Letter to the Editor
What’s the point in VOTING, or even HAVING a Federal Government, if corrupt left-wing extremist activist journalists, lawyers, judges, and Labor/Greens federal and state politicians are the ones running and controlling our Country, and making all the decisions?Djokovic, and his fellow Serbians, should all be kicked out of OUR Country if they refuse to follow OUR rules! We are now living in an evil left-wing extremist (Communist, Nazi, Marxist) Dictatorship,….just look at some of the NAMES of the people who are running OUR country and dictating to us, and the names of some of the journalists reporting on it.
Example, Politicians:-Palaszczuk, Berejiklian, Frydenberg, Barilaro, Falinski, Hazzard, Albaneze, Wong, Plibersek, Keneally, Aly, Georganas, Khalil, Vamvakinou, Crakanthorp, Houssos, Mihailuk, Zangari, Zppia, Sharma, Buchholz, Liu, Sukkar, Singh, Fang, Gulaptis, Perrottet, Petinos, Zimmerman, Fierravanti,….and the list goes on!
Example, Reporters/Journalists:-Stefanovic, Koch, Albrechtsen, Kostakidis, Alberici, Waleed Aly, Zoe Zaczek, Bryant Hevesi, Youssef, Gottliebsen, Zempilas, Viswalingam, Loewenstein, Kalimniou, Tso, Trioli, Van Onselen, Azzopardi, Fernandez, Ghidella, Ibrahim, Shepher, Visontay,….and the list goes on!No wonder Australia is INTERCOURSED!I believe that a person should have to be a ‘second-generation’ Australian before they are allowed to VOTE, and a ‘third-generation’ Australian before they are allowed to enter politics at ANY level, local, state, or federal! (And no lawyers)
Rusty Marsh,
Bathurst NSW 2795.
Don’t forget the MSM. Ed
Daniel Andrews’ political manoeuvres and ‘catch me if you can’ haughtiness may be coming to an end.
A motion to refer Victorian Labor’s 2014 red shirts scandal to the Ombudsman and potentially the state’s anti-corruption watchdog passed in Victoria’s Upper House – 19 votes to 17 – when Labor MP, Kaushaliya Vaghela, sensationally crossed the floor to vote against her own government on 9 February, 2022.
Former Labor minister Adem Somyurek put forward the motion into what he has described as a “gold-standard rort”.
https://www.news.com.au/national/daniel-andrews-golden-run-of-dodging-accountability-may-be-coming-to-an-end-panahi/video/d002902218853c1fce21705ef0465c5f
Ms Vaghela was initially part of Mr Somyurek’s Moderate Labor faction before he was kicked out of the party for branch stacking in 2020. Following the vote, Ms Vaghela posted a statement on social media, telling her followers that branch stacking was “endemic” in the Australian Labor Party and that it has been for decades.
She told that she was a former staff member for the Socialist Left faction and knew all about their branch stacking activities and their electorate officers being used for factional purposes. She stated that if branch stacking and factional operatives working in electorate officers is corrupt, then the Socialist Left and all the other factions must be investigated.
Mr Somyurek claimed the red shirts scandal was designed by Mr Andrews ahead of the 2014 election. It centred around Labor’s misuse of $388,000 in taxpayer funds by paying casual electorate officers to don red shirts and campaign for the party in marginal seats. Daniel Andrews was desperate to win. (Daniel Andrews) did something well beyond what he should’ve – he crossed the line; he designed this system.
“He told me personally that you’ve got to take part in this process whether you want to win or not.”
The Premier was called corrupt and faced questions over the police investigation into the red shirts scandal, during Parliament question time.

Thankfully, on the 15 Feb 2022, the Victorian Ombudsman confirmed a review into red shirts investigation referral amid internal Labor turmoil.

Let’s keep high hopes for the demise of political corruption in Victoria.
Indeed! But the union coffers are declining so they need a lil help. And here’s a part clue on how it works:

Try your various electoral commissions.
GetUp is the Soros link to voter fraud in Australia but this is recent, the unions have been running it for decades. Ed
Before we get rid of voter fraud, maybe we need to find its source first?

