AUSTRALIA’S FUTURE: The Chinese need for a Solomon Islands base.

CHINA SPEAKS By General Chi Haotian

The Vice-Chairman of China’s Military Commission and Defence Minister of China 1993-2003

December 2005

The following is the actual text of a speech delivered in December 2005 by Comrade

Chi Haotian –the Vice-Chairman of China’s Military Commision to top officers

and generals. Keep in mind that China has for many years advocated deceitful

and covert warfare against its enemies.

Chi Haotian –the Vice-Chairman of China’s Military Commision

This is their Modus Operandi.

“Comrades, I’m very excited today, because the large-scale online survey

that was done for us showed that our next generation is quite promising and our

Party’s cause will be carried on. In answering the question, “Will you shoot at

women, children and prisoners of war,” more than 80 per cent of the respondents

answered in the affirmative, exceeding by far our expectations.

(As they did in Tibet killing thousands of innocent people, many were beaten to death, tortured or thrown over cliffs. The shocking Tiananmen Square incident occurred on 5 June 1989: The Chinese Government shot, bayoneted and bashed to death an estimated 10,000 innocent students in Tiananmen Square because they dared to hold a different opinion and protest, they ran over the dead and wounded with 30-ton tanks and pulped their bodies, then used machinery to scrape their mangle bodies into heaps and burnt them.)

Today I’d like to focus on why we asked to conduct this online survey

among our people. My speech today is a sequel to my speech last time, during

which I started with a discussion of the issue of the three islands [Taiwan, Diaoyu

Islands and the Spratley Islands — Ott] and mentioned that 20 years of the idyllic

theme of ‘peace and development’ had come to an end, and concluded that

modernization under the saber is the only option for China’s next phase. I also

mentioned we have a vital stake overseas.

The central issue of this survey appears to be whether one should shoot at

women, children and prisoners of war, but its real significance goes far beyond

that. Ostensibly, our intention is mainly to figure out what the Chinese people’s

attitude towards war is: If these future soldiers do not hesitate to kill even noncombatants,

they’ll naturally be doubly ready and ruthless in killing combatants.

Therefore, the responses to the survey questions may reflect the general attitude

people have towards war……..We wanted to know: If China’s global development

will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries, will our people endorse that

scenario? Will they be for or against it?

The fact is, our ‘development’ refers to the great revitalization of the Chinese

nation, which, of course, is not limited to the land we have now but also includes

the whole world. As everybody knows, according to the views propagated by the

Western scholars, humanity as a whole originated from one single mother in

Africa. Therefore no race can claim racial superiority. However, according to the

research conducted by most Chinese scholars, the Chinese are different from other

races on earth. We did not originate in Africa. Instead, we originated

independently in the land of China. Therefore, we can rightfully assert that we are

the product of cultural roots of more than a million years, civilization and progress

of more than ten thousand years, an ancient nation of five thousand years, and a

single Chinese entity of two thousand years. This is the Chinese nation that calls

itself ‘descendants of Yan and Huang.’

About Editor, cairnsnews

One of the few patriots left who understands the system and how it has been totally subverted under every citizen's nose. If we can help to turn it around we will, otherwise our children will have nothing. Our investigations show there is no 'government' of the people for the people of Australia. The removal of the Crown from Australian Parliaments, followed by the incorporation of Parliaments aided by the Australia Act 1987 has left us with corporate government with policies not laws, that apply only to members of political parties and the public service. There is no law, other than the Common Law. This fact will be borne out in the near future as numerous legal challenges in place now, come to a head soon.

  2. (They believe they are a superior race entitled to wipe out others) – I believe that describes the US to a T, not China.. and I don’t think the article describes the China of today under the present leader at all.. China was not a threat to us until we started parroting the hate China propaganda by the US.. who has done this many times to many countries prior to making war on them.

Everyone is saying that China will build a military base there, but this is just conjecture. If Australia had not snubbed the South Pacific nations they would not have turned to China for help… this is a simple fact.

As Brendan Joe Biden said: “You don’t have to be Jewish to be Zionist.” But then again, maybe he was just quoting Marco Polo and the Venetian Merchants Band from their first big hit “Hava Nagila”.

  4. Japan to send envoy to Solomons amid worry over China pact
    April 25, 2022

Tokyo, Apr 25 (AP) Japan is sending a vice foreign minister to the Solomon Islands on Monday amid worry over a recent security agreement that the South Pacific nation struck with China that could increase Beijing’s military influence in the region.

Vice Foreign Minister Kentaro Uesugi’s three-day trip to Solomon Islands comes on the heels of a visit by a senior U.S. delegation, who warned that Washington would take unspecified action against the South Pacific nation should the security deal with China pose a threat to U.S. or allied interests.

The security pact, which China and the Solomons confirmed last week, has also alarmed neighbouring countries and Western allies, including Japan, that fear a military buildup in the

“We believe the deal could affect the security of the entire Asia-Pacific region and we are watching the development with concern,” Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi said Friday.

Uesugi, during his visit to the Solomon Islands, is expected to convey Japan’s concern about the security pact and discuss bilateral and regional issues.

Japan sees China’s increasingly assertive military activity in the East and South China seas as a threat in some of the world’s busiest sea lanes.

