The only problem I have with our system is preferential voting systems to gain a majority. Phtt.
When I vote for someone, I want MY vote to stay with that person or party.

I was never taught about the voting system. It would seem not many people were.
at least not those whose vote counted. Of course the politicians would be well versed in the requirements for a proper system of voting.

I always assumed our politicians lived by the rule of law. That the rules were there to protect the people. After all , they wore fancy suits and ties. They drove fancy cars. Went to dinners, had their names in the papers .They won awards, given fancy titles, even given medals at times.Well that was ignorance for you. Now I can see clearly what most of them are made off. There are a few good men and women and they deserve support. They evil ones deserve something else.
