In regards to balls: Sure one gets scared shirtless once giving up “the official identity” and the life and world that is attached to a mortal body that will also disappear. So, what use are having extra balls when the body eventually withers naturally/unnaturally and vanishes with the “balls”? Of that all of us can be certain.

Noticing only at a later stage in German life that the build up to WW2 or the war itself was hardly discussed privately or mentioned in the mid 70ties Germany. Years ago, I met an elderly German couple. He told me that Hitler brought prosperity to the German people while the rest of the world was still languishing in depression or recession. There were even cruise ships taken German workers to other countries for holidays. Germany never wanted the War and that Stalin was to invade Germany in July 1941. They would have overrun Germany and the rest of Europe, he said

My German girlfriend years ago told me that Germany was responsible for World War 1 and 2. She is a typical example of the successful postwar Jewish brainwashing of the German people. Although well-educated she knew nothing about the interwar years and the lead up to World War 2.

Jo: Actually it’s the first three months of living in a new country, when one truly notices the characteristics of the host people/nation. In more extreme cases this manifests as culture shock.
