By shooting a billion watt microwave into the ionosphere which is part of the atmosphere, that has a lot of energy that pushes the ionosphere up into space, then it rebounds, and the way it rebounds can cause earthquakes just like an opera singer can break a glass by singing at a certain level or by dragging your fingernails on a blackboard, you feel a weird sensation.
If they adjust the vibration for the rock underneath their target site they can do that”.

That white eruption is typical of the visible condensation effect at the front of an expanding shock wave envelope.
It’s interesting that this seems to FOLLOW the initial explosion – suggesting that a secondary much more powerful blast took place within the radius of the first.
That might be plausible if what is being shown is the detonation of, for example, a munitions dump or some other stockpile of explosives.
The controversial content, of course, is the apparent shaft of illumination immediately preceding the explosion. There’s otherwise nothing remarkable in the portrayed event.
In any case, very interesting footage. Not something to waste too much time on, though, beyond registering the possibility that the film clip is authentic. God knows what abominations the MIC has been preparing for us these past decades.

I’ve just remembered something else.
An old Devon lady, once told me, that the Lynmouth flood of 1952, was an early RAF experiment in cloud-seeding type military operations.
The MOD has since admitted this to be true.

There are plenty of benefits taken for granted in times of peace from R & D aapkoning.
From my experiences, specialising in my mid twenties in my chosen field, greatly narrowed employer options, even with expanding responsibilities in my thirties.
While I find it somewhat amusing, European countries running out of weapons to send to Ukraine, in reality, it’s a dumping ground for old stock already paid for.
Makes me wonder who are siphoning off the 100’s billions in new money.
If the Ukr war ends today, now it’s budgeted for, the billions won’t find their way back into taxpayers pockets.
The intended plunder of Ukraine holus bolus through fronts like BlackRock is failing miserably.
In reality not downplaying existing human suffering, a balanced confrontation Russia – China v US of A using modern weapons, would be catastrophic for Mother Earth.
That can’t be ruled out, as brilliant idiots with pumped up superiority complexes have been placed in authority and can’t perceive losing.

CATACLYSMIC DUCK, Yes military research projects have been going on for a long time, – also if you work/do research for any Geophysical company and many others. Your work can and will and up with the military complex. I should know during my stay and work in Houston in 1979/1980. You have to sign release forms, if not, NO position in the company ever.

What’s your professional opinion of this particular weapon. Its allegedly some rare footage of an ‘energy powered weapon.‘ The slow motion view is interesting, insofar as the incoming energy beam and the unusual, and strangely uniform white explosion.
if you listen carefully, you can hear a distant artillery report, – not sure if their connected.

