At last a fair, reasonable and intelligent Judge Anthony Kelly who has not been swayed by the lying media or the medical mafia about the official Covid narrative, hands down the only decision he could have made.
Judge Anthony Kelly quashed the cancellation of Mr Djokovic’s visa and ordered he be released from Immigration detention and have his passport returned to him, awarding costs against the federal government.
A lawyer for the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship told the judge that Mr Djokovic’s visa might still be cancelled, a move that would outrage tennis players and supporters across the world and certainly seal the fate of the Liberal Party at the next election.
Australian LNP-Labour politicians and bureaucrats are out of control! It’s not about Djokovic. It’s about the little despots forcing obedience and control. The slippery slope to state tyranny. Wakey, wakey, all you ANZAC heroes out there!

I am sooooo happy right now!! This is the miracle we’ve been hoping and praying for and spells the beginning of the end to this tyranny. Throughout history we have seen great change come about from the actions of the most unlikely people. Think of Rosa Parks ‘the first lady of civil rights’; refusing to give up her seat on that bus… because as she said, she was ‘tired of not being free and other’s not being free”. I believe Novak’s true destiny (and having a Life Path number of 7), was not only to be a gifted world #1 tennis athlete… that has been a conduit, empowering him to orchestrate huge change. The arrogant facists had absolutely no idea and finally bit off more than they could chew. Their days are well and truly numbered now and the proverbial is about to get very real. I would not be surprised if Novak now embarks on a fight to release those long suffering refugees he was imprisoned with. I live in the Federal seat of Hughes, that is Craig Kellys current seat. Mr Kelly & Mr Palmer have stated that they will be placing all sitting members last on the next Federal election ballot paper. At first I thought how could I place a sitting member last after a Greens candidate. I always start at the bottom ie always a Green idiot last. I am so disappointed in the Morrison Government that I will follow the Craig Kelly how to vote card exactly. This will definitely hand the seat to Labor who coincidently actually have had relatively good candidates in our area. This latest incident on the THE JOKER just cemented my decision!!!

If it was a criminal matter the judge would have the authority.
Parliament is all powerful and if they want to cancel a visa I guess they can.
Parliament passes a law, Djokovic must comply.

Would the clown politicians ably led by Scott Morrison and Karen Andrews really have the audacity to cancel Novak’s visa out of spite? Possibly, but if they do they’ll have every tennis fan and fair minded Australian up in arms and it would not bode well for the Morrison Government’s future.
