While Europe freezes northern Australia will boil with renewables myth

Germany is preparing for winter with periods without gas or electricity to keep warm. My 82 year old sister wrote that she has bought a sleeping bag, and so have many others; to snuggle in and keep warm, and have also stocked up with candles and batteries for the torch.
Our myopic Environment minister, Chris Bowen and the equally myopic Greens are hell-bent to inflict the above an us. While the people living in southern hemisphere of Australia, south of the Tropic of Capricorn, are well advised to invest in warm sleeping bags; candles and batteries. However, what should we do in the top half without fans and air-conditioning?? Invest in ice-bags?

Torres Strait Islanders need to take a reality check – their islands are sinking

The inhabitants of Boigu, Poruma, Warraber and Masig Islands in the Torres Strait should take a reality check.
These poor people have been duped by the climate change cult, the ABC and the communists of the United Nations into believing their islands are being submerged by rising sea levels.
Geologists have long warned that some islands in the Torres Strait are actually sinking because of poor sub-strata and in some cases they are just sandy or coral cays which come and go over years.
There is no evidence anywhere in the world of significant, rising sea levels.
The Marxists of the UN have found that the Islanders are being denied their Human Rights because the Commonwealth Government of Australia has done nothing to prevent the islands from ‘rising sea levels.’
The Human Rights committee said Australia had violated two of their three human rights set out in a UN treaty, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966) — the right to enjoy their culture and be free from arbitrary interferences with their private life, family and home — but not their right to life.
Some 173 of the 193 UN member states have ratified the covenant, including Australia. Naturally the island inhabitants want compensation.
There is no enforcement mechanism but there are follow-up steps, and states generally comply with the committee’s findings.
The UN Human Rights Committee called for the Australian government to provide the islanders with an effective remedy to stop their islands from being submerged.
When the UN and Australian governments do not believe in God it is hard to fathom how they can stop the land form from sinking.
Already the State Labor Party and the Federal Liberal Party have wasted many tens of millions of dollars shipping several million tonnes of large rocks 1400 klms from Cairns to the Torres Strait to form sea walls, all to no avail.
Dumping massive amounts of rock on the beaches has exacerbated the problem by adding more weight to the land causing it to sink even more quickly.
Labor Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus said the Albanese government was committed to working with Torres Strait Islanders on climate change.
“Soon after the change of government, the Prime Minister, the Minister for Indigenous Affairs and the Minister for Climate Change and Energy traveled to the Torres Strait to talk with elders and owners about the impacts of climate change on them,” Mr Dreyfus said.
The Indian Ocean to the north west of the Australian continent merges with the Timor Sea then further east with the Arafura Sea then Torres Strait waters. The Indian Ocean has recorded a 0.00mm sea level rise in the past 100 years.

How the WEF is getting rid of farmers and fertiliser by eating insects and removing CO2

