AUSTRALIAN LABOR PARTY, ALP National Constitution Objectives (m) reform of the Australian Constitution and other political institutions to ensure that they reflect the will of the majority of Australian citizens and the existence of Australia as an independent republic;
The Federal Referendum 1999, to become a Republic or stay as a Constitutional Monarchy. The people explicitly said No, this is a binding Act on all Political Parties, Australian Parliaments, Governments and Courts.
When Australian Parliaments, Governments, Political Parties and Courts don’t listen to Referendums they enact “TREASON” upon themselves. The only excuse they have is to throw their Governor-General under the bus as he is a Traitor to the Office he sits in, as well as acting in Treason being outside Our Primary Law, Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 as Proclaimed and Gazetted.

Mr Yardley, you are spot on Sir. Now take the current situation here in Queensland into consideration, as follows:
In 1917, when the men and women of Australia were away fighting and serving in the ‘Great War’, the then Parliament of Queensland decided to hold a State Referendum on ‘whether or not to remove the Senate/Upper House from Queenslands Parliament’.
The People here at home voted, with a resounding ‘NO’.
Then, in 1921, the Queensland ‘Government’ removed the Senate anyway, pretending that we said ‘yes’.
That IS TREASON!
There has been NO valid Parliament/Government in Queensland, or Law for over(now) 103 years.
A Republican? So we are under the dictatorship? No way!

just as you car gets stolen, when you find out who has stolen your automobile and where it is, the Thief is held accountable and you get your automobile back in your possession;
You hold the Title for this particular automobile and so this is Lawful Evidence that you are the owner; So it is written, so be it;
Same with Our Constitution; Whereas the People hold Title to that document; It is INDISSOLUBLE; So it is written, so be it; It cannot be undone;
Yes, it has been hidden BUT just as you get the return of your stolen automobile once proven it is indeed yours, so it CAN be with Our Lawful 1900 Constitution;

The only time the “will of the people” will be respected, is when we pose a greater threat to to the pollies than their minders do.
The alternatives are Parliamentary Monarchy and Republic. The term “Westminster System” is not applicable to Australia.
Parliamentary Monarchy…
Theoretically, House of Lords and House of Commons, but in the real world the hierarchy is:
City of London
Monarchy
Judiciary
House of Lords
House of Commons
A republic is…
Constitution
House of Representatives
Senate.
Judiciary.
None of the above are a democracy.
Note: Australia is already a republic, but the Constitution has been cancelled. It is illegal to cancel a national Constitution because that is the entire point of a constitution; a guarantee of the Rule of Law and People’s Rights, should parliament fail.
Yet, insanely, we are debating a constitutional amendment for a non-existing National Constitution.
If Australia were a person, he would be certified and locked into an asylum for the criminally insane.
All of the above are ultra vires because Sir Gibbs of the High Court ruled that Australia is legally a Colony of England, and even if it were not, on 11 November 1975 a CIA/MI6 coup d’etat backed our ‘democratically elected’ government and replaced it with its own puppet.

in Australia is State owned (in WA its 97%); the old crown has no power there is no constitutional monarchy Australia it is now a Parliamentary democracy practicing socialist/communist democracy (the type that Marx, Lennen, Trotsky and Mao advocated)
