We have received an unconfirmed report that un-vaxxed shoppers could be penalised if they use their cards for purchases at business premises after December 17.
If you didn’t use the QR check in at the shop then make a purchase with your card you could be penalised by the Labor Party.
Such an electronic banking arrangement could only occur with the help of banks, therefore Australian Bankers Association CEO and former Queensland Labor Premier Anna Bligh obviously has had a hand in this unlawful scam if correct.
Remember the Queensland SPER fine recovery agency is not required adhere to any law. If you allegedly owe money for unpaid fines they will simply steal your car or take it from your bank account without your knowledge.
We will seek clarification about this crime.
Not all shops have wifi or manual sign in for those who do not have internet on their phones……tracing people for not signing in their QR codes can be challenged for the reasons given……No one could be penalised if no other way to sign in is available.

“the QR check in at the shop” violates the Privacy Act 1988, but if you get into trouble just report the situation to Australian Human Rights Commission and within a reasonable time you’ll be vindicated and the shop or venue will be severely reprimanded and if they don’t change their ways Australian Human Rights Commission will litigate against the offender. I know of several people who got satisfaction through Australian Human Rights Commission. If shops call the Police and you get arrested or fined or both go to ISuePolice.com and they’ll fix things. If ISuePolice.com is slow in responding it’s because they are going flat out litigating for 1,000s of Aussies, be patient, they’ll get back to you.
In response to Julia, the Credit Unions are consolidating with the banks now.
For example Credit Union Australia is now Great Southern Bank.
We would need to know which Credit Unions and small local branches have and will remain independent of the privately owned Central Banks.
A bank for the people by the people is long gone I suspect.
The private Central banks under the direction of the private Federal Reserve have the goal to own it all (worldwide)

Move your money to Credit Unions and local banks… SPER can only deduct/steal yr money through the big 4 banks. It happened to me years ago so I switched.

He Be, we sent our opt-out request in via registered mail a couple of months ago. We have had no reply, but we made sure to use registered mail so we had proof that it had been sent and received (which was an extra step to help ensure we were removed).
I’m unsure what difference this will make in general, as it only really stops third parties getting their grubby hands on the info, not aspects of Government. We did it anyway, as it only cost a few dollars for the postage and might but a small spanner in some works somewhere.

I have become hardened to their threats. This is becoming comical, they are forcing people out of ‘their system’. No one will want to take part in this long term, it will fail.
They are even showing the way out and don’t even realize it. Once people wake up and stop fearing these threats they will realize ‘the system’ is not required, a secondary system will be established, it will just take time, that is why they need to rush this to give the appearance of no way out, quite deceiving.

Ask for a paper sign-in and/or pay cash. Some places are now “not accepting cash”- not sure if this is legal.
They are integrating the data bases now. On the basis of Anastasi’s new rulz this month you could be fined for not scanning the QR code. They will be checking that against card purchases and matching them up.
read the kissinger spiel and know they are leading us to their end if we let them! They also have a card like the ones I have witnessed being used in NT by indigenous to prevent us from spending anywhere but Morgan/cabal supermarkets..coles, woolies, aldi etc etc etc. Read Brian Shaw’s Beazley-kennedy court doc and see what the real truth is…it IS biblical folks!
