I would say the answer is yes and from the official advisories, communiques, discussions, evidences circulated by the political and medical elites among themselves , they chose not to properly inform public of all Western nations – Australia included.
They knew this mRNA bio-technology is a bioweapon before they mandated and coerced the injection. THEY KNEW. And that is the whole point of the CoVID Operation.
