community have a part to play in the NAPHS. Given the dual responsibility for many priorities,

“The Therapeutic Goods Administration (“TGA“) and their buddies, the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (“ATAGI“) and the unaccountable Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (“AHPRA“), have enabled the distortion of science in Australia that has seen COVID vaccines mandated, the minimising of vaccine reactions, banning of alternative treatments and general COVID mismanagement.
“In this final Senate Estimates session before the election is inevitably called I tried to desperately get straight answers out of Australia’s Chief Health bureaucrats about how they could do so much of this without evidence.
“Watch here as the TGA ducks and weaves in interrogation.
“Doctors and other health professionals feel great pressure to not report adverse events or sentiment which could undermine the vaccine rollout. Health Bureaucrats continue to deny such pressure exists despite official guidelines saying that Doctors could be de-registered for opposing supposed public health measures from the government. AHPRA threatens to deregister Doctors but is a private corporation with no accountability to the Senate or the Australia Public.
“The TGA has been morally deficient in their blind acceptance of overseas data provided by the pharmaceutical companies to approve COVID vaccines. Despite this, they bat away any criticism or safety concerns as simply a conspiracy theory. As I said, conspiracy theory is “used as a term to ridicule the person asking the question” and what did one of our Chief Health Officers respond to that? “It is and I’ll be using it that way”. The contempt these bureaucrats have for openness and transparency is palpable.
“AHPRA is an unaccountable private organisation that holds the threat of de-registration over the head of any Doctor who dares give advice against vaccination counter to the Government line. WHO IHR treaty will override constitutions of Australia and America
IHR will implement universal vaccination mandates and digital vaccine passports as we step into One World Government‘s Pandemic Treaty

This interaction between Queensland Senator Gerard Rennick and a local health minister reveals that the reason why the Australian government, like the Canadian government isn’t letting unvaccinated people fly on commercial airlines has nothing to do with health policy but with the fact that these countries, like the US and all other UN members are signatory to the International Health Regulations accord of 2005 or IHR.
Most people, like me had never heard of the IHR. These regulations override and supersede the US Constitution.
While everyone is looking at Ukraine, the WHO is planning a power grab to give it legal powers over the pandemic response in 190 countries.
James Rogusky has put together this amazing resource on his Substack, informing us about what’s happening and a call-to-action and what we can do, parts of which I’m sharing below.
On January 12, 2022, the United States submitted a number of amendments to the IHR that will give away even more of our sovereignty and greatly empower the World Health Organization (WHO) to restrict YOUR health related rights and freedoms.
The 75th meeting of the World Health Assembly will be held in Geneva, Switzerland this May 22-28, 2022. The Assembly will vote on the amendments to the IHR. They are very likely to pass and be enacted into International law unless “We the People” stand up against this attack on our sovereignty.
These amendments to the International Health Regulations do NOT need to be approved by two-thirds of the US Senate. We have already agreed to obey the IHR by virtue of our membership in the United Nations and the World Health Organization. We have already given away some of our sovereignty. These amendments will give away even more.
In addition to the proposed amendments to the IHR, the WHO has also set up an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) that is actively negotiating an international “Treaty on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response.” The proposed “Pandemic Treaty” is separate from, and in addition to, the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations I just mentioned.
The “Pandemic Treaty” is being drafted and negotiated as we speak.
While everyone is looking at Ukraine the WHO is planning a power grab to give it legal powers over the pandemic response for 190 countries.
A summary of the proposed treaty could legally empower the WHO to do the following:
- Increased surveillance
- A “One Health” approach
- A direct attack on sovereignty via outside data
- The WHO may unilaterally decide
- Enable health care workers to be brought in.
- The deliberations of the Emergency Committee are shared with states, but not necessarily with the public.
- The “Compliance Committee” will have investigatory powers within each country – another loss of sovereignty.
- Amendments come into effect more quickly (in 6 months instead of 18).
- Change the definition of a pandemic (again) in order to declare unjustified pandemics. The WHO could declare almost anything to be a pandemic – heart disease, cancer, diabetes, mental illness, etc.
- Impose lockdowns worldwide, centrally from the UN.
- Enforce expensive, unsafe, and ineffective treatments against the will of the individual people of the world.
- Implement universal vaccination mandates and digital vaccine passports.
- Develop norms and standards for digital technology related to international travel for international contact tracing.
- Develop surveillance systems that would link into each country’s national health system.
- Give incentives for countries to report new viruses or variants, keeping up the ongoing fear.
- Promote untested medicines and vaccines developed against new viruses that only feed the profits of drug companies.
- Mandate the sharing of data and genome sequences of emerging viruses.
- Institute guidelines on how each member country would pay fees to the World Health Organization in addition to the annual membership fees each member country is already paying.
THIS IS A VEILED ATTEMPT TO “LEGALIZE” CENTRALIZED PHARMACEUTICAL FASCISM UNDER THE GUISE OF PANDEMIC PREVENTION AND PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE.
Basically, the power that the WHO currently has under the declared State of Emergency (which is completely bogus, there is no pandemic) they now want to keep forever. With this treaty, they intend to cement and expand their centralized control of world governments.
The World Health Organization wants sovereign nations to sign a treaty that would grant additional legal authority to the WHO which would enable them to force their “One Health” decisions upon every country of the world.
In addition, the WHO wants more money ($10-$31 billion dollars per year!)
The WHO’s priority is NOT public health. The WHO’s real priority is capturing more power and money for itself and its corporate and its Non-Governmental Organization accomplices.
The WHO needs to be disbanded, not given any more power!!!
The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body is currently accepting comments from the general public to determine the topics that may be included in the “Pandemic Treaty”.
The time to speak out and stand up for your rights is NOW – but they’re not making it very easy.
The WHO website says that the first round of hearings will be held through a webcast on 12-13 April 2022. Sessions times are in Central European Summer Time (CEST).

