Eugenics in Victoria same as the US
by Sophie Hemery
“When the figures first came out from the Office of National Statistics (ONS), I shared it on my Instagram and thought, ‘Oh this is definitely going to pick up and make all the major news outlets,’” says Nina Tame, a disability rights activist with 17,000 followers on Instagram.
The stats, however, didn’t make nearly the kind of impact Tame was expecting. “It’s just that feeling of, ‘Oh, well it doesn’t really matter,’” she says. “This pandemic has highlighted how disposable we’re seen as.”
On 19 June, the ONS released statistics on Covid-19 -related deaths by disability status, which showed that two-thirds of people who have died from the virus (between 2 March and 15 May) had a disability. Out of an overall 38,000 deaths, 22,500 of those were disabled people.
Tame and her friend Charlie Martin, who are both disabled, analysed the statistics and sent a statement to Novara Media, detailing “the huge number of preventable disabled deaths that have occurred in the UK during the course of this pandemic,” and highlighting the way that the government views “the disabled population as collateral damage in preserving the economy”. The failure to protect the disabled community, they wrote, is “eugenics in action”.
Along with other disability rights activists – including the group Disabled People Against Cuts (DPAC) – Tame and Martin are calling for an official inquiry into the deaths………….”
A federal board of control over medical practitioners that few have heard about is calling the shots in the vaccine war threatening any doctor who challenges the efficacy of vaccination with disqualification or prosecution.
The COAG Health Council oversees the National Scheme under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (the National Law).
Health Ministers from each state and territory and the Commonwealth are members of the Ministerial Council and members of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority
The chief executive of Ahpra, Martin Fletcher said he was concerned that some doctors, nurses and chiropractors were promoting anti-vaccination views on social media or in their practices.
These member organisations(below) of Ahpra are dictating often dangerous health policies to the Federal Government.
- » Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practice Board
- » Chinese Medicine Board
- » Chiropractic Board
- » Dental Board
- » Medical Board
- » Medical Radiation Practice Board
- » Nursing and Midwifery Board
- » Occupational Therapy Board
- » Optometry Board
- » Osteopathy Board
- » Paramedicine Board
- » Pharmacy Board
- » Physiotherapy Board
- » Podiatry Board

“We take seriously any case of practitioners spreading dangerous and misleading anti-vaccination information including on social media,” Mr Fletcher said.
“They will face regulatory action or prosecution. We are asking the public to tell us if their practitioner is doing this. If you raise your concerns with us we can investigate and protect others.”
Our work with the WHO
As a WHO collaborating centre, Ahpra:
- assists the WHO in providing technical support to strengthen health workforce regulatory systems in member states
- supports the WHO in promoting the adoption of contemporary regulatory approaches to health workforce regulation, and
- strengthens the capacity, skills and knowledge of regulators in member states under the WHO’s guidance.
Fletcher’s statement has been met with scepticism with a spokesman for the group Friends of Science in Medicine, Ken McLeod, who along with other members of the group have reported hundreds of chiropractors, along with several doctors and nurses, to Ahpra over the past decade for spreading anti-vaccination messages.
“The response from the regulators has invariably been a slap with a damp lettuce, just warning them to fix their advertising, or a warning not to mention vaccination to their clients,” McLeod said.
”If Ahpra and other regulators had responded properly to our notifications, today’s picture would be different. Because this is more than just false-advertising. I consider it medical malpractice.” McLeod told the Guardian.
The FSM with McLeod is the real enemy in the vaccine wars:
These are Big Pharma’s delirious vaxxers who ensure your new born baby is jabbed with up to 16 different toxins, some containing live human foetus before age 18 months. Is it any wonder a number of these poor kids have not got a chance of having a normal, healthy life. Autism it is said will affect one in 32 children within five years. Fifty years ago autism was unheard of because then there were few dangerous vaccines being administered.
Anyone in doubt just contact prominent US Lawyer and anti-vaccine crusader Robert F Kennedy.
It is not about health but about profits for Big Pharma and doctors who are regularly bribed by this insidious industry.
Now they are supporting eugenicist Bill Gates’ potent Coronahoax witches brew which will alter the DNA of the patient and is laced with RFID technology.
Recent comments from world-renowned virologist and cancer expert Dr Rashid Buttar confirmed advice from Australian researchers that any patient who had received a flu shot in the past 12 months can show up as positive in the dodgy Covid 19 test.
