Crimestoppers wants your guns
Crimestoppers, a bunch of snitches who would really like to monitor your every move and a group that supports QR digital monitoring of every citizen now wants your guns.
This mob of wanna-be Gestapo is urging neighbour to turn against neighbour and dob you in if you have a firearm that is not registered with their corporation.
Why any responsible citizen would want to register anything is unclear, but then quite a few got a deadly Covid jab in the face of a mountain of evidence showing how dangerous the jab will be in the coming years.
The collective Crimestopper heads are being worked on by those invasive spike proteins in the mRNA vaxx and soon they will not know their address. Mad cow disease and HIV are imminent.
This mob forgets the most important element here – there is no legitimate government in Queensland, just a political party corporation which can pass only corporate policies at a board meeting.
These policies only have effect on members of political parties and the bureaucracy.
Natural citizens are immune to their policies. Furthermore the Queensland Parliament has been operating ‘ultra vires’ since 1922 when the Upper House was abolished.
There has not been a legitimate State Governor or parliament since then and certainly not since former Premier Bubbles Borbidge withheld the Letters Patent from the Queen in 1998, necessary to appoint a Governor.
Former Governor Paul de Jersey is well aware of this torrid situation.
Furthermore the Labor Party copyrighted Queensland legislation to an international arbitration licence and the only lawful constitution in force is the Australian Constitutions Act of 1844.
Therefore declaring an inert firearm ‘illegal’ holds no water. Nor does the licence you have to apply for to hold and bear arms. Your are protected by the Bill of Rights 1688, in spite of what lackeyed Maritime Magistrates imply, it gives freemen (Protestants) the inherent, inalienable right to hold and bear arms.
None of state legislation has had Royal Assent, as required by the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia, which is still in force.
These Acts are meaningless.

Crimestoppers reportedly records any telephone call you make to them, and usually can track your movements by your phone. Anonymity is impossible with modern phones and they will record your location, personal details and address before you hang up.
Australia has no armed forces to speak of, while China is establishing an outpost to the east in the Solomon Islands in its endeavour to outflank us and move on the east coast of Australia at will.
Our only hope, as a deterrent, would be an armed citizenry as MP Bob Katter proposed recently, to again train school children to use a rifle and have one in every responsible household.

Personally, I have never bought into the purported belief that we in Australia are basically a gunless nation. Quite the contrary. I’m convinced we are in reality armed to the back teeth. We may have foolishly surrendered a reasonable portion of firearms back in ’96, but we’ve had more than ample time to recoup. And become a lot smarter in the aquisition and squirrelling of them.
In NZ, the government only recently had to finally admit that their Howardesque gun recall was an epic fail. In fact gun ownership there has since doubled in only 3 years! and is steadily increasing.
Here in Australia, they’re at it again with the national gun amnesty launched in February. This is clear evidence that we are very far from being unarmed. Currently this amnesty is being ‘cranked to eleven’ under the pretext of “keeping communities safe”. Hahaha! Like the scamdemic mandates and death shots are to “keep us healthy and safe”. Gun holders aren’t going to fall for this again. Most likely only a small percentage of firearms will be handed in due to warring neighbours and the like dobbing each other in. (And it’s highly unlikely that the silly sheeple have guns right?!). But of course the handed-in numbers will be massively fudged with this too.
Why this amnesty? and why now?. What are the ‘powers that be’ plotting? Or are they preparing for the inevitable pushback from subjecting us to even more tyranny? Could they fear that a Dominion voting system rigged election may finally push people over the edge?
Whatever nefariousness is afoot, there’s definitely a sh*t-storm on the horizon. Just sayin’.

WA Labor trying to ban bullet reloading equipment
Once again the Western Australian Government has put its boot into its law abiding firearm owners by coming up with the Firearms Amendment Bill 2021 to parliament, which in its current form could be interpreted to ban reloading ammunition, the possession of reloading presses and dies, and the possession of firearms reference manuals without a special dispensation from the state Police Commissioner.
The WA branch of the Shooters Union has a meeting with the Shadow Police Minister next month to discuss our many, many concerns over the Bill but we need the help of our WA members in contacting their MP to voice their concerns over the Bill.

