Masks
All people over the age of 12 must wear a face mask:
- in indoor areas (e.g. while shopping, when at a library)
- in indoor areas of common property of apartment buildings
- at a public transport waiting area
- while on public transport
- if you are working at a hospitality venue and dealing directly with members of the public
- on an aircraft when the aircraft is flying above NSW and in the airport.

COVID-19 safe check in
Occupiers of premises are required to continue to take reasonable steps to ensure people can check-in or provide their contact details to when they enter your premises.
If you are entering a premises where check-in is required, you must:
- check in with the Service.NSW app
- provide your details to the occupier of the premises.

Vaccination evidence
Vaccination evidence includes:
- an online immunisation history statement
- a COVID-19 digital certificate from the Australian Immunisation Register
- a medical exemption, which includes either:
- a medical contraindication certificate or
- a medical clearance form.
The NSW government is working to ensure you can access your vaccination evidence in the Service NSW app.
A person who is required to be fully vaccinated to enter premises must:
- Carry their vaccination evidence
- Produce the evidence if requested to do so by a police officer or authorised officer.
If you are required to be fully vaccinated to enter a premises, you may be asked to produce your vaccination evidence by the occupier. We encourage you to comply with an occupier’s request.
You do not have to produce your vaccination evidence to the occupier, however, the occupier may refuse entry to you if you do not produce your vaccination evidence.
People who provide an emergency service are able to enter premises if they are not fully vaccinated and are at the premises to provide an emergency service.

But many people believe it is not just about Big Pharma profits which are dwarfed by global money, global power and global control but a staggering amount of global wealth transfer by way of monstrous government borrowings and debts flying under the radar while everyone is distracted with simple survival.

@Email alert – Somebody only need to look at Israel’s data which is very accurate & it is only about one vx according to their agreement with its maker. Their data is going back for ten months furthermore initially, with two doses, was fully done on 80-85% of the population. Now they changed the rules & only with three doses are they considered fully vx-ed so the percentage of fully done went down to 64% – & now they are considering the fourth one…. It never ends.

It’s a major logical inconsistency. Fully jabbed people can get COVID-19, and if they do, they can be just as likely to spread COVID-19 as people who don’t get the jab. So, why are fully jabbed people not being fired en masse, as well, nor being subject to weekly testing and public segregation?
Remember: taking the COVID-19 shot means you assume the full risk of the shot itself – and you STILL might get sick anyway. Is this risk-benefit ratio worth it for young, healthy people, including children, who are unlikely to get severely sick and far more likely to die of drowning than die of COVID-19?
Studies like the one from UCSF suggest that jab-resistant variants of COVID-19 are circulating, and jabbed people can catch and spread these variants, too – possibly more easily than unjabbed folks can. And the blame cannot be placed squarely on unjabbed people, since the COVID-19 shot cannot prevent infection, according to the CDC.

(a) refuses to enter into, or continue, a contract or arrangement with another person

(b) takes adverse action (within the meaning of the Fair Work Act 2009 ) against another

(c) refuses to allow another person to enter:
(i) premises that are otherwise accessible to the public; or
(ii) premises that the other person has a right to enter; or
Show this when they ask you to scan in, gaol term of 5 years or $63,000 fine or both.
Everything you need can be found and used against the ‘powers that be’, you need to find the resources and use them.
Remember Federal Law is above State Law and Common Law is above all others.
And yes people are using these and getting into the places. I live in a small country town where a pub is open to all and yes they have been fined and yes they still let everyone in. Freedom for all is their motto. Shops that are closed until Dec 1 until everyone is able to enter.
It’s a start but it needs to continue, stand up and rise against the corrupt politicians and their handlers.

Supreme Court NSW: nothgin happened today for some reason…

The consolation is that any court hearing will only be heard in 12 months time if you elect to challenge your fine (which is the primary stick). the knowyourrightsgroup.com.au YouTube channel gives such encouragement in fighting those fines in court. The court system can be collapsed in the same manner by overload. Overload seems like the only non-violent alternative that can be learnt by all to utilize in our defence.

The restrictions placed on people not allowed to attend a place of Worship is diabolical! If anything the unvaccinated take more risk of getting ill than the so called vaccinated. In my opinion the unvaccinated at=re being perceived as breaking rules set by these so called GODS! Those who have no GOD do not know GOD at all. Better start breaking the “rules” ASAP – they can’t jail us all. I think is was Malcholm Roberts (One Nation – senate) said the system has a breaking point around 100,000 court cases/prisoners; that’s all the system can tolerate before it implodes and collapses – or words to that effect.