This is why the Australian Medical Association advised against taking flu shots until much later in the year so as not to conflict with ongoing Covid 19 testing. (because the evidence shows the flu shot doesn’t work and is toxic to have caused deaths or serious complications)
Can the Ahpra or the FSM produce the safety testing records of any vaccines used in Australia since 1986?
Below is the government National Immunisation Schedule Program of (mandatory) vaccines from birth to death.
Our kids don’t have a chance. While at common law and under S 51 of the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia, vaccinations cannot be forcibly administered, the sneaky LNP/ALP duopoly has oozed in through the back door enforcing no jab-no pay-no school. If states’ curricula are examined no self-respecting parent would want their kids there anyway.
Dick Smith has been caught funding the treacherous Australian Skeptics vaccine support network
The Australian Government has mandated with financial incentives 16 vaccines (~51 doses) for children for welfare benefits and access to early childhood education. This has resulted in discriminatory social welfare policies, the banning of many healthy children from early childhood education and university students who cannot choose careers in health without receiving 10 – 16 vaccines. These are vaccines that most adults have never used and they did not control these diseases in the Australian community by creating herd immunity. (Septic Skeptics)
Australians should be prepared for the vax police to come knocking on their door. PM Scott Morrison is a disciple of forced jabs now that President Trump has enlisted the military to go door to door offering, for now, non-compulsory vaccination for the Coronahoax.
Cairnsnews is aware of at least two Australian, pending legal challenges against the Covid regime and upcoming compulsory vaccination.

It is impossible to make a vaccine that’s completely safe.
You are going to injure a certain amount of people.
Government is going to mandate this product.
No matter how grievous your injury or your child’s injury, no matter how toxic the ingredient, no matter how sloppy the line protocols, no matter how negligent that company, you cannot sue them for redress.
So, there’s no discovery, there’s no depositions, there’s no medical malpractice, there’s no class-actions. There’s zero consequence, if they kill you or if they injure you for life, that there’s no liability.
And for a every medical product, the biggest cost is paying liability at the back end. So they just said, “Now, that’s scrubbed. We don’t have to worry about that. We don’t have to safety test them.”
And there’s no reason to make it safe, because nobody can sue you, nobody can do discovery. There’s no consequence to giving you a really dangerous vaccine.
It’s almost mandatory consumption of that product.
It’s a gold mine.
If you can get a vaccine on the CDC schedule. It’s worth a billion dollars a year, typically to your company.
There was a Gold Rush and all of these companies rushed on CDC and captured the agency and got them to mandate all these vaccines.
Dr Andrew Kaufman
Some of the technological strategies that they’re using to create these vaccines are quite scary and unprecedented.
This vaccine doesn’t work in the way that, normally vaccines do, where you have a piece of a virus that’s inactivated in some way and inject that in, that causes an immune response and you would make antibodies to it.
They have to use a special technology. So, it’s not like a regular vaccine, where there’s just a syringe, with one needle and a liquid containing whatever’s in the vaccine and they just put it in.
This has three needles. So, the needle in the middle is the typical type, that the material would flow through but the other two needles on either side are actually electrodes and what they do is they generate an electric current inside of our cells and this creates what’s called electroporation.
And what happens is that the electricity causes the cell membranes to create little holes called pores and then, the genetic material can enter the cell through those pores whereas, normally the cell membrane would be a barrier and keep the genetic material outside the cells.
So, they’re using this technique and they’re basically – this is a form of gene therapy – so, they would actually be changing the genetic makeup of our own cells in the local area where they’re injecting this.
And I think this is something that could be used for all sorts of purposes that we may not know about, because we don’t really know what these genes represent.
Remember, I was talking about the source of this genetic material is undetermined.
The thing that keeps coming back to my mind, about Bill Gates; he made a statement to the effect of, “Through vaccines and family planning, we could reduce the world’s population by 15%.”
And 15% of the world’s population is somewhere around 1 billion people. Billion with a B.
And he certainly made other statements, recently that basically: “We will not be able to get back to any kind of ‘normalcy’ in our day-to-day lives.” And he specifically, mentioned things, like concerts or sporting events at arenas, where you have large gatherings of people – “until every single person is vaccinated.”
