To the Qld Premier and other politicians, and anyone else who dares to threaten me to get vaccinated. You can all go shove your poisonous experimental vaccines. A word of warning, do not ever threaten me, I know what my human rights and freedoms are and they are protected by the Australian Commonwealth Constitution Section 51, 23A, 28, 109 which clearly states that the government cannot mandate vaccines, and they cannot restrict my freedom of movement and travel within Australia, not even in time of national crisis or pandemic.
You cannot cancel my human rights and freedoms. I am governed only by my Christian faith in God and the Bible, and by the Australian Commonwealth Constitution, not by these nefarious corrupt tyrannical politicians who are only obsessed with absolute power and authority. And let me remind all you politicians that you all swore an oath to obey and uphold the Australian Commonwealth Constitution, and you are all governed by the laws contained within the Australian Commonwealth Constitution.
When you break or violate any law/s within the constitution, than you have acted unlawfully and criminally. Fact, the medical authorities have said that the Covid19 vaccines will not protect you from either contracting or transmitting the virus, so why get the vaccine if they do not work? Why all the propaganda and lies about Covid19? The government is not interested in our human health or saving lives, so please do not feed us your diatribe and lies that you are. If the government were serious about saving human lives, than they would start first by banning and ending the cruel and barbaric and evil practice of abortion, they would ban tobacco, alcohol, cars, prescription drugs, etc, etc, which all cause human injury and death!

That’s a great idea Mal but it seems that there are not that many people in Australia who want freedom. There were many who resisted the ‘mandated’ insertion of mRNA into their bodies but when faced with losing their jobs they had to undergo the medical procedure in order to survive financially. Now that they have had the jabs they may feel like they have lost the fight and it is not worth joining mass protests. How many non-GMO humans are there left in Australia?

You’ve been conned, the version of the constitution you are looking at is the “rewritten load of rubbish (treason)” altered by G. Whitless, back in 1972/3.. Queen Victoria, in her letters patent, clearly said that The Commonwealth of Australia IS THE PEOPLE. Not the land mass, what you have is the constitution of THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT not The Commonwealth.

The Commonwealth of Australia Parliament is constituted UNDER the constitution, and therefore has no authority to alter it without a referendum, THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED. It is not redundant or usurped, it’s just that the AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT is a belligerent, invading, American company so they just ignored it and wrote their own.
Justin Moxham is spot on when he made the statement about the diatribe and lies the government is feeding us. I also do not believe for one second that the ‘vaccine’ for Covid-19 has been tested long enough. Pfizer admitted that they were going to test it on a number of individuals and chose 193 people but then only 56% of them were healthy enough. The others had medical issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart issues etc. Now the big pharma’s that are selling ‘the jab’ also have cunning wording that governments must sign stating they cannot hold the big pharma’s responsible for any problems with the products.
The sections quoted from Australia’s Constitution are probably not quite correct.
Section 51 states The Legislative powers of Parliament. Quite long winded but a good read.
Section 23A is not correct – there is a Section 23 which is Voting in the Senate.
Section 28 is Duration of House of Representatives.
Section 109 is Inconsistency of Laws. When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.
In saying that, the the federal and state governments use tax payers money to employ the most expensive lawyers and solicitors to ensure the outcome is in their best interests and certainly not us normal people.

Shoot me down if you like, but where is the document Australian Constitution? Can someone please post a link to it? The only document I can find is Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 which, I suppose, is colloquially known as the Australian Constitution.
This Act as far as I can ascertain applies to Norfolk Island, Christmas, Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
If you go look at the ACTS INTERPRETATION ACT 1901 – SECT 2B Definitions
See “Australia” means the Commonwealth of Australia and, when used in a geographical sense, includes Norfolk Island, the Territory of Christmas Island and the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands, but does not include any other external Territory.,
Therefore, are people saying when they talk about The Australian Constitution, are they referring to the Act of Occupation of Tera Australis under The Australian (Occupation) Constitution? There is no such document!
We have a Bill of Rights we can resort to if we go by the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 Act which is an English Parliamentary Act.

The federal government can’t force medical procedures but your local greengrocer as an employer or shopkeeper can. Go figure! Australians need an Australian Bill of Inalienable Human Rights, and right now at that. 🙂

There is a strange thing about drug pushers: On the national or local level they seem to be immune from prosecution. In some of the towns where I live the illicit drug supply houses and the meth labs are known by almost everyone in town EXCEPT the police.
The experimental mRNA drug pushers are getting away with assault, child abuse, false pretenses, rape by syringe, poisoning and murder but the police will not act. Can a mass movement be formed where for instance 10,000 people make a formal complaint to the police against the chief health officer?