All people eventually die. Health is not guaranteed. The law can and must guarantee and protect health related freedoms.
Article 1
Governments do not get to suspend human rights because of “emergencies.”
Regardless of the scope and/or severity of any disease outbreak or pandemic, human rights remain inalienable and may not be abridged.
Article 2
The good of a nation is the sum total of the benefits enjoyed by all its people.
The rights of nations, states, provinces, groups and organizations are subservient to inalienable human rights.
Article 3
Bureaucrats do not have the right to deny potentially life-saving medications to anyone.
The right to try is an inalienable right. Each and every human being, alone, or in consultation with the healthcare practitioner of their choice, has the inalienable right to choose the form of treatment that they wish to utilize in order to maintain or restore their health.
Article 4
The right to refuse treatment is an inalienable right.
Bodily autonomy is sacrosanct and must ALWAYS be respected. No person, no organization and no governmental body has the right to demand that another person consume, inject or apply any treatment to their body.
Article 5
Discrimination based on medical status is wrong.
No person, no organization and no governmental body has the right to place any form of restrictions that require healthy people to subject themselves to any form of treatment or test in order to enjoy their inalienable right to travel, work, seek education, or gain access to public spaces or businesses.
Article 6
Lockdowns and/or quarantines of healthy people are wrong.
All people who are ill with diseases that are transmissible have a moral obligation to separate themselves fro other people, but other people must be allowed to visit with the ill person so long as proper personal protective equipment is utilized.
Article 7
We demand complete transparency.
All depersonalized data from all clinical studies should be immediately available to everyone in the world to review in real time.
Article 8
Everyone has the right to their own opinion.
Every person’s experience is a valuable scientific observation. All human beings have the inalienable right to publicly express their opinion regarding the effectiveness (or lack thereof) of any treatment.
Article 9
Guilt cannot be legislated or contracted away.
All manufacturers, distributors, sellers and administrators of health care products and/or procedures must be held liable for any and all damages caused by their products and services.
Article 10
Government officials may start emergencies, but the people must be able to end them.
Speed can be an important factor in reacting to an emergency, but democratic principles demand that “We the People” have the right to determine when we believe the danger has passed.

WHO, supported by Health Minister Greg Hunt wants to trash whats left of our Commonwealth Constitution

The WHO wants countries to sign a new COVID-19 treaty in about two months time.
This treaty would have the “WHO Constitution” take precedence over a country’s constitution during natural disasters or pandemics.
This would allow them to make their “guidelines” mandatory to the public of all countries who sign.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is the second highest donor to the WHO, after the US government.
We know how this would end.
Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger worked for the WHO for twenty years. She says that every country should send a public letter of protest to the WHO, saying that their people DO NOT accept a signature of their Minister of Health. In our case Greg Hunt.