HAARP – a weapons system which disrupts the climate
On 5 February 1998 Parliament’s Subcommittee on Security and Disarmament held a hearing the subject of which included HAARP. NATO and the US had been invited to send representatives, but chose not to do so. The Committee regrets the failure of the USA to send a representative to answer questions, or to use the opportunity to comment on the material submitted.
HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) is run jointly by the US Air Force and Navy, in conjunction with the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Similar experiments are also being conducted in Norway, probably in the Antarctic, as well as in the former Soviet Union. HAARP is a research project using a ground based apparatus, an array of antennae each powered by its own transmitter, to heat up portions of ionosphere with powerful radio beams. The energy generated heats up parts of the ionosphere; this results in holes in the ionosphere and produces artificial ‘lenses’.
HAARP can be used for many purposes. Enormous quantities of energy can be controlled by manipulating the electrical characteristics of the atmosphere. If used as a military weapon this can have a devastating impact on an enemy. HAARP can deliver millions of times more energy to a given area than any other conventional transmitter. The energy can also be aimed at a moving target which should constitute a potential anti-missile system.
The project would also allow better communications with submarines and manipulation of global weather patterns, but it is also possible to do the reverse, to disrupt communications. By manipulating the ionosphere one could block global communications while transmitting one’s own. Another application is earth-penetrating, tomography, x-raying the earth several kilometres deep, to detect oil and gas fields, or underground military facilities. Over-the-horizon radar is another application, looking round the curvature of the earth for in-coming objects.
From the 1950s the USA conducted explosions of nuclear material in the Van Allen Belts to investigate the effect of the electro-magnetic pulse generated by nuclear weapon explosions at these heights on radio communications and the operation of radar. This created new magnetic radiation belts which covered nearly the whole earth. The electrons travelled along magnetic lines of force and created an artificial Aurora Borealis above the North Pole. These military tests are liable to disrupt the Van Allen belt for a long period. The earth’s magnetic field could be disrupted over large areas, which would obstruct radio communications. According to US scientists it could take hundreds of years for the Van Allen belt to return to normal. HAARP could result in changes in weather patterns. It could also influence whole ecosystems, especially in the sensitive Antarctic regions.
Another damaging consequence of HAARP is the occurrence of holes in the ionosphere caused by the powerful radio beams. The ionosphere protects us from incoming cosmic radiation. The hope is that the holes will fill again, but our experience of change in the ozone layer points in the other direction. This means substantial holes in the ionosphere that protects us.
With its far-reaching impact on the environment HAARP is a matter of global concern and we have to ask whether its advantages really outweigh the risks. The environmental impact and the ethical aspect must be closely examined before any further research and testing takes place. HAARP is a project of which the public is almost completely unaware, and this needs to be remedied.
HAARP has links with 50 years of intensive space research for military purposes, including the Star Wars project, to control the upper atmosphere and communications. This kind of research has to be regarded as a serious threat to the environment, with an incalculable impact on human life. Even now nobody knows what impact HAARP may have. We have to beat down the wall of secrecy around military research, and set up the right to openness and democratic scrutiny of military research projects, and parliamentary control.
A series of international treaties and conventions (the Convention on the prohibition of military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques, the Antarctic Treaty, the Treaty on principles governing the activities of states in the exploration and use of outer space including the moon and other celestial bodies, and the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea) casts considerable doubt on HAARP on legal as well as humanitarian and political grounds. The Antarctic Treaty lays down that the Antarctic may be used exclusively for peaceful purposes. This would mean that HAARP is a breach of international law. All the implications of the new weapons systems should be examined by independent international bodies. Further international agreements should be sought to protect the environment from unnecessary destruction in war.

Example 1, use a tuned transducer and sent a beam into the water to archive how deep the water is/contours, etc, – or locate a school of fish!
Submarines use this which is called the pulse-echo technique. I used to design various transducers for submarines, yes here in Australia.
Example 2, If the object is saturated by standing waves you can then expect destruction. Pending the application, if 2 objects need to be fused together, you can control and direct at the interface the mechanical energy you want to use for the application. The object simply will fuse together because of severe saturation. In other words, the molecules will just fuse together. Various metals can be fused like this and most plastics…

There are more questions than answers for the curious minds, but we do know that ‘High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program’, HAARP is a Research Program that does exist.
HAARP is claimed to be a collaborative project involving the US AirForce, US Army, and the Uni of Alaska.
“It is actively the most important facility used to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic radiation in the ionosphere.
In order to produce this ELF radiation, the HAARP transmitter radiates a strong beam of high frequency (HF) waves modulated at ELF.
This HF heating modulates the electron temperature in the D region ionosphere and leads to modulated conductivity and a time varying current which then radiates at the modulation frequency.
Recently the HAARP HF transmitter operated with 3.6GW of effective radiated power modulated at a frequency of 2.5Hz.
It is shown that high power ELF radiation generated by HF ionosphere heaters, such as the current HAARP heater can cause earthquakes”

It is therefore reasonable that people are asking the question about how the HAARP ‘Research’ is going, and if it is directly affecting them in any way, especially if the “researchers of the facility are using a powerful high frequency transmitter and an array of 180 antennas to temporarily disrupt the ionosphere”…