The insect farmer representatives of the World Economic Forum addressed a meeting of 100 primary producers at Mareeba, Far North Queensland recently, feeding the crowd with bread made from 336 crickets and wheat flour.
The WEF tentacles are spreading across the nation conditioning the population to eat insects while their climate change ‘great reset’ is disassembling farms, water supplies and food chains.
When traditional food supplies are shut down, leftist WEF Director Klaus Schwab says “everyone will own nothing an be happy.”
Described as “futuristic farming themes” Cairns insect farmer Stirling Tavener of ‘Bugs Alive’ with the help of Alessandros Pizzeria and Antipasto Bar have developed a cricket meal bread which was available throughout the day.
He said crickets are considered environmentally friendlier and had a much lower carbon dioxide footprint than cattle, pigs and sheep, require less resources to produce but are high in protein, fibre and Vitamin B.
Green Food Australia managing director and founder Jess Uhlig tackled the vexed issue of how to remove fertiliser from agriculture by developing natural alternatives.
It seems the elephant at the meeting was totally ignored. Over the past decade Tablelands farmers have attended a number of gatherings to address declining food nutrition from depleted soils which after 100 years of continuous production has been ‘mined’ of nearly all essential trace elements and minerals necessary to produce healthy and nutritious food.
Kingaroy soil nutritionist and farmer Mr John Koehler told a meeting held at Yungaburra some years ago that Australian soils generally, were simply a “medium to hold up a plant.”
He provoked a great deal of mirth when he told the meeting of about 50 farmers that there was “more nutrition in the cardboard box the produce was packed in than in the produce itself.”
“Our soils are seriously depleted of essential elements to produce any nutritious food including livestock,” Mr Koehler said.
“Today there is only half the nutrition in beef than there was 50 years ago.”
Mr Koehler was critical of carbon dioxide farming and its derivatives which would eventually kill all food production, something he says is a part of the world depopulation plan signed up to by Australia in the Paris Agreement.
“Jess Uhlig’s fanciful ideas about ‘natural alternatives’ continues the anti-scientific sophistry of the ratbag Prince Charles’ organic themes that there are natural minerals and artificial minerals,” he said.
“There is only one atomic structure for all elements on the periodic table. This garbage can only be marketed to the sheeple after years of the dumbing down of our children with their socialist school curriculum by the removal of any useful learning and replacing it with Marxist indoctrination.
“This has led to total ignorance of how creation works as evidenced by the more or less general acceptance that an essential and vital trace gas, carbon dioxide upon which all life depends, is a deadly pollutant and causes ‘climate change’.
“The great brainwashed masses suck in this total rubbish and struggle to find ways to ‘reduce our carbon footprint’ so as to receive the accolades of their fellow victims. The reality is that the more CO2 we can produce or rather release into the atmosphere to be usable to plant growth the better for all the planet’s ecosystems.
“The WEF and the United Nations Agenda 21 which Australia signed in 1992, is a plan to destroy the worlds population by about 95 per cent as they have committed to in their genocidal Bio-diversity Treaty that requires food production and the plentiful, cheap supply of energy stopped.”
He said the repair and rebuilding of soils on a massive scale worldwide needs to be a prime duty of all governments.
“The fertiliser industry should be taken out of the hands of global cartels and placed into farmer-controlled co-operatives with full government support. Organic fantasies are just that,” Mr Koehler explained.
“If an essential element is missing from soil it has to be introduced from mineral deposits.
“The problem facing agriculture is that the proper balances and total necessary levels for each food crop remain a mystery for most so-called experts in our universities and the poor-quality graduates from these politically correct institutions.
“The minute you hear an expert dribble on about carbon footprints you must know that you have a real live idiot on the loose. Someone that sings off the politically correct music sheet just to keep their job, regardless of the consequences should be ignored.
“Proposals to eat disease carrying insects shows a damaged mind which has been ‘Aristotled’ not educated.
“These people were merely taught what to think, not how to think.
“We need laws that make it a crime to promote any of this carbon pollution fiction. These people are contributing to national suicide,” Mr Koehler concluded.
Germany out of power

By officiating the unproven theory that petroleum oil is a non renewable fossil fuel, the oil companies were able to adjust the price accordingly, all the way into the peak oil scare that foretold the calamity of the world soon running out of oil, which further benefited the industry’s oil pricing schemes.
The wells never did go dry and the ones once emptied filled back up. So the science we have today favors the abiotic theory over the fossil fuels theory, which is that oil is a natural, renewable component of our ecosystem.
And we see this in our oceans. Underwater methane lakes, deep below the surface with their own, thriving unique ecosystems.
And so, the story changed from, “The world will soon run out of oil,” to, “The world will most certainly end if we don’t stop using oil.”
And because nobody seems to know what science is anymore and most people just do as they’re told, the world IS about to end for millions of people and probably more, because our civilization is built upon fossil fuels and the Powers-that-Be are turning them off.
Winter is coming and Germany is set to be very cold. Angela Merkel saved her political career by appeasing the anti-nuclear movement and shutting down Germany’s nuclear power.
Out of 17 plants, they have already shut down 11 and they’re still in the process of shutting down the rest, removing 25% of their power, without anything to replace it, because their Green Deal turned out to be a failure.
After all the hype, Germany’s dependence on fossil fuel is at 76%, so they are temporarily switching back to coal and oil, but that’s a real problem, because they’ve neglected their own fuel industry and become dependent upon Russia and the Germany government would rather have the country freeze to death than buy fuel from Russia.
The German economy is based on highly-innovative production, which requires a great deal of energy that they no longer produce and so, running out of fuel will quickly collapse the German economy, which will cause an economic tsunami of destruction throughout the EU and the world.
And the German government is letting it happen. They could leave some nuclear plants online but they still plan on shutting it down by the end of this year to stay “Green”.
Some anti-carbon environmentalists are saying that nuclear power is the Greenest option and maybe that’s true but none of their schemes add up.
So far, the Green Agenda has only successfully accomplished making people feel good about themselves, while they destroy their own society.
The EU and Britain are actually reverting back to burning wood as fuel and claim that it is “carbon neutral”, which is a lie.
Societies have steadily evolved towards a cleaner, more efficient energy, starting from wood, the least clean and efficient and moving to coal, followed by oil and gas.
And now, nearly 40% of Europe’s renewable energy is wood, which mostly comes from clear-cutting forests in the United States.
This New Green Deal is a complete lie. It’s just another part of the creepy elites’ Great Reset. These elite bloodlines want a new cashless society – but one more like the Middle Ages, which for these spoiled inbreds, is the “Good Old Days”.
And if they succeed, it looks like Germany will get there first.
And in the midst of all this chaos, the German government is focused on allowing children age 14 and older to change their gender and first names, without parental permission once a year, for as often as they want.
A call to arms for teachers in Texas and beyond

