PAVEL Durov, the founder and CEO of the encrypted messaging service Telegram (pictured above), was arrested at a French airport on Saturday night. Durov, a French-Russian, was taken into custoday as he got off his private jet on the tarmac at Le Bourget airport.

Durov, who is aged 39, was accompanied by his bodyguard and a woman. The arrest was carried out by agents of the Air Transport Gendarmerie (GTA), the Cyberspace Gendarmerie Command (COMCyberGEND), the National Anti-Fraud Office (ONAF) and a crew from the Border Police (PAF).

Far from being an operation against organised crime, the French fascist state under Macron and his socialist coalition is running an operation against free speech in line with current globalist programs to shut down what they call “disinformation”.

If French police see Telegram being used for criminal activity, then why don’t they arrest those they believe are responsible? Why is the owner of Telegram being painted as the criminal? The answer is that the EU and the global network of “eCommissars” want to control the political narrative.

According to French news site TF1/LCI Durov was to face an investigating judge on Saturday night before a possible indictment on Sunday for a multitude of offenses: terrorism, narcotics, complicity, fraud, money laundering, receiving stolen goods, child sex offender content, etc.

“A source close to the case” told TF1/LCI that Durov “allowed an incalculable number of offenses and crimes to be committed, for which he did nothing to moderate or cooperate”. Our comment: Could the same argument be used to justify arresting any police force or other civil authority on the basis that crimes occurred in their jurisdiction?

Durov was already listed in the French FPR (wanted persons file), and had arrived straight from Azerbaijan. Normally he avoids France and travels to the Emirates, countries of the former USSR and South America.

A search warrant was issued by the Minors Office (OFMIN) of the National Directorate of the French Judicial Police, based on a preliminary investigation. Authorities allege a “lack of moderation, cooperation with law enforcement and the tools offered by Telegram such as disposable numbers and use of cryptocurrencies make him an accomplice in drug trafficking, pedo-criminal offences and fraud.
