EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD who has been bribed/coerced/influenced/forced/mandated to be jabbed/injected against their will with the damaging, dangerous and destructive experimental covid 19 ‘injections’/jabs has been assaulted and those who went like ‘lambs to the slaughter’ to be injected because of the Governments coercion/force/or mandates; undoubtedly they have not been FULLY INFORMED.

1) Civil conscription refers to the Government forcing doctors (and dentists) to do something, not the public. There is ample case law to back this up.
2) The Commonwealth is prohibited from bringing in civil conscription, not states.

Keeping things real, around five months ago I cited Commonwealth and International laws and Codes as a legal challenge to NT Chief Medical Officer Hugh Crosbie Heggie, not imagining for one second that this would stop the murdering gutless bastard, but to forestall others from wasting their time and energy in similar pursuits.
If reports are accurate, Heggie had a nervous breakdown and scarpered on extended leave, which is some kind of comfort. Another medical bureaucrat took his place, as one might anticipate, and he must have actual clinical experience as he is indifferent to illegality and causing misery and death.
Meanwhile, 650 small business people in Darwin are spending $100,000 on their own identical legal challenge, which tells me the word “small” actually refers to their intellect, or that they are little people, begorrah.
I think it is time people grew up and realised that the WEF mRNA jab campaign has been planned for at least forty-five years and these exceedingly clever albeit psychotic people did not overlook the possibility that somebody might mount legal challenges.
That is why they stitched up all the politicians, judges, magistrates, top cops, military leaders, media managers, and intelligence systems at least two decades ago.

In addition to Section 245, you should look at Section 7 which describes Principal Offenders. This section declares that all of the following are guilty of the offence: 1. the person who did the act or made the omission that constitutes the offence (doctor, nurse, pharmacist?); 2. any person who assisted them in committing it (their colleagues who prepared or handed them the materials?); 3. any person who aided them in carrying it out (person who ordered the materials or set them up for use in advance?); 4. the person who counselled or procured it (employer who mandated the shot, government who mandated the shot, doctor who advised they get the shot?). Be aware, almost all of these people are EXEMPT from the mandates and THEY ALL KNEW ABOUT THE HARM – they have betrayed the victims at best and attempted to murder them at worst. The Queensland Criminal Code Act 1899 has many offences that are possibly breached by these actions: Wounding, Assault, Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm (temp injury), Grievous Bodily Harm (permanent injury), Deprivation of Liberty (mandate arrests, since mandates are not actually laws). If we can ever find a court that is not a part of this corrupt conspiracy, and the ball starts to roll, there will be many, many people tried for many more crimes than listed here. International, Federal and State laws are being flouted constantly by our corrupt and compromised courts and parliaments. Nuremberg 2 is a wonderful fantasy, but is there a court anywhere in the world that will hear it? Not at the moment. The Hague is presided over by the UN so the International Criminal Courts are not an option. The evidence is all out in the open now and only the truly stupid still believe this is anything to do with a virus, but who can we present it to?
So who exactly is going to hold them to account? There must be political will to enforce laws, otherwise, they are no laws at all. As we have seen, informed or not, the corporate agents of the Communist state and its CoVID Regime pay no attention to any laws.

With respect to the good intentions of the author, this is old news. We already know all of this. We also now know that the fake Corona Chan “vaccine” injections from Pfizer have about 1,300 serious and potentially lethal side effects – which Pfizer and the American FDA knew but kept hidden from the public in order to obtain Emergency Use Authorisation to force these injections on the world population.
One of those 1,300 potential “vaccine” side effects is encephalitis – swelling of the brain. Note how the Australian governments are now spruiking a mosquito-borne encephalitis plague, for which they already have more “vaccine” injections ready and raring to go. Almost as if it was planned beforehand.
