Michigan State Senator Pat Colbeck who has revealed the 2020 general election in Wayne County was unlawfully certified.

THE battle on multiple fronts against vote fraud in the US is making gains with a significant court win in Arizona and evidence emerging that the 2020 election in Michigan’s biggest county was not legally certified.

Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE) took the Arizona Secretary of State to court in March over the signature matching process presented in an election procedures manual. While state law requires county recorders to match mail-ballot signatures with signatures in the voter’s registration record, the Secretary of State instructed them to use broader and less reliable sources of comparison signatures.

This month Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper agreed with RITE’s conclusion concerning the law, that the secretary’s signature-match process unlawfully “contradicts the plain language” of Arizona state law by permitting signature comparison with documents that have “nothing to do with the act of registering”.

Meanwhile the 2022 Republican nominee for governor Kari Lake, has filed an appeal in the Maricopa County Election case with the Arizona Court of Appeals. Lake says new evidence produced by Maricopa County suggests officials intentionally sabotaged the 2022 general election, then gave false testimony attempting to cover up their misconduct.

Lake is currently suing Secretary of State Adrian Fontes and Maricopa County officials regarding the signature verification process the county employed in November’s election. “This is an unprecedented situation. Maricopa’s intentional disregard of critical election security requirements and Arizona election law cannot stand. A whistleblower revealed improper signature verification on ballots,” Lake posted on social media.

The defendants are Governor Katie Hobbs, Secretary of State Fontes, Maricopa County Reporter Stephen Richer, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors members Bill Gates, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin and Steve Gallardo and Maricopa County Director of Elections Scott Jarrett.
In the related case launched by Lake in May, an expert witness testified that computer user logs showed that approximately 70,000 mail-in ballots were reviewed for signature matches in less than two seconds. But the Maricopa County judge ruled against Lake saying the law does not specify how long a reviewer must take to verify signatures.

As previously reported by Cairns News, Richer, Gates, Hickman and Sellers are among the notorious anti-Trump “RINO Republicans” aligned with the late deep state Senator John McCain, warmonger Dick Cheney and his anti-Trump daughter, ex-congresswoman Liz and the Bush family. Hickman went crying to the Soros-funded Democrat mouthpiece, the Arizona Mirror, after angry voters confronted him outside his home over the county’s repeated denials of any wrongdoing in the 2020 and 2022 elections.

An Iowa man who threatened to hang Hickman ended up with a two-and-a-half year jail sentence for making two interstate threats. Three other men from other states were also charged with making bomb and other threats against other Arizona officials including then Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, Richer and Gates. One of the men received a 3-years and six-months sentence.

The Mirror, like its big brother media outlets, stupidly reports without proof that all Trump-related accusations of election fraud are “lies”. It reported that “countless (Arizona) election officials have resigned, citing harassment”, while Gates said threats against him have contributed to his “post-traumatic stress disorder”. Richer has claimed he’s been defamed and it has impacted his family. But such cry-baby tactics are wearing thin as the dam of lies protecting the very real and widespread fraud begins to crack.

An analysis of 2020 voter signatures presented to the State’s Senate last January showed more than 100,000 voter signatures did not even come close to matching the signature on file with the state and this time in the RITE case the judge agreed that the law clearly stated that they required matching with signatures on file.

Also involved in legal action is We The People Arizona, who have seen 11 judges recuse themselves in their complaints against Runbeck Election Services, a company that carries out election services on behalf of local, state and county governments. We The People is facing a counter lawsuit from the Secretary of State for seeking public records.

Co-founder of the group Shelby Busch, says the judicial system is “finally running scared” but the group will keep the pressure on. Lake said her appeal would not have been possible without We The People’s investigation “and bringing this horrific practice to the public’s attention last year”.

Over in Michigan, another state where Trump was allegedly “beaten fair and square” by Biden, State Senator Patrick Colbeck this week produced documented evidence that the election in Wayne County, the largest by population in Michigan, was not legally certified because there were only two, instead of the required three county canvasser signatures on the certification paperwork.

Citing state statutes, Colbeck said “this is not a sufficient number of canvassers to certify the election. In other words, the 2020 general election results in Wayne County were not lawfully certified. This is a statement of fact not conjecture,” he wrote in a media statement.

Astonishingly, it has taken nearly three years for this evidence to emerge and there is now some doubt whether it can still affect the alleged outcome of the election in the state. Colbeck noted that on July 18, 2023, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel indicted each of the alternate 16 Republican (Electoral College) electors with eight felony counts including forgery and conspiracy charges. “These charges hinge upon the assertion that the 2020 election was lawfully certified. Was it?”

Colbeck has produced the hard evidence, including lawfully signed-off certificates from other elections, to show the 2020 election was not in fact lawfully certified. It has also emerged that the Republican Party’s county canvassers actually refused to sign off on the certification because of various anomalies.

Colbeck says official Wayne County election records for the 2020 General Election show 597,170 votes were cast for Biden and 264,553 for Trump, a massive vote margin of 332,617 in favor of Biden. “If these votes were not lawfully certified, the statewide vote margin flips to reveal a 178,429 margin of victory for President Trump in Michigan. That means that President Trump, not Joe Biden would be the rightful owner of Michigan’s 16 electoral college votes for the 2020 election,” he said.

Meanwhile further action is proceeding in the other key state, Georgia, also allegedly lost by Trump to Biden. Former Trump staffer Robert Bowes has subpeonaed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for all election data and electon officials names relevant to her action against Donald Trump.

Bowes said Trump himself would also drop election fraud evidence in the criminal case against him.

Bowes said while Democrats and media tried to send the message that vote fraud was a rare thing or non-existent, a Democrat who lost by 200 votes in a Bridgeport Connecticut mayoral election had recently filed suit against a fellow Democrat over claims of fraud involving absentee votes and drop boxes.

Bowes, speaking on a Twitter forum, said his case might also allege that near zero signature verification was done by the Fulton Board of Registrations & Elections (BRE). “The entire cohort of absentee ballots was not properly checked in, creating a ginormous gap in the number of e-poll book check-ins relative to the number of ballots,” he said.

Bowes also noted that in the case involving Jeff Clark, a former Department of Justice official from the Trump era, his attorney Harry McDougald had evidence admitted that Fulton BRE rejected only six out of a total of 146,029 absentee ballot envelopes.

Clark, ironically, is accused of election subversion over his efforts to use his senior role at the Justice Department to help former President Trump overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election despite the objections of his bosses. He is one of 18 Trump associates facing the frivolous election interference charges from elected Democrat judicial officials.

Georgia also has the problem of RINO Republican officials such as Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who has done little to nothing to address the many election irregularities in the state that have been raised by groups like True the Vote and investigative journalist Heather Mullins.

True the Vote co-founder Catherine Englebrecht said the dogged, persistent actions of activists across America fighting election fraud were now beginning to make progress, despite media denials that vote fraud existed and repeated refusals of judges to hear evidence.

Her partner Gregg Phillips has been part of a team that has gathered geospatial data from phones revealing the movements of “vote mules” bringing large numbers of suspect postal votes to drop boxes. The information was used in the documentary 2000 Mules. He said journalists and others with little knowledge of the technology involved, had attempted to debunk the accuracy of the data.
