Senior Italian lawyer and professor Alfio D’Urso in his online broadcast puts his name and reputation on the line to expose the confessed (see affidavit below) cyber attack on the US election system.

A SENIOR Italian lawyer and professor has confirmed Cairns News reports of a US election-rigging operation run out of Italy. Advocate-lawyer Alfio D’Urso has stated online in an affidavit that a former IT department head from the Italian aerospace company Leonardo SpA has been charged in connection with the election rigging operation overseen by the US Embassy in Italy.

The story is appearing on conservative US news blogs but earlier versions were attacked by mainstream media “fact checkers”. The man charged was named as Arturo D’Elia. The affidavit was recited online by Prof. D’Urso and at this stage, Cairns News has no reason to disbelieve it, despite some earlier conflicting information circulating online.

Prof D’Urso’s affidavit states Arturo D’Elia was “charged in Naples for his interference in the 2020 United States presidential election”. The official charges issued in December are “technology/data manipulation and implantation of viruses in the main computers of Leonardo SpA.”

“On 4 November 2020, under instruction and direction of US persons working from the US Embassy in Rome, [D’Elia] undertook the operation to switch data from the US elections of 3 November 2020 from significant margin victory for Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote total,” the affidavit stated.

“Defendant stated he was working in the Pescara facility of Leonard SpA and utilized military grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes via the military satellite of Fucino Tower to Frankfurt Germany.” D’Elia even explained that “the data in some cases may have been switched to represent more than the total voters registered.”

That information tallies with official voting figures in Pennsylvania where ballots cast in the county of Allegheny exceeded the number of voters by a staggering 120,966. Counties in other states recorded similarly serious anomalies.

D’Urso’s affidavit went on to state that D’Elia was “willing to testify to all individuals and entities involved in the switching of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden” on the condition of total protection for himself and his family. He stated he had “secured in an undisclosed location the backup of the original data and data switched upon instruction to provide evidence at court.”

But the mainstream media fact checkers are so far ignoring this latest story. They earlier labled as “false” the report circulated by Maria Zack on the YouTube audio report titled “Italygate”. Zack said “the theft of the election was orchestrated in the Rome embassy by an employee Stefano Serafini, foreign service officer of over 20 years.”

She said Serafini coordinated with a general Claudio Graziano, who is on the board of Leonardo SpA and the company used their military satellite uplink to load the software and transfer it over to change the votes from Trump to Biden. She further claimed “the plan was orchestrated by Barack Obama with the help of Matteo Renzi, the former prime minister of Italy”.

The fact checkers raised obvious points about not being able to prove Obama or Renzi were involved and other facts that were unable to be confirmed. But the fact checkers are all parroting the ludicrous claims of the US Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), whose chief was sacked by President Trump for failing to observe the obvious and documented widespread malpractices.

CISA made the following seriously misinformed and quite stupid statement: “The vast majority of votes cast in this election will be cast on paper ballots or using machines that produce a paper audit trail, which allow for tabulation audits to be conducted from the paper record in the event any issues emerge with the voting system software, audit logs, or tabulation. These canvass and certification procedures are also generally conducted in the public eye, as political party representatives and other observers are typically allowed to be present, to add an additional layer of verification. This means voting system software is not a single point of failure and such systems are subject to multiple audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.”