The Republican-led Texas legislature is addressing the twin issues of school safety and mass violence following the May 24 Uvalde school shooting. Committees of lawmakers are reviewing past legislative efforts, such as the Guardian and Marshal programs that allow teachers to carry firearms in the hope of preventing mass shootings at schools. School officials and firearm instructors in the Lone Star State say interest has risen sharply since the recent shooting.
Jeff Sellers owns ‘Schools on Target’, a company in Marble Falls, Texas, that trains teachers to carry firearms in schools. Since the school shooting, He said that he has added nine classes—double the number customarily held—for June through August.
“I’ve gotten an insane amount of calls,” Sellers said. “It hasn’t stopped. Ninety percent is because of Uvalde.”
Bryan Proctor, owner of ‘Go Strapped Firearms Training’ in Arlington, Texas, said much the same thing—that training requests for the Guardian program have skyrocketed.
“We’ve had about a 100 percent increase,” he said. “It’s been pretty dramatic. I’ve sent out over 20 proposals in the past week.”
Proctor said teachers want to protect their students and themselves, despite what people may be hearing from select voices in legacy media.
“What you’re seeing is a vocal minority,” Proctor said. Arming teachers isn’t about giving them something else to be responsible for—but instead giving them a tool as a last defense.
Elsewhere, state legislatures are investigating how to make schools safer and arm teachers.
Louisiana is currently looking at legislation similar to that of Texas, allowing teachers to carry guns in schools after receiving specialized training. Ohio’s latest bill aims to be less restrictive than the current law, which mandates 700 hours of police training and board approval before allowing teachers to be armed.
Republican governors Bill Lee of Tennessee and Ron DeSantis of Florida took action on school security this week. Lee signed an executive order on June 6 to ensure working safety protocols at schools, and to evaluate training for active shooter scenarios. DeSantis signed a school safety bill into law on June 7 that focuses on crisis intervention and training, and mental health awareness.
Meanwhile, teacher unions have nixed the idea and portrayed arming teachers as unpopular with educators. A 2018 Gallup poll found that 73 percent of teachers oppose the idea.
Meanwhile, policies to arm teachers in some form have widespread participation throughout the country amid the horror of gunmen targeting schools for mass shootings. The RAND Corporation reported in 2020 that 28 states permit armed teachers under some circumstances, while states such as Texas and Florida have passed laws encouraging the practice.
In North Florida, the principal at a private Christian school said he would like to see the program expanded to include private schools. The principal, who didn’t wish to be identified, said he added chain-link fencing around his school’s 40-acre perimeter and allowed just one-way traffic onto the campus, except during drop-off and pick-up times.
Cameras now monitor doors into buildings, and access is controlled remotely or with special key fobs. Classrooms stay locked throughout the day. But it’s not enough anymore, he said.
He asked for training under Florida’s school guardian program to protect his school’s 340 students, ranging from toddlers to high school seniors. He was denied because the program doesn’t extend to private schools.
Currently, it’s open to employees of public schools or charter schools who volunteer to serve as guardians and their official job duties. To qualify, they must pass psychological and drug screenings, and complete a 144-hour training course.
Sheriff’s offices in 45 of Florida’s 67 counties participate and receive funding to cover screening and training costs. And guardians receive a one-time bonus of $500 for serving in the program. Schools in districts can arrange to send employees for certification.
So the principal is now training on his own to become a licensed, armed security guard.
“It’s the only option,” he said. “Even before this last school shooting, I said, ‘I’ve got to go get this taken care of.’ So we’re doing it the right way.”
About a decade ago, Texas lawmakers created the school Marshal program, as a way for educators to carry weapons inside schools, and later initiated the Guardian program.
Under the Marshal program, school employees can carry a handgun on school premises after 80 hours of training. However, school marshals are restricted from carrying concealed firearms if they’re regularly in contact with students. Instead, the marshal can store a gun in a safe at the school. There are 62 school districts participating in this plan, according to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
Gretchen Grigsby, director of government relations with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, told The Epoch Times that 30 individuals and nine new school districts have signed up for the Marshal program since the Uvalde shooting.
The Guardian program authorizes school boards to arm employees under the federal Gun-Free School Zones Act and the Texas Penal Code. After completing 16 hours of training, those employees may carry a concealed firearm in the presence of students. According to the Texas Association of School Boards, 389 districts reported using the Guardian plan as of May.
While Democrats are calling for gun control, people such as Sellers reiterate that the only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. He said that the first few minutes of an active shooter situation are critical, and arming teachers could save lives.
“In active shooting incidents, time is everything,” Sellers said. “No gun control law is going to stop evil from conducting evil acts.”
Madalyn Maresh is an assistant superintendent at the Edna Independent School District, a rural 3A district northeast of Victoria, Texas. She told The Epoch Times that her district reopened the application process for the Guardian program at her school in response to the Uvalde shooting.
“The day I reopened it, I got two applications immediately,” she said. In the three years since the program became operational, she gets between three to 10 volunteers per year. Without guns for protection, teachers are forced to use their own bodies to shield students from an active shooter, she said.
“You’ve got to find what fits your community. We got zero pushback on it—our community embraces it,” Maresh said.
Kyle Collier, police chief for the City View Independent School District in Wichita Falls, Texas, said an additional four or five teachers have volunteered since the Uvalde shooting.