Japan is especially concerned about Chinese military and coast guard activity in the East China Sea near the Japanese-controlled Senkaku islands, which China also claims and calls Diaoyu.

Tokyo has in recent years significantly stepped up security cooperation and expanded joint drills with the United States and other Western partners, including Australia, India, France, Britain and Germany, that share its concerns about China’s growing influence.

  5. The Modus Operandi of the CCP they learned from the British .”Deceitful and covert warfare”. The Sasoon opium wars ,and setting up the Japanese as enemies of China. Then with subterfuge taking out the Dynasty, and then trying to rule from Taiwan. The void was filled by Mao, educated in Europe and supported by Rothschilds……..

  7. lindesymonds Kai-Feng, now in Henan, was an old capital where the Jews were were inquisitioned. Those that survived or managed to escape went East to the province now known as Jiejang, next to Shanghai. Jiejang is where the original Silk Road starts. The Silk Road creation brought the Jews into good standing with the wealthy Chinese families and are an integral part of modern Chinese culture. They control the diamond and gold markets in Asia. They buy diamonds from India. China is awash with gold. The word Beijing literally means North Gold. The city is built upon a mountain of almost pure gold. There is a myth that Beijing is sinking when in actual fact it is the mining of gold beneath it.

  8. I agree with tonyryan43.
I too spent 10 years teaching English in China and witnessed mass civil disobedience that the Red Army stayed well out of. One such mass civil disobedience the PLA put down in the South by killing some locals. Beijing had all the local government put in prison but as soon as they left life went back to the way it was.
What non Chinese people don’t know is that the lower rank military of all services are all volunteers. They must pay, i.e. their families pay, to be in the Red Army. Only the Officer Class is paid and they all come from wealthy CCP connected families. Those massive parades in Tienamen Guang Chang (Square) have been practiced every day all through junior and senior high school.
The last war they fought against a foreign country they got humiliated in a very short time. They thought, wrongly, that North Vietnam was tired from war with America. North Vietnam slaughtered them in a week or less sustaining massive casualties and equipment losses.
The South of China, and what we call North Vietnam, were one country for a thousand years with Guangdong, aka Canton. Look up the meaning of “canton” and you’ll understand how the English treated them and in Hong Kong also.
London hasn’t given up Hong Kong Island, by the way! London, i.e the City of London, has a 99 year perpetual lease on it.
The North and South Vietnam only came into being when the last of the American forces were expelled. In fact, still today, “South Vietnam” is ruled under military garrison.
So called “South Vietnam” was part of the Indonesian Empire for centuries, never ever joined with the North. It was Ho Chi Min’s dream to unite the North South which was never realised as he lost power during the war with America.
The Chinese have been getting battlefield experience in Syria, in Kashmir, and before that in Angola.
But it has been our wonderful Federal Government that has encouraged China to build or occupy military installations in Australia. Yes, pre-existing bases, have been offered by Canberra to the PLA.
How did the Chinese get a 99 year lease on Darwin Harbor? A lottery win?
WA/Canberra recently arranged for the PLA to occupy an island directly off the WA North Coast so they could observe the goings on of the US Base in North West WA that houses massive HARRP arrays. Then there’s the deep water harbour North of Perth with a full length military transport capable airfield leased to the PLA that America was vying for but missed out on.
All votes go to the Liberal Party no matter what you mark on the ballot paper!

  9. Just like the rulers of present day Russia are Ashkhenazi Jews who genocided the ethnic, European Russian people (greatest human slaughter of all time), so the rulers of Communist China are another branch of the Ashkhenazim – the Kai-Feng.

That is why all these crackpot racial theories are so Talmudic. The Judaic Supremacy has many racial branches.

  10. This idea that that the ancestors of the Han Chinese are the oldest in China would explain why the CCP has closed access to the white pyramids of Xi An and forbids further investigation, archeology (or even discussion) into the mummies of the Tarim Basin which are the oldest mummies and grave goods in China.

When the Spanish began to write down the histories of the indigenous people of Latin America they all had stories of the red headed sea people who came before them.

  11. I had the privilage of 7 years living and teaching in China, until 2011, Your article is very accurate and the ruling authorities had no trouble shooting there own if they didn’t do as told. I want to warn us here in Australia that ,1, the Chinese people in general are a warm friendly hospitable people. but they have lost the freedoms that we think is natural and a right, We are seeing the same control and loss of liberty that they did years ago. and I warn everyone who values this lovely country that your vote this election will determine if we as the Chinese people will loose our freedom liberty! The Tiananmen Square incident wasn’t only in Beijing, the same same killing over student protests occurred in many Cities throughout China but was just ignored. by western media.,

  12. Yes, there are Chinese who talk like this.

I have also heard Israeli Ashkenazim talk like this. Lots of them

I have heard the British talk like this.

There was a time when some Japanese talked like this.

The occupiers of the White House and Pentagon talk like this every day

    So what?

There are racists and elitists in every country.

But in Australia, as we speak, every politician and bureaucrat is thinking like this right now.

We would be better advised to rid ourselves of the traitors on the home front before we worry about the nasties in other countries.
