Subject, ONGOING Work Diary Corruption
16/10/2019
Dear Reader
I Graeme Scott Buckmaster, have just come from a court hearing in the Adelaide Magistrates Court before chief Magistrate Marie -Louise Hribal who was fair, treating me with dignity and respect, in hearing this matter. The persons present were the NHVR prosecutor and a representative of SAPOL, at the hearing. The conversation to day addressed the validity of the current NHVR work diary and the laws pertaining to its use.
I have again been charged, both by Summons and Expiation notice. I have duly notified the Chief Magistrate the current NHVL’s, as I see them, are corrupt and invalid, and have no jurisdiction in the current courts system. In a further statement I went on to say the officer behind these current illegal charges is senior sergeant Darryl Foyle, a probable corrupt SAPOL officer still running around harassing and intimidating employers / truckies across all roads leading in and out of South Australia.
The current situation today ,I informed the court there is no proving of Fatigue on road, and the current work diary cannot be used any further to invoke Fatigue laws, or fine truckies forthwith.
My advice to all operators/truckies across Australia, who will inevitably read this post, is to now throw away your work diaries like I have done, and stand and grow a set, whether you are an owner driver or employed. Simply refuse to use this corrupt book. I have BROKEN THE BACK OF THE NHVL’s and urge all those who have a moral compass and a sense of what is right, to inform your bosses/contractors, employers you are quite happy to work, but not to comply with the current laws in relation to the work diary or use the corrupt book.
Start your own self managed fatigue, and persevere with it, as I have done, the laws must now be broken down and reformed. The Federal Government, along with the complying states, will not like you doing this as I have done, and if intercepted, inform the officers you will not be grounded or interfered with. If the officers persist tell them you wish to be summonsed to court, and you will require them to appear ,as first instance officers. Stand up truckies, protect what is ours-OUR RIGHT TO WORK unhindered on Commonwealth free Roads.
I have requested the transcripts from this hearing which will clearly show my intentions to force Sal Petroccitto and his Corrupt officers in SA to be sacked by Premier Steven Marshall. The courts reference number is MCPAU-18-2780, for those who wish to order their own copies. It is time guys, to operate across all states without using the book. Lets see who’s strong enough, to carry this on.!!
ITS TIME,, we took back control of our own industry .

It’s always been about revenue, l asked a copper once on his thoughts about them and he said it was bs but there are some people who need some kind of guide lines . Myself l would try to stay inside my own limitations and do my own thing. No book is going to tell you when are supposed to get tired. They force you to drive tired and ground you when you’re ready to go. Piss them off , they’re a joke. And well done to you for standing up to them, they need to be pulled in to gear
Interesting, i was locked up with Graeme for 3 weeks in the Adelaide remand centre. yes he rambled on about all of this but is a nice guy. his ramblings also brought to my attention some massive contradictions within the South Australian Government who up until 2020. expected its Public Transport train drivers and ticket inspectors to do some brutal shifts whilst expecting them to manage their own fatigue. SAPOL Chief inspector Ash Gordon as also pushed to breaking point in 2016 and snapping due to State government employees/ public servants expectations putting demands on his physical and mental health whilst also expecting him to take charge of unstable matters under duress. Now please Dont lock me up for identifying your own bureaucratic hypocrisy. either be consistent across the board or revaluate your own contradictions.

Take the bastards to the cleaners.Editor
The RTA has no idea in the world. I’m a qualified tyre inspector. I did a course with Dunlop years ago whilst in the Army. On several occasions I had these unqualified people tell .e tyres were unroadworthy and were ready to hand out tickets. I had to give them a crash course on tyres, wear marks, regroovable tyres etc etc. Once after just having my Kenworth SAR (with Taunton Bar Suspension) totally rebushed and refurbished, had two RTA officers put an unroadworthy on my truck because they didn’t understand how this suspension set up works. The truck lost a weeks work as a result and they have no responsibility for my loss even though they are not qualified to make such a decision.
Close to the bone. Toll hates owner drivers.Editor
Correct Andrew it really is simple, but not for the hard-nosed transport police, aka mermaids. These troops more than often are idiots who love using Gestapo tactics against honest truck drivers. Why is Australia short of 23,000 truck drivers? Because these brown shirts have taken away their livelihoods by compounding unlawful fines and accumulating demerit points. In some cases a truck driver has lost his licence, job and probably his home all in one day thanks to the gutless mermaids and naturally the fascist state government which backs them.Editor
I always us have worked by when I am tired I go to sleep. When I’m good I keep working. It’s that simple.
There does need to be some accountability for interstate truck drivers. The log book has been a sham as long as I can remember. It is far to ridgid and forces drivers to work when they should be resting and resting when they should be driving. Unfortunately you can’t make it work on paper without telling the occasional fib. So what’s the point if it’s unworkable being honest. Additionally it all seems to be designed to knock the owner driver out of the game.
Well done congrats . Keep in touch
YES IT ABOUT BLOODY TIME
I’m a retired trucky and that’s best thing I’ve heard mate in years . Yes you you don’t need a book to tell you to stop ,anyone with any sense now’s when it’s time for a break. Cheers keep on truckin.
Wow,
I am so grateful for people like you,go ahead and seek this corrupt person/persons involved, let the media know for sure!
It doesn’t just happen in that department as i was told about the corruption in our prisons as well!
Shame on the people involved!
Yes you will come undone sooner than later!
Good on ya mate for taking a stand, I’ve been saying for years that the work diary is corrupt.
the currant book requires you to lie on a stat dec,, you must by law write incorrect time in the book, on the back of the copy that stays in book i used to write the exact times to the second when i stopped and started, and ask them to work it out from that,
I have been saying this all my working life that we were Better off being SELF REGULATED and I survived
This is a move in the right Direction Bucky, we have to unite. Ive been around Road Transport since I was 17 Years Old but not seen what we have to put up with these days. I’m still Livid that Bus Driver got five years Jail for an Accident in Melbourne when he hit that Bridge. Purely and Accident. (not fatigue related) Yes we can self manage our fatigue, and while we are on the subject, who ever gave our Drivers License details including all our personal details to the Privateers that now Police our roads, In particular Tasmania. All other professions except Airline Pilots (i think) can work as many hours as they like, without question. Its hard enough getting the young into the Industry as it is. The fines are becoming frighting for both Employers and Employees. Well done Bucky get it out there on Social Media (if you want to change the world I’m with you on this all the way) This country has become fine and penalty mad. Phil.
As a retired long distance driver of 18 hour days 7 days per week ferrying vehicles to all points throughout Australian I at no stage felt fatigued whilst mobile , I always drove at the signage speed limit .

Good on you, Bucky.
My first husband was a truckie who encountered a few problems a few decades ago, but nothing like the corrupt and stupid laws in force today. This is the UN and NWO in action…the state governments do their bidding…to get rid of all our industries and to bring us down to the poverty line so they can rule us.
It is time for ALL industries to make a stand against corrupt, ridiculous laws….make Australia great again!
( to quote Donald Trump!)