In particular, the sections shooters need to be concerned about are Section 43, 23AG & AH, which define “Firearms Technology” as:
“(a) a thing that is programmed, configured or otherwise enabled to carry out a step in the manufacture or repair of a firearm, major firearm part, prohibited firearm accessory or ammunition; or without limiting subparagraph (i), to change an object into a component of a firearm, major firearm part, prohibited firearm accessory or ammunition;
(b) any type of digital or electronic reproduction of a technical drawing of the design of a firearm, major firearm part, prohibited firearm accessory or ammunition;
(c) a plan, drawing, instruction, template or computer program, in digital or electronic form, for the manufacture or repair of a firearm, major firearm part, prohibited firearm accessory or ammunition;
(d) a hard copy of a digital or electronic thing referred to in paragraph (b) or (c) And then goes on to state “A person who is in possession of firearms technology commits a crime unless the person is authorised by a licence under this Act to be in possession of firearms technology. Penalty for this subsection: imprisonment for 10 years.”
A regular Firearms Licence does not appear to authorise a shooter to be in possession of “Firearms Technology”, and the definition of “Firearms Technology” is so broad as to, in our view, encompass reloading presses, reloading dies, bullet moulds, loading manuals, load data, cartridge schematics, and detailed firearm repair manuals.
Editor: Once the WA Firearms Branch gets rid of reloading gear it can stop the supply of factory ammo overnight, then everybody will be disarmed and no more bench rest shooting or gun clubs. What is McGowan the Labor Premier afraid of?

It may seem they want to “remove all guns from free members of Society” by dividing Sporting shooters, but I’m not sure it really matters all that much to the powers that be.
Home affairs at the end of last year were calling on public consultation in relation to the electromagnetic weapons they would be importing for legitimate Government use (proposed by the end of 2021)
The coil gun (Gauss gun) and the rail gun.

In addition, the coilgun does not use conventional ammunition, and any ferromagnetic/conducting material may be used as a projectile”.
“The coilgun is advertised as a lethal weapon and produces a projectile muzzle velocity between 40 and 80 meters per second (similar to that of some low-powered air rifles). When using the recommended ammunition, a kinetic energy of 85 joules is achieved. This is high enough to inflict wounds and potentially be lethal in certain circumstances”.
“The Department was proposing to introduce a specific import control on electromagnetic weapons, except where the importation is for official purposes”
“The proposed import control will not be absolute, as the Minister for Home Affairs, or an authorised officer, may give written permission allowing for importation of an electromagnetic weapon only to Commonwealth, State or Territory Governments, or governments of a foreign country, under the existing ‘official purposes’ test in the Regulations.”

SSAA long infiltrated by NWO agents

Over the past week Cairns News has received numerous letters of complaint about gun clubs banning un-vaxxed shooters. So we gave the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia the opportunity to respond to the complaints by sending a media inquiry to the national office on January 2:
Dear President,
We have received numerous complaints that the SSAA has banned un-vaccinated shooters on their Queensland rifle and pistol ranges.
Could you please advise your policy for vaccinated and un-vaccinated shooters and what element of law has allowed your organisation to impose bans?
To be fair we waited until today for a reply but none has been forthcoming so it seems the long-ago infiltrated organisation has officially jumped into bed with the communists of the Queensland Labor Party and their Deep State directors to remove all guns from the population. Discriminating against un-vaxxed members by following unlawful mandates eventually will lead to serious divisions within the membership, exposure to innumerable court cases and the ultimate destruction of the organisation.
Removing guns from free members of society has been the objective of the United Nations for three decades and we all know the UN drives all ALP and most LNP policy.
Remember the Queensland Police Union President Ian Leavers once said on ABC Radio: “Only police should own guns….”
SSAA members with any scruples would immediately resign and form their own clubs which do not discriminate. After all none of the gun-owning Cairns News contributors we have contacted can remember when the SSAA ever opposed any of the ALP/LNP’s anti-gun legislation, except in the early nineties when John Galbraith was the president. He was hounded by the police from pillar to post when he publicly opposed continuous draconian legislation, according to several contributors.
Since then all executive committees have rolled over to the government of the day. Luckily for shooters Cairns News was being read in 112 countries around the world yesterday so the message should spread far and wide particularly among NRA members in the US.
Here is just one example of the SSAA’s duplicity:

Being a member you give your time to help improve the club we contribute to working bees and volunteer our time to assist others in the sport. However they have made a blanket decision that if you are not double vaccinated you cannot enter the club. I am going to give them as much shit as I can as I believe they are operating in the governments favour to assist with disarming people. Spread the news and get others who are un-vaccinated to cancel their membership of this biased club.

What uncle Rupert is terribly afraid of is billionaire Clive Palmer getting candidates elected. If Australia One leader Ricardo Bosi was able to snooker a few members then join with Craig Kelly after surviving high levels of expected voter fraud, News Ltd and the ABC would be on a slow train to Siberia.
Of course Rupert Murdoch owns Newspoll, and his media has helped cover up much of the corruption surrounding Big Pharma bribes to politicians and a horde of other malfeasance committed by the LNP and ALP duopoly.