He’s also talking about having this “vaccination passport” or this tattoo or this ink, that shows you’ve had the vaccination and then that allows you like you to congregate, to travel on airplanes – almost put you in this high “social score” .
And yes, there is this invisible ink tattoo, which I believe was attempted to be implemented on some children in southern Africa – but was rejected by the local people there – rightfully so!

Prime Minister Scott Morrison is worthy of a Gold Logie for being the best snake oil TV salesman in Australia since sniveling little Bob Hawke.
Morrison has convinced two million dopey Australians to put a tracing app on their phones laughably to help track other phone users in case they have been in the vicinity of a Coronavirus carrier.
Then they gave the data to US megastore Amazon to hold. Australian tech experts say Amazon data banks leak like a rusty rain water tank.
Such an outstanding achievement deserves merit because there have only been 6,720 confirmed cases in Australia, 83 have died and 5,586 have been reported as recovered. More than 517,000 tests have been conducted.
Out of a population of 25,445,020 that leaves 1134 with the flu and getting close to one of them with Bluetooth will be akin to finding a virgin in Sydney’s biggest high school.
Assistant salesman is Dr Brendan Murphy, an Irishman who reckons only his native leprechauns will fly Qantas now because he mortally wounded our airline and tourist industries leaving frightened tourists with viral aviophobia.
Dr Murphy says ‘social distancing’ is here to stay and for this jaw-dropping dictate he deserves a Walkley Award for deceiving viewers with creative and courageous acts of television journalism that seek out the truth and give new insight to an issue. They reward excellence, independence, innovation and originality in storytelling.
Murphy’s economic destruction as Chief Medical officer drumming up a fake Australian virus pandemic is unequaled in Australian history. He is creating more destruction than WW1 and WW2 combined allegedly to combat a Coronavirus bogeyman that has dropped off the pop charts and is less lethal than the common flu.
And all the complicit politicians sit idly by, except perhaps Barnaby Joyce and Bob Katter.
Murphy has neglected to inform the public that facial recognition technology adopted by the LNP/ALP duopoly 18 months ago and being rolled out with 5G cameras does not perform accurately unless individuals in crowds are spaced at his social distancing of 1.5 metres or more apart.
Then there is the fake news media led by the usual ABC, News Ltd and television networks. Their adherence to this psy-op script is like a Noogoora burr stuck to a saddle cloth giving the public the wildest ride of their petty lives since TV hit the lounge rooms 60 years ago.
The fake news media is a willing accomplice in this deception, beating the virus drum but neglecting to admit the abundant medical evidence that this virus doesn’t kill until it is enlivened by 60GHz wavelengths favoured by Telstra’s 5G network coincidentally found in most hospitals.
Murphy, Morrison, Minister Hunt, et al, and it seems wittingly, are doing the work of WHO led by Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. He is a former senior officer of Ethiopia’s Tigre People’s Liberation Front (TPLF), a Communist revolutionary party listed as a terrorist organisation.
These qualifications fit well with the Australian media which predictably, has never mentioned the DG’s antecedents.
When the UN and Ghebreyesus say jump, Morrison and Murphy ask “how high?”

Polly Tommey, producer of the famous documentary, Vaxxed, has been banned from Australia. If that sounds quite insane—it is.
Vaxxed has been screening across the world. It is an explosive revelation about egregious fraud at the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
The film focuses on the 2014 public confession of a long-time researcher at the CDC, William Thompson. Thompson admits that he and his colleagues committed a crime, by manipulating data to give the MMR vaccine a free pass, “proving” it had no connection to autism—when in fact, as Thompson states, the vaccine does raise the risk of autism in children.
Here are a few statements from the The Sydney Morning Herald’s report, headlined: “Anti-vaccination advocate ‘banned from Australia’ after documentary tour.”
“The producer Polly Tommey behind a controversial anti-vaccination film which has been touring Australia has been banned from returning to the country for three years, she claims.”
“Ms Tommey spearheaded a sold-out national roadshow of the documentary Vaxxed: From Cover-up to Catastrophe organised by the Australian Vaccinations-Skeptics Network.”
“In a video, posted to Youtube on Tuesday, Ms Tommey claimed authorities seized her phone and copied her emails as she left Australian soil to continue the New Zealand leg of the film tour.”
“‘They (Australian Border Force) told me I was banned from Australia for three years and that I would be getting a letter to confirm this,’ Ms Toomey said.”