” but the guy (Djokovic) who refused to follow the rules of those dictators and his followers should be kicked out?”
Turns out Djokovic is rather principled on the subject of not being forced to have experimental injections stuck into him and is prepared to make considerable sacrifices on the basis of those principles.
Scumo and the LNP-Labour duopoly and the MSM are obviously determined that such people are undesirable and must be kept out of Australia in case they contaminate Australians with that sort of mind set.
1000% Mike!
It also qualifies as being an enemy of the State!
Legislation and statutes are private (corporate) law applicable only to employees, contractors and dependents, not to people.
The ordinary people are not corporate citizens, and if a government does claim do, then they must prove that this happened WITH FULL DISCLOSURE, else no deal.
I remember once, years ago, ticking a box on a Centrelink dole application form that said “Ar you a citizen for the purposes of this document” and ticking the Yes box, in my ignorance.
Corporate governments, which all governments are now, only get jurisdiction via contract, and do this by very stealthy means.
Even knowing this may not be enough, because the governments have control of the people bearing the artillery and they may well resort to having these people using the gear.
Where it goes from here who knows?
But I want to know what happened with the G-G.
As Bosi said we have to get rid of voter fraud first. Ed
Huh? Our leaders are dictators, but the guy (Djokovic) who refused to follow the rules of those dictators and his followers should be kicked out? Did you have a stroke writing this?
In response to RC: What Mother calls their child “Reality Check?”
Or is that just a troll name?
You always have the option to find yourself another sandpit.
MrCee,
I believe it was Gadhafi who said “If voting made any difference, it would be illegal”.
There is the reality of your chance of changing a damned thing by going and endorsing a fundamentally unlawful action. YOU-ARE-NOT-VOTING-FOR-Commonwealth of Australia Parliament, YOU-ARE-VOTING-FOR-AND-ENDORSING-A-FORIEGN-INVADING-BELIGERENT-COMPANY. That is an act of war!
And those who don’t vote will contribute to the problem. That rant was nothing more than than what a lot of this fight is against. There are many, just as many as the Smiths of this Country, with similar names fighting for our freedom and our country. Get off your hate horse. It’s not a good look.
“Djokovic, and his fellow Serbians, should all be kicked out of OUR Country if they refuse to follow OUR rules!”
There are PLENTY of Australians of non Serbian or non other ethnic backgrounds who refuse to follow “OUR” rules. When did Morrison’s or Andrews, or Hazzards or Palushchook’s rules become OUR rules. There’s a few protesters just now in Canberra who object to “OUR” rules, not to mention plenty of other dinki di Aussies who feel the same but can’t get to Canberra.
Now run along and take your medication before you start kicking them out too. WTF! You’ve been locked up in isolation for too long, sir. You won’t cure that with your liberal dose of Xenophobia.
If Rusty Marsh thinks he can create a better Australia by denying me my rights he’d better pull his ignorant, xenophobic head out of his arse. I am a ten quid Pom, and I am PROUD to be an Aussie. So proud, in fact, that I have been to war for his sorry arse. What has he ever done? I’ve never heard of him, and I’m thankful for that. With his attitude he’s going nowhere.
In Common Law, we do not discriminate. Instead, we take people at their word on their honour. And if someone stands in front of an Assembly and states that they were born in another country but they are now proud Australians, that’s good enough for us. I suggest that Rusty clean off the rust and get with the times. Australia is changing, and thanks to the many attacks on our rights and freedoms by the politicians and the likes of Rusty Marsh, we are learning once again how to unite and be proud Australians. Xenophobia and hatred has no place in our future.
What a ridiculous fascist rant.
Your vote is your voice for change, however you imagine or want that to be. Vote wisely, that’s all.
Oh and please think seriously about what you write to avoid including the very double standards you so clearly want to avoid.
Is there a Jones out there wanting to run for parliament? You’ve got one vote for sure.
For those who want to have a better understanding of what the Doctrine of Election is, the following link takes you to a comprehensive description from the equitable perspective ( from which the legal jurisdiction is derived ):
https://archive.org/details/pomeroysequityj02pomegoog/page/768/mode/2up
What everyone believes (without any reasonable cause other than optimism and naivety ) is their country, is merely a trading corporation dealing with their bankruptcy.
Now you see why the GG disappeared on the 26th after receiving Rod’s “Notice of Prohibition” and was replaced by someone acting as an administrator.
And when people actually waste their energy partaking in the charade of an ‘election’, the consequence is that they acknowledge and endorse this state of affairs.
They believe in the illusion and they validate it.
The de jure Commonwealth of Australia still exists, but it is an exclusive body politic and can only be chosen as the jurisdiction you partake in exclusively by undoing actions done by you and those representing you, made in ignorance of your rights, and doing what it takes to correct this and claim what is your unalienable heritage.
Think special private trusts, think equity and think evidence.
For those who do want to partake in the voting process, try also marking the candidates outside the box, as in the legal jurisdiction anything inside a box is not on that paper.
Harsh comments on a guy who had the guts to stand up against a dirty mrna injection being forced on him by a corrupt group of socialist pricks hellbent on controlling us all. Australia has new sporting hero. A Serbian tennis player. Go Djokovic.

