Every State took ownership of all land when every State agreed to join the the Status of the Commonwealth of Australia as a sovereign, independent and federal nation* Republic* in 1985. Under Our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 as Proclaimed and Gazetted we are a Constitutional Monarchy. Under this Constitution we have all rights known to man. Under the Treasonous Political Parties sovereign, independent and federal nation *Republic* we are nothing.
Kim Beasley in Federal Parliament in 1990, quote, “The United Nations has
given the Federal Government a mandate of ownership for housing, property,
farms and businesses to government control once the *Republic* has been proclaimed.”
Treasonous Political Parties claimed a *Republic* by the Australia Acts (Request) Act 1985 for their sovereign, independent and federal nation *= Treason*.
*You have taken a long time to wake up, that’s if you’re awake now.

I, myself, have been guilty of judging others, I got it from my parents when very young. So I thought it was OK. Later in life I stopped doing that. Yes, we do get angry and frustrated with others but those others do likewise too. It seems to be a human learned characteristic.
But even without the bible guide we still need a workable system. I found a very workable system. Usually I immediately and openly apologise and/or forgive but sometimes that can be very dangerous so I do it very quietly and that works very well.
It’s extremely difficult to forgive others that are obviously out to get us, such as in the current scamdemic. But they, the PTB, love to see us frightened. You see Gates almost laughing as he openly states what he is doing and what he plans to do us going forward. Then Obama who is a compulsive liar and Schwab who seems to be a machine with no emotional expressions at all. But there is a lot of push-back against them and growing. Our own local “leaders” seem to have a gun to their backs while others “are so happy they can hard

This is a complex issue that has more opinions that sand grains on the beaches.
It is an important issue that must be resolved and from reading the above link it seems that only the people of Australia have the power to do that.

Numerous FOI’s have determined that no instrument or principle of law has been used to convert the nature of the original Commonwealth of Australia from a colony to any other form of status in regards to a body politic attached to land.
There is a current Court Case filed in the UK Supreme Court to have the said court determine what the status of this colony is, and in classic “Yes Minister” style, the Court is sitting on it hoping not to have to deal with it.
The responsibility for our Constitutional mess rests with the those UK Ministers and public service personal whose duties required them to timely deal with those matters, and of course the people of the said political jurisdiction.
At present this political jurisdiction is in receivership, being administered by pretend government, and any form of Constitutional government is abandoned.
The notion of a republic is impossible until such time as the debt apportioned to what was the Constitutional Commonwealth of Australia (and its people) is paid in full.
We are all bondsmen and bondswomen and that will only change when we unencumber ourselves from that debt.
This administration requires the removal of Constitutional money, which has also been placed in trust along with all the wealth of the land common to the people.
Unfortunately the Aussie has been totally dumbed down by the media, where their life is reduced to sport and more sport. My wife’s father always said the cops are the robbers and the robbers are the cops. The same can be said for the government of this country, they call good bad and evil good. A very sad stat of affairs for this great country.

This book was stripped off the shelves by the Australian Federal Police. It would be interesting to find out who ordered this book burning in a supposed Democratic Nation.
Is this the reason many Political folk study Law to indulge in this ongoing treasonous deception.
International Law wrapped in the United Nations New World Order protocols is not easy to understand related to an independent Australia if we are independent under our own Constitution.

Under the UN occupiers don’t have a great deal of rights once setting up administration on lands which they are not entitled to & same goes to their citizens.
