The death wave has probably hardly started yet, how do you root out an mRNA treatment that keeps making spike proteins, presumably when the cells divide and make new ones the mRNA goes with them. There is other info online about the benefits of this. I take 2 tsp each morning in water on empty stomach.
Very easy to do, you can get pure Pink Himalayan Salt (fine one not rock) from any supermarket – Coles has it $4 for 1kg, natural and unrefined. Use glass jar with plastic lid.
As for D3, I think 5000iu is the ideal dose.. I take it with K2 but you can also get that from food.

5000 IU is nowhere near problematic for me either, maintains calcium and D3 levels in blood tests in the normal range. Others might differ but a simple blood test is worth the trouble of checking.
Too much of anything can be a problem though. Even water can be dangerous in big quantities due to salt depletion.

daviddd2 – I order almost all my supplements from the US. You can’t get D3 above 1000iu in 30-60 caps bottles in Australia which does almost nothing per capsule. I can buy my higher dose in a one year supply cheaply from iherb.com – you can buy in AUD. I get most of my stuff from there in higher dosages and larger amounts and its cheaper. The postage has gone up a little but not too much, and delivery is within 10 days.
For NAC try Bulk Nutrients Tasmania, delivers very quickly, 2 days at most.
As for the cholecalciferol in DC3 that someone said was rat poison – I have been taking it 12 years and I am still here and healthy!

Basically I just look after my immediate family now, and try and protect them. My daughter’s partner has recently had an awakening.. which is wonderful. He actually had 2 shots for his job but was on supplements (NAC and other things at the time and still is – he couldn’t accept at first the things I was saying but he can see it all now. I make sure my daughter and her partner take all the things they should.

Of course not! D3 @ 5000 IU is a godsend, that’s why it’s on the “Soon to be banned” list along with Zinc and REAL Vitamin C with bioflavonoids, as opposed to almost useless ascorbic acid commonly sold as Vitamin C.

P.S. Also if someone is vaxxed and boostered their immunity is very low, almost like AIDS experts have said. They need to do all they can to increase their immunity and Vitamin D is a big immune booster, along with supplements with high antioxidants.

Last week the news said that most Australians were Vitamin D deficient – did any of the people who heard that do anything about this or not? Everyone in hospitals that died during the ‘covid’ scam was deficient in D.
About 12 years ago I read a small book about Vitamin D and the simple blood test that will show if a person is deficient, a 25-Hodroxy test. I was found to be very deficient and so I bought myself high dose D3, 10,000iu, per day. It fixed my deficiency quite quickly, and I have been on 5000iu per day ever since along with K2.
Since that time I have NEVER had the flu or even a cold. I haven’t had flu vax since or any other vax.
Please tell everyone you know what they need to do.

I recall my 8 years as a bus driver. Each year we were offered a free flu shot. I would ask every driver I spoke for a few weeks after to if they’d got the shot. About 90% did. Later I would ask if they got the flu? Probably 90% of those did. I’d laugh and say that I didn’t get the jab and I didn’t have a day off in 8 years for sickness.