“A number of secret screenings of the documentary and Q& A sessions were hosted in Australia, including one last week at Village’s Crown casino cinemas in Southbank and another in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.”
I contacted Polly Tommey, and she sent me this statement, quickly typed on her phone as she was heading to New Zealand:
“After a very successful 2 week tour of Vaxxed in Australia with packed out venues including the Australian National University I went through passport control in Adelaide airport on route to New Zealand, I was traveling with Anu Vaidya, our social media director—he was allowed straight through (we are both on the same business visas and both do the same work, Q&As and stories from parents via social media) I was detained.”
“They took my phone and asked for my password which I gave them (I have nothing to hide) they screenshot emails between AVN [Australian Vaccinations-Skeptics Network] and Vaxxed. They grilled me on Vaxxed and who made money from the documentary, they asked me about Andy Wakefield [also involved in the film’s production].”
“They told me I was banned from Australia for 3 years and I would receive an email to explain in due course. They then gave me my phone back and let me board a plane to New Zealand.”
“Australia’s press did this, they promoted Vaxxed and our tour. We barely filled the venues before they wrote endless articles with quotes from health ministers saying how Vaxxed is dangerous lies. From that moment on the venues were packed with waiting lists, they are their own worst enemies.”
“I don’t need to go back to Australia, the people are strong and know what to do. They are as angry as the rest of the world at the death and destruction of our babies and loved ones.”
Doctors, medical bureaucrats, and government officials in Australia are foaming at the mouth, releasing statements against Vaxxed and warning how “dangerous” the film is, and how it should not be shown and seen.
These Orwellian lunatics want to cancel the public’s right to have access to information. “Don’t think, obey.”
Here is their strategy in a nutshell: they want to equate certain information with shouting fire in a crowded theater and, therefore, claim the right to free speech and free assembly is canceled.
Actually, and quite literally, they’re the ones shouting fire in a crowded theater. Because they want to empty the theaters.
The content of Vaxxed is all about exposing the lies of official science.
Toxic vaccination is destroying the brains of babies and children.
Whether you agree or disagree with that last statement, trying to outlaw conversation about it and intimidate people who want the conversation is sheer totalitarian madness.
Polly Tommey is a woman who stands for what she believes and puts everything on the line. She has delved deeply into the protected secrets of the medical establishment. She has emerged with a film brimming with knowledge.
In a half-sane world, she would be hailed as a hero.
Obviously, the customs agents who detained and questioned her, as she was leaving Australia, who told her she was banned from the country, were acting on behalf of higher-ups.
Those medical, political, and pharmaceutical higher-ups want silence.
They want you to shut up and close your eyes and march straight ahead into the future they are laying out for you.
A future ever more toxic.
Are you going to give in? Are you going to abandon your natural right to search for the truth? Are you going to suck on the teat of the State and thank your betters for the morsels they hand you?
Are you going to believe this surrender to the State has no danger?
Are you going to stop worrying and learn to love Big Brother?
Jennifer Marohasy The Australian September 29, 2015
For the true believer, it is too awful to even consider that the Australian Bureau of Meteorology could be exaggerating global warming by adjusting figures. This doesn’t mean, though, that it’s not true.
In fact, under prime minister Tony Abbott, a panel of eminent statisticians was formed to investigate these claims detailed in The Australian newspaper in August and September last year.
The panel did acknowledge in its first report that the bureau homogenised the temperature data: that it adjusted figures. The same report also concluded it was unclear whether these adjustments resulted in an overall increase or decrease in the warming trend.
No conclusions could be drawn because the panel did not work through a single example of homogenisation, not even for Rutherglen. Rutherglen, in northeastern Victoria, is an agricultural research station with a continuous minimum temperature record unaffected by equipment changes or documented site moves but where the bureau nevertheless adjusted the temperatures.
This had the effect of turning a temperature time series without a statistically significant trend into global warming of almost 2C a century.
According to media reports last week, a thorough investigation of the bureau’s methodology was prevented because of intervention by Environment Minister Greg Hunt. He apparently argued in cabinet that the credibility of the institution was paramount — that it was important the public had trust in the bureau’s data and forecasts, so the public knew to heed warnings of bushfires and cyclones.
Hunt defends the bureau because it has a critical role to play in providing the community with reliable weather forecasts.