TGA demands $350k from Australian vaxx manufacturer threatened with arrest for developing first, safe, sub-protein vaxx

Professor Nikolai Petrovsky has just developed Australia’s first successful vaccine in 40 years. In any approximation of a normal world, he would be feted as the living incarnation of the government’s much trumpeted aspiration to be an ‘innovation nation’. Instead, he has been stood down by his university and threatened with arrest if he sets foot in his office. Why? For refusing to be immunised with one of the vaccines approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
It’s ironic. Petrovsky was immunised with his own vaccine more than a year ago. Recently concluded phase III trials show it is far safer than any vaccine approved by the TGA and better at preventing infection with and transmission of the Sars-Cov-2 virus. This week, the TGA recognised the Chinese Sinopharm and the Indian Covaxin vaccines as effective. Yet the TGA refuses to look at Petrovsky’s Australian vaccine until he pays a fee of $350,000.
The travails of Petrovsky are a cautionary tale of governments picking losers and punishing winners. Aside from being professor of medicine at Flinders University, director of endocrinology at the Flinders Medical Centre and vice-president and secretary-general of the international Immunomics Society, Petrovsky is the founder of Vaxine, an Australian biotech company that has won numerous awards, developed successful vaccines against Sars and Mers and is funded by the US National Institutes of Health.
Despite an outstanding record of achievement, Petrovsky’s application for funding to develop a Covid vaccine was rejected by the federal government. Instead, the government funded a project developed by the University of Queensland and backed by CSL, the only vaccine manufacturer in Australia. Before phase I trial results had even been completed, federal health minister Greg Hunt announced an investment of $1.7 billion to pre-order 84.8 million doses of the UQ and AstraZeneca vaccines. The project never made it beyond the phase I trial, but CSL still refuses to manufacture Petrovsky’s vaccine and the federal government refuses to fund a vaccine that is not manufactured in Australia.
The results of Petrovsky’s trials in monkeys, ferrets and hamsters showed not only that his vaccine was safe but that vaccinated animals produced neutralising antibodies in the nose and throat, blocking transmission to animals which had not been immunised. Before injecting the vaccine into a single person, Petrovsky injected it into himself to demonstrate his confidence in the product. Compare that with the CEO of Pfizer, Albert Bourla who began dosing people with its experimental vaccine on April 23, 2020. Bourla didn’t get his first shot of the Pfizer vaccine until 21 March 2021.
Vaxine was the first Covid sub-protein vaccine in the world to gain regulatory approval, on 8 October, beating Swiss-American pharmaceutical giant Novartis, which teamed up with the Bill Gates-backed Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and this week gained regulatory approval for its Novavax vaccine. Yet rather than being a great Australian success story, Petrovsky has had to team up with an Iranian manufacturer to produce his Covax-19 vaccine, sending Australian manufacturing jobs offshore, and is using a GoFundMe site to raise the $350,000 to pay the TGA fees which go directly to the Commonwealth Department of Health.
Why has Petrovsky faced so many hurdles? There is no doubt that there is a highly influential vaccine establishment which has played along with the fiction that Sars-Cov-2 could not have leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Petrovsky was one of the first major Western scientist to say that having studied the virus, it was highly unlikely that it could have acquired its unusual characteristics other than in a laboratory. That would have angered powerful and influential people.
But is there something murkier? Petrovsky says a government MP told him that doors would remain closed to him in Canberra unless he paid a lobbyist to open them. Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Merck, Novartis and Sanofi on the other hand all have the deepest pockets to smooth their way. Whatever the truth, this week, the nation’s most successful vaccinologist was stood down during a global pandemic and South Australia sacked ten per cent of its healthcare workforce because they refused to comply with the same draconian, unscientific and unethical vaccine mandate. And this, a fortnight before the state’s borders will open to wide-scale infection which will inevitably lead to increased hospitalisations of vulnerable people.
Petrovsky was sacked even though he may well have better immunity than those who are sacking him. And the vaccine mandates remain in place even though the most recent vaccine surveillance report in the UK states that vaccine effectiveness wanes after ‘the first three to four months’ and that the AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine, even at its peak, only provides 65-75 per cent protection and both AZ and Pfizer wane to no effective immunity within six months. Indeed, in every age group over 30, the vaccinated are more likely to get infected than the unvaccinated. The mandates also refuse to acknowledge that infection-acquired immunity is as robust as vaccine acquired immunity, even though this is backed by 102 research studies, and according to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine professor Dr Marty Makary, data from Israel shows that natural immunity is 27 times more effective than vaccinated immunity.
‘We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying’ wrote Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. How did it come to pass so quickly that Australia feels like a former Eastern bloc country where virological Lysenkoism is an official doctrine, dissidents are sacked, the newspapers report propaganda and the truth is relegated to social media samizdat?
In his 1961 farewell address to the nation, President Dwight Eisenhower warned that ‘the prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded’, and ‘in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite’. Eisenhower said it was the task of statesmen to balance these forces within the principles of our democratic system so that security and liberty could prosper together.
Sadly, there is no one to hold a candle to him today. If we are to get out of this mess, we must save ourselves.
Nursing home patients to get a fourth shot, a kill shot

Here in ground zero Victoria, Premier Daniel Andrews told reporters it’s only a matter of time before federal health agencies change the definition to mean three doses instead of two. Mr Andrews said he expected the changes to the vaccination regime to be announced over the next week.
It comes as Health Minister Greg Hunt confirmed Australia is considering giving a fourth Covid vaccine dose to “older Australians and perhaps those working with vulnerable patients”. “That’s still under active medical consideration, but the supplies and logistics are in place to deliver that if it’s required,” he said.