Business should boycott TNT/FedEx freight
Rural Australia should boycott American-owned freight company TNT/FedEx because it has refused to transport firearms or ammunition around the country.
Shooting Industry Foundation Australia spokesman James Walsh said the move by the multinational freight company was a “kick in the teeth” for farmers and regional residents who depended on firearms for pest eradication and sport.
“FedEx/TNT seemingly have no corporate conscience as they have cancelled an entire Australian industry and then move with a hefty price increase,” Mr Walsh told QCL.
“This is at a time when Australians are more reliant on freight services than ever due to COVID-19.
“Our entire industry has been de-platformed yet TNT managing director, sales, Matt Daniels writes to them stating, ‘Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your loyal support and ongoing partnership with TNT. We remain committed to providing the best possible experience for you and your customers by constantly improving our logistics service offering’.”
For Brisbane dealer Rob Nioa, one of Australia’s largest gun dealers and manufacturers who had been a customer for 35 years, it was “really hypocritical” and a price-gouging exercise that would hurt regional and rural Australia the most.
Mr Walsh said a message needed to be sent to the big American corporate that had achieved a dominant position in Australia’s freight industry that this behaviour was unacceptable.
TNT’s transportation of firearms finished on Monday, meanwhile SIFA had been speaking with many different freight providers to try and find a solution.
Fed/Ex does have a point in that states’ gun policies are a tangled web of malfeasance and unlawful dictates unable to be deciphered by even the smartest solicitor. Maybe regional Australians should stop voting for the treacherous LNP/ALP duopoly which hates guns. – Editor

The personal and private Weapons Act 1990 is a private Act of the Queensland Treasury Corporation and holds no authority over or above any person inside the Constitution Act 1867 (Qld) or to require them to register or licence any firearm or so named weapon as they are their own private and personal property hence no Licence is required in Queensland.
And further no person is required to pay a fee in the electronic currency of the firm, Queensland Treasury Corp and the fees etc. to be paid into the Queensland Treasury Corporation for the profit of the firm, being a private Australian business registered on the New York Stock Exchange:-

Unlawful amnesty
Treacherous politicians from July 1 implemented a national firearms amnesty hoping gun owners are sufficiently stupid enough to hand in any unregistered guns for destruction. The pollies are terrified of unregistered guns because they cannot be controlled by their corporate police enforcers. Surely citizens would not stage an armed revolt against unlawful ‘governments’?
What will be the repercussions for pollies and bureaucrats when victims of Covid gene therapy start falling off the perch, as designed, in one or two years time?
Gun confiscations could start at any time because the enforcers have lists of your guns and where you live. It is the alleged half a million unregistered guns they are afraid of.
Will you be silly enough to hand them in?
In any case from where does the federal government get its authority to call a national amnesty. Are not guns the responsibility of the states?

Evidence confirming Martin Bryant didn’t shoot anybody at Broad Arrow Cafe – he wasn’t there

Like many thousands of our readers, Cairns News hopes and prays that the Prime Minister at the time of the shooting in 1996, John Howard, will be interrogated by an independent inquiry or perhaps by another Coronial Inquest.
Allegedly 35 people were killed at Port Arthur, Tasmania on April 28, 1996. Martin Bryant, allegedly the shooter with an official IQ of an 11 year old, meticulously planned all by himself a complex strategy to decoy local police and fire on tourists employing a shooting ability that then Brigadier Ted Serong said equaled the best in the world.
Bountiful evidence shows the federal and Tasmanian governments conspired with Mossad intelligence and others to disarm the Australian population. An Inquest would have no choice but to find this outcome based on the overwhelming evidence we have published over the years. Subsequent evidence given to Cairns News revealed the Jesuits also were involved.
The only Inquest ever held into Port Arthur found Martin Bryant was not responsible for the alleged killings. Watch the video and weep for Australia. The evil LNP/ALP duopoly has created this horrible morass that continues today.
Unfortunately today all of the State’s Premiers, the Prime Minister and many in the Cabinet are compromised beyond help and are making such detrimental decisions dancing to the tune of the Deep State. The Labor Opposition is no better.