What rise in sea levels?
Stuart Ballantyne of MTG has been designing sea going car ferries for 45 years. He decided to check how alleged rising sea levels are affecting ramps on the ferries. The result – the same as qualified oceanographers world wide agree – there are no rising sea levels.
The climate change cult led by dumber-than-dumb Labor PM Anthony Albanese will finish of the tottering economy of Australia and the only good thing about that is New Zealand PM Ardern might go under too.
Of course the Malthusian Greens are still rearranging the chairs on the deck of the Titanic, but lack sufficient intelligence to get a life jacket.
Nothing wrong with the reef

If any further proof was required of the un-trustworthiness of many environmental science institutions, it happened today with the release of the State of the Environment Report. Have they even looked at the data on coral cover from the Australian Institute of Marine Science, “the most comprehensive record of reef condition available for the Reef” and shows spectacular coral cover on the reef last year?
This latest report is just a political statement, designed to bully the government. It was apparently written when the coalition was still in government but the then Minister Susan Ley decided not to publish it. That was a mistake – it should have been released and ridiculed for what it is. The then minister should have started to ask for some quality assurance of this ‘science’.
Where does the report mention that the concentration of pesticides on the reef are so low they cannot be measured with the most sensitive scientific equipment, or that sediment does not reach the reef in anything but minuscule concentrations? Why does it blame farmers for killing the reef when the data shows the opposite?
Why does it mention the three mass bleaching events which supposedly devastated the coral but fails to mention the fabulous coral cover today? Because the data disprove the doom story.
Because this report is not about science.
It is time for both sides of politics to finally stand up to this blackmail. Time to call for some quality assurance and pledge to pay for it. There is a great deal of scepticism about reports like these because they are so over-the-top, they have lost credibility.
Calling for quality assurance does not make one a denier – it makes one prudent.