Has anyone heard of ‘standing waves’?
Huge amounts of disproportionate damage can be achieved with very little energy input via ‘standing waves.’ This was something kids discovered, when we would intuitively bend and violently rock street sign posts. It was also why marching soldiers were ordered to break step when crossing bridges, otherwise they would collapse the bridge.
You just have to locate the object’s right frequency, which is quite easy.
Here’s how physics students were taught about standing waves.
‘A group of physics students, lined up on one side of the swimming pool and with one group movement, we heaved our bodies forward. A water wave pulse moved forward and struck the other side of the pool. Then it reflected and we waited as it traveled back toward us, continued past us, and reflected again on the wall of the pool right behind us.
Without a word, as the crest of the doubly reflected wave reached us, we heaved our bodies again. Now the wave pulse had greater amplitude. We had added to it and when it struck the other side, it splashed up on the concrete. We continued to drive the water wave amplitude increasingly larger with our rhythmic motion. This eventually created huge waves.’
This simple motion can be enhanced to create tsunamis.
This sounds very similar to what Dandy was discussing, when describing the rebounding of microwaves from the ionosphere. Although in this case, working with metaphysical wave forms.
Has anyone heard of ‘scalar weapons’? This was Tesla’s area.

I’d like to think the earthquakes were the result of roaming north and south poles, a weak magnetosphere, how weak their not letting on and the Sun waking up from it’s 11 yearly sleep and rolled out of bed farting in our general direction.
Project Ukraine is finished when Russia sends in the 100’s thousands of now trained up troops, …although the US of A is presently like an elephant with a thorn in its foot, rampaging through the jungle knocking down everything in its path.

High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a USAF invention now under control of the University of Alaska (Fairbanks). Is is a single-site fixed array of verticle dipole antennae in Fairbanks designed to conduct ionosphere experiments, which it has done since the 1990’s. So you are saying Buck Rogers and Dr Evil have somehow rejiggered it to be a death ray? That IS interesting. BTW, the Fukushima reactor was constructed on an ancient faultline because no one checked.

N.B. In the clip I posted yesterday, the accompanying text says that this particular cloud was filmed in the city of Bursa, – opposite Istanbul.
This is an extremely populated region of a Turkey.
If it was a HAARP attack, – was this their way of letting Erdogan know?

Nikola Tesla said this could be done and, indeed, experimented with it. The US Government pronounced Thomas Edison to be the inventor of much of Tesla’s work (even though Edison understood nothing about the transmission of electricity) and when Tesla died, confiscated his work to set up HAARP in Alaska. By 2013, there were 15 HAARP installations around the world. Several websites have followed this activity for decades.
I myself know nothing more than that, only that it most certainly appears that earthquakes can be launched.
Dandy’s past information has been spot-on, so I always suspected he knows more than he was letting on, so I take this gem as gospel. Thanks, mate.
But now we have confirming technical elaboration by AAP, so the plot thickens. Fairly obviously, the day will come when we need to string up the HAARP scientists and their Pentagon controllers. But let’s not jump the gun. From what we now know, the Turkish earthquakes may well have been generated as an act of war and, after all, we have the precedent of the mRNA 300 million (so far) democide and US destruction of Nordstream II causing some 125 million Europeans to freeze, possibly to death.
And we know that the entire western world is now run by psychopaths, or idiots controlled by psychopaths. So, I am going with better than even chances Turkey’s 33,000 deaths are mass murder. Guilt in the lap of people who are also responsible for 14,000 deaths of civilian innocents in Eastern Ukraine over the past 9 years, most certainly looks like a pattern to me.
One conclusion is unavoidable, those dreeby wimps who actually believe we can turn all this around with legal challenges and non-violent peaceful protests, need to wake the fuck up.

Weird scary clouds usually accompany earthquakes and volcanic eruptions as precursors. Whether the geologic event is man-made or naturally occurring weird clouds ‘go-with’ the earthquake phenomena. And there were black scary clouds over Gaza as well with tidal surges undoubtedly from the earthquake.
And by the look of it on Google earth there is fire in the Euphrates River as well – where it runs almost N –> S in Turkey. A whole region has been affected with Turkey being the worst hit.

Geophysical knowledge and control by various entities currently can at the very least set off the same form of energy that works on the basic principle of Harmonics.