This is indeed one of its core responsibilities. It would be better able to perform this function, however, if it used proper techniques for quality control of temperature data and the best available techniques for forecasting rainfall.
There has been no improvement in its seasonal rainfall forecasts for two decades because it uses general circulation models. These are primarily tools for demonstrating global warming, with dubious, if any, skill at actually forecasting weather or climate.
Consider, for example, the millennium drought and the flooding rains that followed in 2010.
Back in 2007 and 2008, David Jones, then and still the manager of climate monitoring and prediction at the Bureau of Meteorology, wrote that climate change was so rampant in Australia, “We don’t need meteorological data to see it”, and that the drought, caused by climate change, was a sign of the “hot and dry future” that we all collectively faced.
Then the drought broke, as usual in Australia, with flooding rains.
But the bureau was incapable of forecasting an exceptionally wet summer because such an event was contrary to how senior management at the bureau perceived our climate future.
So, despite warning signs evident in sea surface temperature patterns across the Pacific through 2010, Brisbane’s Wivenhoe dam, originally built for flood mitigation, was allowed to fill through the spring of 2010, and kept full in advance of the torrential rains in January 2011.
The resulting catastrophic flooding of Brisbane is now recognised as a “dam release flood”, and the subject of a class-action lawsuit by Brisbane residents against the Queensland government.
Indeed, despite an increasing investment in supercomputers, there is ample evidence ideology is trumping rational decision-making at the bureau on key issues that really matter, such as the prediction of drought and flood cycles. Because most journalists and politicians desperately want to believe the bureau knows best, they turn away from the truth and ignore the facts.
News Corp Australia journalist Anthony Sharwood got it completely wrong in his weekend article defending the bureau’s homogenisation of the temperature record. I tried to explain to him on the phone last Thursday how the bureau didn’t actually do what it said when it homogenised temperature time series for places such as Rutherglen.
Sharwood kept coming back to the issue of “motivations”. He kept asking me why on earth the bureau would want to mislead the Australian public.
I should have kept with the methodology, but I suggested he read what Jones had to say in the Climategate emails. Instead of considering the content of the emails that I mentioned, however, Sharwood wrote in his article that, “Climategate was blown out of proportion” and “independent investigations cleared the researchers of any form of wrongdoing”.
Nevertheless, the content of the Climategate emails includes quite a lot about homogenisation, and the scientists’ motivations. For example, there is an email thread in which Phil Jones (University of East Anglia) and Tom Wigley (University of Adelaide) discuss the need to get rid of a blip in global temperatures around 1940-44. Specifically, Wigley suggested they reduce ocean temperatures by an arbitrary 0.15C. These are exactly the types of arbitrary adjustments made throughout the historical temperature record for Australia: adjustments made independently of any of the purported acceptable reasons for making adjustments, including site moves and equipment changes.
Sharwood incorrectly wrote in his article: “Most weather stations have moved to cooler areas (ie, areas away from the urban heat island effect). So if scientists are trying to make the data reflect warmer temperatures, they’re even dumber than the sceptics think.”
In fact, many (not most) weather stations have moved from post offices to airports, which have hotter, not cooler, daytime temperatures. Furthermore, the urban heat island creeps into the official temperature record for Australia not because of site moves but because the record at places such as Cape Otway lighthouse is adjusted to make it similar to the record in built-up areas such as Melbourne, which clearly are affected by the urban heat island.
I know this sounds absurd. It is absurd, and it is also true. Indeed, a core problem with the methodology the bureau uses is its reliance on “comparative sites” to make adjustments to data at other places. I detail the Cape Otway lighthouse example in a recent paper published in the journal Atmospheric Research, volume 166.
It is so obvious that there is an urgent need for a proper, thorough and independent review of operations at the bureau. But it would appear our politicians and many mainstream media are set against the idea.
Evidently they are too conventional in their thinking to consider such an important Australian institution could now be ruled by ideology.
Jennifer Marohasy is a senior fellow at the Institute of Public Affairs.
‘The Forum considers that its own recommendations will deliver improvements to the management and communication of the ACORN-SAT dataset. There is a clear trend increase in both the raw and homogenised temperature data, and the temperature patterns exhibited in a variety of other datasets have a similar character. It is not currently possible to determine whether these improvements will be reflected in an increased or decreased warming trend that has been broadly observed across a range of different datasets.