Dear Mr Hunt,
On behalf of the tens of thousands of members and supporters of The Australian Vaccination-risks Network (AVN), we are writing to you with the many concerns we have around the COVID-19 vaccination roll-out. We demand, based on the precautionary principle, that the current mRNA and viral vector vaccination experimental trial be immediately halted until independent scientific safety and efficacy evaluations can be unequivocally established. We understand that Queensland has, as of 21st May 2021, abandoned the AstraZeneca viral vector vaccination program due to injuries and deaths following vaccination.
We are very concerned that the COVID-19 vaccines have only been given provisional approval by the TGA under the State of Emergency declaration and that the decision to vaccinate the Australian public has been made on the basis of short term efficacy and safety data. It has been conceded by the TGA and AHPRA that there is no longitudinal scientific data relating to risk/benefit profile. Why is our government coercing Australians to have experimental injections which have been developed, marketed and distributed in less than a year while previous vaccine development took between 10-15 years?
In an interview on Insiders you stated:
“The world is engaged in the largest clinical trial, the largest global vaccination trial ever, and we will have enormous amounts of data.”
As you have publicly admitted, these injections are still in clinical trials, and anyone who gets the shot is now part of an experiment.
Why haven’t you given instructions to health professionals to inform every person receiving the shot that they are participating in an experiment? Informed consent is essential for any medical procedure as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook and the Nuremberg Code.
These Covid vaccines are not necessary. According to the CDC’s current best estimate, “the infection fatality rate” (IFR) for Covid-19 is less than 1 percent for people aged 69 and younger. Vaccine manufacturers claim that COVID-19 vaccines are 95 percent “effective,” but the FDA is allowing companies to define effectiveness as “prevention of mild symptoms.” The studies are not designed to detect a reduction in outcomes such as severe illness, hospitalization or death. For individuals who develop severe symptoms, the vaccine is not a remedy. Instead, nutritional and oxidative support can help keep the illness from going into “overdrive.” Peter Doshi from the British Medical Journal has concerns that the current trials are not designed to show whether the injections will save any lives. In fact, reports since the commencement of the rollout in countries around the world are showing the vaccines are causing deaths and injuries.
Participants in every COVID-19 vaccine trial reported adverse reactions including high fever, chills, muscle pains and headaches. Some even reported severe reactions that required hospitalization and invasive treatment. According to the FDA, potential long-term effects may include Guillain-Barré syndrome, brain swelling, muscle weakness and paralysis, convulsions and seizures, stroke, narcolepsy, thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS), shock, heart attack, autoimmune disease, arthritis and joint pain, multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children, and death.
Some UK health workers have experienced anaphylactic shock after receiving one dose of the approved vaccine and the UK government has warned those with severe allergies to avoid the Pfizer injection. Manufacturers have been granted complete indemnity, freedom from liability even though all previous attempts at creating coronavirus vaccines caused harm and never advanced to regulatory approval.
Sadly, we are seeing the devastating results of these government-sponsored and unnecessary, untested experimental injections on people all over the world. As of May 14, 2021, the number of reported US deaths following COVID-19 vaccines was 4,201 according to data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The data comes directly from reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). A US Harvard Study concluded that “fewer than 1% of injuries were reported” to the database. Every week, VAERS makes public all vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date, usually about a week prior to the release date.
Between December 14, 2020 and May 14, 2021 there have been a total of 227,805 adverse events, including 4,201 deaths. This is alarming but not surprising as there is no data to suggest safety for the following groups of people: Anyone younger than age 18 or older than age 55, pregnant or lactating mothers, those with autoimmune conditions and immunocompromised individuals. The safety for other age groups is inconclusive as the clinical trial for Pfizer, and AstraZeneca will not conclude until 2023.
In Australia, the reported adverse events were over 19,598 on May 20, 2021 according to the report on the TGA website. We are also hearing that thousands of women around the world are reporting disrupted menstrual cycles after receiving the COVID-19 vaccines. The U.K.’s government vaccine adverse event reporting system has collected more than 2,200 instances of reproductive disorders after coronavirus injections, including excessive or absent menstrual bleeding, delayed menstruation, vaginal haemorrhaging, miscarriages, and stillbirths.
Two prominent doctors, including the ex-head of Pfizer’s respiratory research, had warned that Covid-19 vaccines contain a spike protein called syncytin-1, vital for the formation of the placenta. If the vaccine triggers an immune response to this protein, then female infertility, miscarriage or birth defects could result.
On Monday 22 February 2021, COVID-19 vaccinations began in Australia. By May 12, the TGA had received 6 reports of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) following the injection of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. There have also been reports to the TGA of 18 cases of Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS), a devastating condition that leaves the patient with low platelet levels and a tendency to bleed at the same time, and which has a fatality rate of 25%. Reports as at May 2 show that there are approximately 20 cases of anaphylaxis reported in Australia per million doses of the Comirnaty vaccine. How many reactions to vaccination are actually reported to the TGA’s database of adverse reactions? Do frontline medical staff know that they can and should report a suspected adverse event following a vaccination? We know that according to the study performed by Harvard less than 1% of all adverse reactions are submitted to VAERS, so we can only assume (as no such study has been performed by the Australian government) that the percentage would be similar in Australia.
Informed consent is being bypassed. According to the Australian Immunisation Handbook on the TGA website, informed consent is essential. It states:
Valid consent is the voluntary agreement by an individual to a proposed procedure, which is given after sufficient, appropriate and reliable information about the procedure, including the potential risks and benefits, has been conveyed to that individual and it must be given voluntarily in the absence of undue pressure, coercion or manipulation.
According to the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners:
Informed consent is the process whereby a patient makes a voluntary decision about their medical care with knowledge and understanding of the benefits and potential risks involved. A patient should only agree to the proposed treatment if he or she has been provided with sufficient information including the benefits, associated risks and alternative management options, so they are able to make an appropriate decision about their own health care.
Clearly, we are not able to make an informed choice unless we have the full information to do so. This clinical trial we are engaged in does not meet the requirements of full disclosure and so this vaccination program must cease immediately. Many Australians are being coerced and pressured into taking the vaccine against their will due to the ongoing discussions by the Australian government around restrictions being imposed on those who do not consent to the Covid-19 vaccine. This goes against the values of Australia as a free country where the citizens are entitled to make their own informed medical decisions.
We look forward to receiving a written reply to our concerns and we request urgent action in response to the above information, ensuring a halt to the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines for the safety of all Australians.