Queensland Labor Party steps up its UN disarmament offensive
NEARLY $10,000 has been spent by one Queensland shooting organisation in legal fights on behalf of its members following policy changes by the state’s Weapons Licensing Branch – and there’s no sign of that letting up anytime soon, either.
Following in the wake of a Question on Notice in Queensland Parliament from KAP Member for Hinchinbrook, Nick Dametto last week demanding an explanation for firearms licensing delays, cancellations and seizures, pre-eminent pro-shooting organisation Shooters Union Australia has waded into the fray.
The Labor/Liberal nexus is trying to ban your dogs and then it will be guns. The Deep State is biting off its nose to spite its face and in doing so will leave primary producers at the mercy of several million feral pigs, dogs, cats, rabbits and foxes to ravage agriculture. Take your anger out on Johnnie Howard and the Marxists of the ALP.
Shooters Union Australia president Graham Park said the organisation had spent nearly $10,000 this year alone helping its members with Weapons Licensing issues.
“It’s completely unprecedented – we’ve dealt with more requests for legal help from our members in the past two months than we have in the past two years,” he said.
“It all stems from a deeply flawed Audit into Weapons Licensing, and in particular the auditors essentially not understanding what they were looking at and deciding, for some inexplicable reason, that law-abiding firearms users were the issue and not the incredibly outdated and not-fit-for-purpose systems in the state’s firearms registry.
“We’ve supported more than a dozen applications to the Queensland Civil Administration Tribunal (QCAT), covering everything from people having licences taken off them for speeding offences from decades ago, to primary producers who WLB deemed didn’t earn enough as a farmer to keep their licence.
“In a lot of cases, the situation is sorted out amicably before the QCAT hearing, but a number of cases have gone all the way with rulings in the shooter’s favour.
Mr Park said the situation now was simply chewing up vast sums of taxpayer’s money and administrative resources for no reason other than political appearances.
“Every dollar wasted by police justifying a pointless QCAT case because someone got busted smoking a marijuana joint in 1998 is a dollar that’s not being used to ensure frontline police and emergency services personnel have the equipment and resources they need to fight real and serious crimes like assault or robbery,” he said.
“What makes it worse is this problem could literally go away today if Weapons Licensing stopped actively looking for reasons to deny licenses to people, and went back to the way things were before the Audit when everything was working more or less satisfactorily.”
Mr Park welcomed Mr Dametto’s Question on Notice and said bureaucratic over-reach needed to be exposed and held to account.
“Imagine if the Department of Transport decided to refuse you a driver’s licence because of a decades old misdemeanour, or because you had dodgy mates, or because they decided you didn’t live far enough from your work to need a car – that’s pretty much exactly what happens to law-abiding shooters all the time,” he said.
“We are glad an MP is standing up for the constituents and saying ‘This is not OK’, and we are very much looking forward to the Police Minister’s reply when he provides it by March 29.”

The LNP and ALP have voted together in Qld Parliament to prevent farmers from owning handguns. The useless Qld LNP leader Deborah Frecklington before the state election in October threatened to tighten up gun laws – and she can’t work out why she lost the election?
The Marxists of the Queensland Labor Party want your guns and many cops are in bed with them. Cairns News and other patriotic sites warned this would happen before the Queensland election last October.
If you have been prosecuted for drink driving in the past 30 or more years you will lose your gun licence when it comes up for renewal.
Speeding lately? Same thing if you get excess demerit points gone are your guns! Yelled at a neighbour for having a noisy party? Gone are your guns.
Had a fight with your missus or kids? Gone are your guns.
The Labor Party has allowed the drones of the Queensland Weapons Licensing Branch to decide who is a fit and proper person to own firearms regardless if you are a farmer or a baker.
Wait there’s more…. There is no appeal, or so the Weapons Branch believes. Gun owners had better prepare themselves for a Creepy Joe Biden style gun confiscation because the ALP supports Crime boss Biden and his Antifa Congressmen to a man, woman, transgender, dyke, poofter, neutered, lost….what other creatures are there?
The cops have a union leader goes by the name of Ian Leavers, naturally a copper, who believes only cops should own guns, certainly not the public.
But don’t despair, there is a solution. Gun owners silly enough to hand in their valuable guns and heirlooms to Jewish Johnnie deserved all they got, which wasn’t much for individual guns that would be worth a fortune today. Fortunately a lot of shooters did’nt hand in a thing.
I have followed Cairns News for the past eight or nine years so readers would be aware of retired policeman David Walter’s efforts to unravel socialist Peter Beattie’s rewrite of the Queensland Constitution in 2001. He removed the Crown just as the Marxist and closeted gay Fabius Maximus Gough Whitlam did in 1974….only the Queen didn’t go along with his unlawful revised Royal Styles and Titles Act in which Gough Whitless said she was now the Queen of Australia.
There is no such thing. There have been cases in the past few months where Magistrates in summary jurisdiction operating under Admiralty law have thrown out police prosecutions for a range of matters. Because the police do not have the lawful ability to prosecute anybody other than a political party member or a member of Queensland’s 250,000 bureaucracy.
Hang onto your guns, lose them if necessary but never give them up to the Communists of George Street Brisbane or those at 6 Macquarie St, Sydney. You will need them soon.