For 2021, AIMS (see link below) list the northern, central and southern regions as having 27%, 26% and 39% coral cover respectively. Normalising this for the number of reefs surveyed in each section (54, 53 and 20 reefs respectively), this produces a total average coral cover for the GBR of 28%. This 2022 figure has been added (in the graph above) to previous graphs that AIMS has produced of coral cover.
AIMS no longer plots the GBR total coral cover. They did so up until 2017. Why on earth did they stop? Also reefs almost never have 100% coral cover as there are many other organisms on reefs including crustose coralline algae, soft coral, and areas of coral sand.
The coral cover is at record high values in 2021, although, given the uncertainties in these numbers (about 4% according to AIMS) one needs to be a little circumspect. But it certainly does not indicate that there is much wrong with the Reef.
The reason there is high coral cover is that the reef is in good shape because it is not affected by any significant pollution and the impact of climate change has been minimal

Massive blackouts on the way

Before anyone get into the wind turbine and PV solar debate they ought to know how electricity is generated and why.
Our homes and industries require 50Hz energy. The generators have to produce to within 0.1% an exact 50Hz – sinusoidal sine wave form. Refer to jug label. 230V 50Hz.
This means a generator must rotate at a fixed speed as required by law.
At high peak periods when the work force rises for work and switch all their jugs and toasters on there is a huge demand for electricity which has the effect of slowing a generator. Steps are taken to maintain speed ie more water or steam pressure.
Subsequent generators on a grid must produce the same 50hz at the exact same time as required by law. Synchronous energy.
A wind turbine does not meet any of these requirements. They are useless and cannot boil a jug. They produce useless harmonics which through smart meters are fraudulently added to consumers power bills. Hence the reason your power bill went up after the smart meter was installed.
Rooftop PV solar cannot pass back into the grid. It is like a college team pushing against the national rugby team. Going nowhere.
Wind turbines are totally useless.
Rooftop PV solar can provide energy to self.
The Australian electricity grid is in serious trouble. Blackouts are on the way.
If the mad Greens get their way there will be no life left on Earth

Atmospheric gas ratios are self regulating. If Greens as they reckon have the ability to alter the atmospheres gas ratios then there will be no life left on Earth.

……..In his memoirs entitled “Contributions to Molecular Physics in the Domain of Radiant Heat”, detailing a series of experiments conducted at the Royal Institution, Tyndall fallaciously states with regard to Oxygen and Nitrogen that they are both quote:
“practically transparent to radiant heat.”
Thus laying the foundations of AGW fraud.
This statement by John Tyndall is the origin of such claims as “the science is settled” and the “greenhouse effect is 150 year old established physics.” In terms of radiant heat it is the only factor that would differentiate between the various atmospheric gases.
After all, Oxygen and Nitrogen constitute 99% of the atmosphere. If these two gases are shown to absorb and re-emit infrared radiation, what would make so called “Greenhouse Gases” like CO2, such a threat to the environment at only 0.0385% of the atmosphere?
So the basis for the “Greenhouse Effect” is that incoming and out going IR is not absorbed by Oxygen and Nitrogen which instead passes straight through these gases. According to this unsubstantiated hypothesis, only those gases which are termed “Greenhouse Gases” posses the capability to absorb and re-emit infrared radiation.
The problem for the hypothesis of the “Greenhouse Effect” and of course AGW itself is that the basic premise on which the hypothesis is based is false.
Firstly, Oxygen and Nitrogen both have higher specific heat capacities than CO2……………
……………The evidence I have presented here conclusivly shows that Oxygen and Nitrogen which constitute 99% of the Earths atmosphere, as one would expect, do in-fact absorb infrared radiation.
The claim that these two gases are transparent to IR is completely fallacious. Which goes along way to explain why the “Greenhouse Effect” hypothesis is one of the longest standing unsubstantiated hypothesis in the history of science.
The so called “Greenhouse Effect” will always remain an hypothesis for the simple reason that it is based on pseudo science.