A lot of people won’t vote this time around, It is interesting that we can’t find anyone who paid a Covid fine.
There may be a few who were silly enough to pay but when challenged with the threat of defending in court the cops won’t play. Yeah well I spoke to a reliable ex-RAAF officer at the rally who had to go back to camp with a friend because they were affected by “sonar activity”, buzzing in their heads, nausea and other complaints and they reported quite a few others as well. Now the 1.3 million canberra protesters as you claim have no influence, then add another 1 million in Melbourne and half a mil in Sydney ad infinitum, using the multiplier effect of a conservative 5, equates to nearly half the country’s voting base. But they wouldn’t be influential at all and even the dodgy AEC, MSM and unions can’t beat that number. And the cops wore earplugs so they couldn’t hear protesters swearing at them. Yeah well that seems like a reality check to me. Unfortunately I don’t have time to parry with you and your email address is unlike any we have seen before and there have been many tens of thousands. Maybe the boffins could look at it if they had time. Gotta go and try reading a few of the 6000 or more unread emails containing well wishes from those protesters without influence. I am sure readers will deal with your obtuse remarks. Ed
Some great Anglo-Saxon names there – not.

Rusty raises a very valid point. Thanks to the UN-sponsored Multicultural Policy, this nation has been invaded by foreigners who have only contempt for our culture, and who are blatantly opportunistic when it comes to business, welfare, and politics.
Just watch a few episodes of The Drum if you don’t believe me. You don’t get heard on the ABC unless you are globalist, foreign, feminist, gay, and redical left wing.
Aboriginal Australians have spoken up with one voice, which is quite remarkable, saying they declare national sovereignty, sack all the politicians and bureaucrats, and invite real Australians to join them. They have my support.
Great idea, don’t vote. The Republicans lost senate seats because of this message.
You have painted yourselves into a corner. You want change and have politicians who you would prefer, but don’t trust the voting system, but will get a fine if you don’t vote, but all the laws are unconstitutional and illegal to enforce the fine, but all those winning against the law as being unconstitutional are from fake news…
Very entertaining that as a small minority you all think you have influence.
Why are you against Djokovic, just because he doesn’t want to be jabbed.? He is not an anti-Australian influence in politics… it was his choice for his body. That just seems paranoid and ridiculous.
Agree. I think there will be a lot of messages ‘Hang E’m all’ or something like that written on a lot of ballot papers.
Exactly right Rusty Marsh. I heard, quite some year ago, that if a Chinese businessman living in, say, Hong Kong, bought a cafe in Swanston St, he would get on the electoral roll. True or not I do not know, but would not be surprised. And in America, you have to be third generation to become a state national. Voting, I ma not sure, but I think you would have to be around for many years before you get that.
And you forgot lawyers-they’re not supposed to be in the parlimaents.
Your so right.👍🤑☠️
In other words a ‘qualified franchise’ as Western democratic processes were designed to work.
There should be a long list of disqualifiers – ties to the Chinese Communist Party, oaths to the Masonic Lodge (what is the point of having oaths of office if secret oaths nullify it?) and etc.