According to a new survey more than half of Americans do not want COVID-19 vaccine. The study has also looked into the concerns among people reluctant to receive the jabs, with 68 per cent of people saying they are worried about the long term effects of the vaccines.
More than half of Americans say they want to delay getting a Covid vaccine until they know more information or even refuse it altogether, according to a new survey.
Only 41 per cent of those surveyed said they are eager to receive the shots as soon as possible, according to the tracking project by the non-profit Kaiser Family Foundation.
In the Kaiser study carried out in January, 31 per cent said they want to wait and see further results from the vaccines, seven per cent said they would only get inoculated if they were made to, while 13 per cent said they will definitely not receive the shots.
The study has also looked into the concerns among people reluctant to receive the jabs, with 68 per cent of people saying they are worried about the long term effects of the vaccines.

Other fears that the vaccine could cause Covid-19 and it might cause serious side effects are more pronounced in the groups less keen to receive the shots.
A YouGov poll last month found that vaccine skepticism is higher in the US than in many other countries.

The Commonwealth Constitution of Australia states categorically that Political Party ‘Governments’ cannot force compulsory vaccination upon the public. This section cannot be altered and any penalties such as banning kids from school or a loss of social security payments to parents are unlawful.
Any amendment to the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 MUST be voted on in a referendum before the Constitution can be changed.
State legislation is always subordinate to a Constitutional Act. All state legislation imposing covid restrictions are NULL and VOID. We, the people of the Commonwealth of Australia, can lawfully refuse to obey any state legislation that is against the constitution.
In 1946 Australians voted in a referendum that asked if they would authorise the so-called political party governments to force anyone to undergo a medical or dental procedure without their consent.

This means that the People of the Commonwealth of Australia denied the government any power to force people to undergo any medical or dental procedure without their consent.

Inform them that if they continue to demand that you submit to their unlawful orders you will citizens arrest them and summon them to appear before a Common Law Court.
If they continue to demand that you submit to their demands, utter the words:
I hereby arrest you under my common law power to citizens arrest anyone I observe committing a crime. By insisting that I submit to your demands you are committing an indictable crime against me. You are hereby required to supply your name, badge number and police station you are working from.
Make sure you get as much information from them and inform them that they will be required to appear before a Common Law Court when they receive the summons, and that if convicted by a jury of 12 of their peers they will be held personally responsible for any harm they have caused.
