Novak Djokovic has had his visa cancelled for a second time, casting serious doubt over whether he can play in the Australian Open.
Immigration Minister Alex Hawke announced he had invoked his discretionary power, immediately seeking to deport the tennis star.
A statement from Hawke was released on Friday afternoon.
“Today I exercised my power under section 133C(3) of the Migration Act to cancel the visa held by Mr Novak Djokovic on health and good order grounds, on the basis that it was in the public interest to do so.
Seems like Djokovic is the only one who wants to stay here. Can the last man out please turn off the light.
Mr Hawke has no legal authority or powers of any kind. He has violated the Federal Constitution which mandates a clear separation between the Executive Government, the Parliament, and the Judiciary. By retaining his seat in the Parliament, he, the Prime Minister and all other Ministers being part of the Executive Government are guilty of misprision and ought to be immediately arrested. The proof is irrefutable and cannot be denied.
And on what authority can the bogus Minister Hawke rely on? Personally he is guilty of misprision for taking a seat in the Parliament and thereby violating the separation of powers mandated under the Federal Constitution. In fact every Minister State or Federal is immediately liable to same charge and stripped immediately of any conceived authority or power. The Federal Police has the responsibility to arrest all. The evidence is irrefutable. Having been advised all are subject to same charge..

It is a legislative attempt to prevent the courts from being able to review the decision. Essentially we a have a lawless government.
