Dear Editor,
I just wanted to share this story with you which this lady’s mother told to my wife this afternoon. In the last week or so, this woman who is a teacher in NSW but resides in Qld, went to work again briefly in NSW as her employer had indicated she could after the relaxing of restrictions in that state. She was refused re-entry into Qld due to her ‘unvaxxed’ status and held at the border for 8 hours. Then she was given the following options:
1 .pay a $14000 fine.
2. go to jail for 6 months.
3. go straight to a pharmacy and get the jab.
Even though she had been rightly refusing this vaccine from the outset, she reluctantly agreed to the last mandated ‘choice’ as she felt it was her only option, especially with a son at home with special needs. Police then followed her all the way to the chemist and made sure she showed them the certificate. She was understandably devastated at being treated in this way and having to have this so-called vaccine against her will.

If you opted to pay fine and didnt pay it they would probably copy Dans policy of stripping it from your bank accounts and/or cancelling your licence
We get the government we deserve. Remember the almost unanimous approval of Gay marriage and the millions of abortions over the last 40 years. Folks, if 90% of Australians got down on their knees and repented of their sins and turned to Jesus Christ and then prayed for God to execute righteous judgement on those behind these crimes. I do that nearly every day but I think I’m alone.
All this is well and good and factual in our previous Australia. However, with the party faithful elected duopoly governments in power, all laws and constitutions are ignored as is with any accountability. Might be time to get our previous Australia back to the people mate. ED2
The Imperial Proclamations Act makes it an offense to impose ANY penalty on a defendant before a court finds that defendant guilty, and that applies to ALL on the spot fines.
Whist judges might be corrupt, they aren’t stupid, they know that the bio-security act does not provide for these actions by the Policy Enforcers. In fact, what the Bio-Security Act DOES mandate is that a bio-security order, MUST be served on the wo/man, bearing their name, the disease from which they’re suffering, the symptoms they’re displaying, the contact from which it was contracted, and,SIGNED BY A NAMED OFFICIAL HEALTH OFFICER. Plod is not an official health officer, and as such has NO authority to enforce anything.
Just as an aside “Plod” would have to swear “evidence” into the court, at that point it’s called perjury ….loss of job and jail time..
Also, check out, DPP v Hamilton 2011 in the high court. It is case law declaring that a “person” not under arrest does not even have to stop and answer questions from plod. Their actions are predicated upon their hope that you do not know these things.
That was a classic case of outright lying, they made her think she had not choice but by law it wouldn’t have stood up in court. Don’t anyone fall for it! What good is she to her son injured or dead. Soooooooo angry

It seems our Law is being denied us.
The people have been divided; vaxxed-unvaxxed and the powers are using this to their advantage.
Not much hope for a united Australia to resist the Governments ‘foot on neck policy.’

I am a QLD resident and currently manage a property 25km south of the
QLD border in NSW. I am in what they call in ‘the border zone’. Yes,
compulsory min 1 jab to enter QLD.
Property owners and I meet at the border near Killarney, QLD once a
week, park up, transfer items between vehicles (supplies going south,
produce going north) and neither of us actually cross the border. I chat
with the ‘officials’ at the border regularly.
There is actually a 4th option: Turn around and stay in NSW. This is the
option that I have taken to remain human (ie not genetically modified
trans-human).
A small price to pay I feel.

What Law? Exactly Editor. It is good to see Cairns News following this carefully. All branches of gov’t and institutions of social influence are in systemic failure due to the Communist Takedown. Easy to say in an abstract way. But that raving case of mad cow disease, her Handlers and the Big Q politburo are are going to flip the Australians and with that – the script. It’s like in that movie scene of the Great American novel: The Godfather. The setting is complex – the CIA has gotten the drug pipeline into NY. Everybody has tried to carve up the pie in a way that works for the players, but when the Godfather says ‘no deal’ the Five Families have made the Corleones an offer they can’t refuse. Now it’s personal , but it becomes strictly business – beautifully played by Al Pacino.
We are witnessing a larger scene very similar to this.
I hope she got BOTH coppers names and start a Malfaence action against the BOTH thru the qld police service ,,,,,, …. NOTICE ITS THE POLICE SERVICE not the POLICE FORCE

I wonder what treatment you would get if you took the 6 mths jail…..still be forced to get jab to be released…
I would have opted for going to jail, then fought them tooth and nail in court.

a horror movie it seems, but sadly a tragedy for this Lady…Be aware of the Ones who are teaching to go to war, for we need Peace!!
Wouldn’t they have to take her to court before they could fine her? What is the LEGAL basis for this?

The ChinKom government of Qld and its enforcement should face criminal prosecution under Australian law. To hell with their dictates. Australia does have laws against a Communist politburo placing a mother with a special needs child (or anyone for that matter) under duress and compelling her consent to being injected with a bioweapon. Her ‘consent’ to being genetically modified with the S1 spike protein code means nothing. A bioweapon for the destruction of the Australian population is what is being mandated here. And this mother now has a prion disease with a very poor prognosis to manage – whether she gets an immediate reaction from this injection or not. These Communist sons of bitches must be charged, receive a fair trial under Australian law and if found guilty they must pay for this crime against Australia.

She should have opted for the fine. Then she would have yet another piece of gov bs to ignore.
So we’re basically prisoners in our own State. If you were vaccinated and left the State for a holiday and then caught “Covid” would they let you back in. It’s like they throw the dice, what if she chose to pay the fine but didn’t have $14000 could she pay it off weekly or would they have then said “No” and so really she had no choice. Not many of us have $14000 sitting around.
