I had just this “stand up” with a shop in Woodford no longer ago than last week. When informed that it was illegal for her to demand that I wear a mask, just repeated that i must wear a mask. I informed her that a business in Sydney made just such a demand and was penalized $40,000 for their trouble, she said “I’m happy to pay the bill, now leave my shop”.
But for the fact that I was by myself, therefore no second witness, she would have been receiving a summons to appear by Friday.
However, she could have reasonably stated that it was a condition of entry to the shop,
and that would have made it a CONTRACTUAL condition, not a legal condition. Stupid, granted, but defensible none the less.
Now I’m not defending the woman, in fact I was bloody mad at her, but, it does show that contract law trumps statute law.

been selected for “special attention” – So expect “hot spots” to suddenly break out, necessitating severe restrictions, if “enough” dont join the stampede to get the RISKY injections.

People of this Great Nation Australia please take note. No employer or anyone else can force you to take the Covid Vaccination as it goes against the Bio Security Act of 2015, sections 60&61. If anyone tries to make you sign into any place that has the symbol for scanning in, tell them it is against the Commonwealth Privacy Act and they can be fined. The same goes if they refuse you entry, they can be fined. Our privacy does not belong to the Government, Police or anyone else. Stand up Australia, don’t let Government walk over you.
