Good on those who are challenging the corrupted systems, thanks for your efforts.
I believe that there are many challenges being or about to be heard in the corporate run courts. They are not our courts, they were corrupted long ago.
It would have to be a miracle if a challenge does any good – other than we are given false hopes, then loose in the end.
There is only a very small minority of Australians who are pushing back and will keep pushing.for the long run. By the time enough people wake up and gain enough information to make informed decisions (not main stream media only) it will be too late, we will be too sick or dead to follow through with any actions.
We will be stressed out and too busy looking after sick and injured family and friends, especially the kids.We will be under the control of police thugs, and the way it is going the military will be given much more control over us.
They have planned for much more than just Covid over the next ten years. This never ends, we let it happen, now we reap the rew – oops no rewards, just misery, mental and physical damages and mounting deaths.

The argument that Australia is registered in the US as a corporation and how the US considers Australia in the US is not a definition of Australia for Australian purposes.

The AFL solicitors have good intent, but think we should have crowd funded the best constitution lawyers money can buy to take on these power tripping roaches and their no expenses spared, taxpayer funded posse they’ll have defending them.
If AFL mess this up, there’ll be a precedent set. They need to form a posse themselves of the very highly experienced and if they need payment for services rather than the honour, so be it, we can collectively fund them to assist AFL.
The gloves are off with this, and I get the impression/fear that AFL are leaving an amateurs league to fight world champions, as believe me, the parasites will gladly throw as much of our tax at the best available (and many of them).
I hope they charge the individuals and not the state, as that is just charging the community and there is no personal deterrent going forward. However a precedent can still be set by changing the individuals Hazzard and Chant.
Taking away their state safety umbrella, will ensure nobody strays from under it in future, as they’d be personally liable for acting beyond the jurisdiction of their office, which is the jurisdiction limited by the Australian Constitution and even their own Bio Security and Privacy Acts.

Questions over private health corporations big political donations

South Coast Labour Council secretary Arthur Rorris is questioning why some of the nation’s private health corporations are channelling millions of dollars to a ‘’political party with a privatisation agenda’’.
Mr Rorris said Australian Electoral Commission data revealed that health and pharmaceutical companies had forked out more than $8 million in political donations in the past decade.
He said the vast majority of the donations went to the Liberal Party with Ramsay Health Care – which operates Wollongong, Figtree, Lawrence Hargrave and Nowra private hospitals – one of the biggest donors.

He said from 2006 to 2016 Ramsay Health Care had donated around $750,000 to the Liberals at a federal and state level, while $1.7 million had been donated by Paul Ramsay Holdings.
Sonic Healthcare, BUPA Australia, Swisse Vitamins and Novartis Pharmaceuticals were among the other major political donors.
‘’No reasonable person could come to the conclusion that big health corporations donate to politicians for our health, they’re doing it for their own interests,’’ Mr Rorris said.
‘’Corporations see political donations as their way to get access to politicians and promote their agenda – and their agenda is clearly to increase their market share.’’

How far will this go? . when Corporate Maritime law is utilized . when the Judge is a “Corporate Judge” who rose from being a solicitor . to be licensed . he must have been approved by the “Bar Association” . the AFL solicitors must also be members of the “Bar Association” . an insiders club!.
