So the cops ask people to move on and when they do move on as instructed the cops turn around, intercept and assault them. Nice! Even nicer that they are desperate to prohibit us from seeing any evidence of such serve and protect policing tactics. My biggest concern is, as a public servant, maybe he can’t or hasn’t read (worst still, ignored) the fundamental ethics of police behaviour? Surely there must be somewhere, in the Victorian Police ethical requirements, something along the lines of “Protect and Serve”? It doesn’t look like this was followed by your officers Adam. It’s time for a disciplinary shake up of police behaviour guidelines maybe? 🙄

Someone needs to develop a vaccination against gaslighting. We are so bombarded by the use of modern global gaslighting by Governments, Corporations, Soros type woke NGOs etc that our natural immunity and common sense are gradually being extinguished.
It’s a much more massive threat to our survival than Omicron. The only interim solution is deliberate application of our intellect and a rejection of any attempt to shift reality into stupidity and vice versa.

I too have many problems with being able to post here and have had for some time. WordPress IS the fly in the ointment and “Akismet” might not be helping.
You are right, but you need examine why police have those powers … they have the power because collectively “we” wanted illusions of safety, so assigned our rights to “The State” – for example our natural right to have and exercise if necessary effective means of self defense. We wanted safety, so collectively “we” created the risk averse society …. and so it goes on.
The main problem is that AUstralians have been for decades so damned lucky that we have collectively become complacent and compliant, so much so that we are now totally impotent and are in an actual Totalitarian state.
If anybody doubts that, tell me why free speech is now fiction and even banned in law.
Tell me why when we express concerns to our elected reps, they obfuscate and tow the party line.
The answer is clear – most people are stupid and we all have been castrated by our own complacency and by politicians and their never ending legislations.
Not just Victorian Police_ALL Australian Police forces and their firearms registeries areout of control because their politician puppetmasters are out of control, and as police are the muscle of government then it doesn’t take Einstein to draw the only conclusion.
But “we” wanted safety and security, too stupid to know that both are illusions, and assignes ourselves to The State.
And as the stupid outnumber those who are not, then we are dragged down to the lowest common denominator and managed accordingly. “We” get what we deserve!
Information recorded in public is protected information? lol What do the cops think they are, an Intelligence service?
It happens to be evidence of a crime at this point, a crime committed by the police which the police are desperate to conceal from the public. Might as well make any court decisions protected information in case it puts the police in a bad public light.

I posted a few comments yesterday a number of which don’t seem to have gotten through for some reason. The police are being vindictive and nasty as the “protected information” was already in the public sphere. They’re abusing their power and being intimidatory, Stasi style. The Victorian parliament needs to raise a censor motion against the governments action in tolerating such abuse.

If our respective despotic politicians would come down to earth and face the truth that these injections are not scientific and they do not meet the true definition of a vaccination! Add to this the fact that these treatments are not yet “fully approved” but rather are still only authorized for emergency use “where there is no other medicine available to treat a patient” which statement is clearly incorrect.

Wow, what? Victorian Police is now claiming to be part of the Secret Service Act? What the truth is nor allowed to be exposed? and by an invalid section supposedly passed under an act of the People’s Parliament? Why do Police then carry BWC;s other than for being to present it in court as EVIDENCE. Well under the rule of law – we are equal in the eye of the law so the section they rely on is utterly void immediately on grounds of discrimination. However, this also means that the author of the letter becomes now immediately subject to a possible charge to attempting to pervert the course of justice in his private capacity –

For many decades, Firearms owners warned of police behaviour that was then BAD, but since then they and their firearms registries are out of control – and still are. We warned that YOU WILL BE NEXT, and …. here we are.
This is the result when people care for themselves instead the underlying issue, which is LIBERTY with accountability.
What can be done? FINANCIALLY SUPPORT both Rebel and specific issues.

Another attempt at police intimidation and harassment for reporting things they don’t want reported. The police know the below provisions. They know that the video has already entered the public domain and they are simply making an effort to make life difficult for Avi Yemeni and discourage him from publishing information they are keen to suppress.
The Victorian Police are out of control. They need to be restrained from engaging in Stasi tactics. A good stiff damages award should be issued by the Victorian Courts.

What works for the negative side also works for the positive side but even better especially when it get coverage.

Going by the video , the nice private corporation police do not need to be disciplined for their actions – they need to be placed in prison for at least five years. That will not happen, why?
