiots. This, says Markson, was evidence that overseas players were not involved because “Mr Bond’s” use of the term “f…. me dead” was “Aussie to the core”. Good try, Ms Markson.
The deli was firebombed three days later. Detectives from Strike Force Pearl have arrested and charged a man with damage property by fire/explosion in relation to the fire at the premises.
The four named in relation to the attacks were Guy Finnegan, 31, Craig Bantoft, 27, Juan Amoui, 26, and Wayne Ogden, 40. Finnegan and Bancroft faced court with Finnegan given a 10-month jail sentence which Markson said was “insufficient”.
We would suggest Ms Markson dig a little deeper, and find out who was behind “Mr Bond” and his ill-advised “operation” against a Jewish business. But Ms Markson assured her listeners not once, but several times that there was “no evidence” to suggest foreign players being involved – not even Hamas. We thinks the lady doth protest too much.
We might also suggest Ms Markson speak to her own favourite intelligence organisation, The Mossad, since they have dealt with “anti-semitic attacks” and the like for at least the past half century.
Our own police and intelligence agencies are probably also aware that the Mossad themselves are expert in running “anti-semitic” false-flag attacks for political purposes. The Mossad of course, boast the motto “By the Way of Deception Thou Shalt Do War”.
And the fact that the Australian Federal Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw told Albanese he believed “criminals for hire” may be behind some of the attacks, including a childcare centre that was torched and graffitied in Maroubra, suggests they are indeed aware.
“We believe criminals for hire may be behind some incidents. So part of our inquiries include who is paying those criminals,” Kershaw told media. The investigations have extended as far as the Five Eyes Network, the ABC reported.
Operation Shelter was established by NSW Police in October 2023 to gather intelligence on and monitor potential protests being planned in response to the Israel-Gaza war. Since then, there have been a total of 181 arrests and more than 450 charges laid under that operation, which has now morphed into Operation Pearl.
The Mossad would be prime suspects they have much to gain by building the “anti-semitic scourge” narrative in Australia, firstly by embarrassing Albanese over his call for a Gaza ceasefire and Palestinian state, and secondly by strengthening the “specially protected minority” status of Jews in Australia.
Cairns News has already said the timing of the Melbourne bombing was highly suspect. It happened at the time of the deepening rift between Albanese and Israel over it’s incessant bombing of Gaza – a highly unpopular war among the Leftists worldwide including a large segment of the Australian Labor Party.
The Netanyahu government was stung by Australia’s support in the UN for a ceasefire, and said its criticisms of Israel had contributed to “rising anti-semitism in Australia”.
The Melbourne fire-bombing attack forced Albanese on to the backfoot, assuring Jewish organisations that they were safe in Australia and even handing them a large sum of money to help rebuild the synagogue.
He also sent Jewish Attorney General Mark Dreyfus off to Israel to reassure Netanyahu we were still good buddies, despite Australia voting for the Palestinian state cause opposed by Israel.
What is also suspicious about the synagogue bombing is that the chabad Jewish sect that runs it is ambivalent about supporting the state of Israel. Some sects in Judaism such as True Torah Jews and Neturei Karta are strongly anti-Zionist.
This, of course, raises the question as to why supposed Hamas supporters among Australia’s Palestinian community would target a chabad community. Australia’s Jewish leaders would have us believe it’s simply “Jew hatred” or “virulent anti-semitism”.
But the Chabad sect sometimes has violent encounters with the Netanyahu government over their refusal to serve in the military. Were they being sent a message while being used as part of a wider political strategy?
The Sydney Morning Herald reported the “escalating political dispute over the problem after Prime Minister Anthony Albanese called a national cabinet meeting on Tuesday and Opposition Leader Peter Dutton challenged the government to reveal what it knew about the attackers.”
Kershaw, contrary to Markson’s claim, issued a written statement about the investigation, and went further by revealing the broader concerns within the AFP about “criminals being hired to carry out attacks”.
“The Australian Security Intelligence Organisation is also helping the investigation, along with other federal agencies, to check whether foreign governments, global terror groups, known extremist organisations or organised crime groups are behind some of the payments,” the SMH reported.
“There is still a lot of investigative work to be done, and we are not ready to rule anything in or out,” Kershaw said in Parliament House.
The concerns about “criminals for hire” date back to Operation Ironside, which the AFP launched four years ago after gaining access to encrypted communications at organised crime groups with the help of the US FBI.
“Authorities believe the tactics from other cases – such as using low-level criminals to firebomb tobacco shops or intimidate people – are now being used to fund and organise antisemitic attacks,” the SMH reported.
The newspaper said government officials have cautioned against assumptions that a foreign government is paying for the antisemitic attacks or that money was coming from listed terrorist groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah.
“Authorities are looking at organised crime groups but are not ruling out the other options such as foreign states or terror groups. The AFP has about 200 staff overseas, including in Jordan and other locations in the Middle East, and it has worked regularly with authorities in Israel.”
The newspaper quoted the Opposition Home Affairs spokesman James Paterson as saying: “If a foreign government is responsible this would amount to acts of state-sponsored terror and one of the most serious national security crises we have faced in peacetime.”
Paterson and Dutton would dare not even think about the potential involvement of the Mossad, because when the Jewish community says “jump” their response is to ask “how high?”
The SMH also noted that the AFP has been under pressure to explain the lack of arrests over incidents such as the Adass Israel firebombing. That had the appearance of a very professional job.

Definitely not the Arab Semites in Ghaza. Last I heard in rough figures the anti semitism score in Ghaza was 50,000 dead for the Israeli Semites and maybe around 1000 dead for the Palestinian Semites.
The massive and disproportionate score is obviously causing a lot of heat in public opinion so the situation demands a bit of Gladio-style PR work. And some heavy duty, draconian laws to shut down public opinion and change public sentiment. As per the well established formula.
The problem for the ignorant goys is that one lot of Semites has much more sophisticated PR and financial clout than the other lot of Semites so the truth gets skewed and hardly gets much headway.
