Way past time to have enacted. Gallows need to be built in front of every P house and the Commonwealth custodians need to be put into play. Common Law Courts cannot enact without the peoples courts being available and that’s not happening. So we need to enlarge to 10K to bring back the peoples Govt.

Don’t get me started about the many money hungry, dishonest. morally bankrupt, and puffed up poor excuses for human beings, yes, you probably guessed already, lawyers, The type of lawyers that I have too often come across in my travels as a government employee for most of my working life.
I am not talking about the honest and decent lawyers here – sadly there is not enough of them.
Far too many of the parasites end up in Federal, State and Local Governments. That may well be a big part of why this country was stolen from us and why we have this Covid mess.
As they study law at Uni, they would have to be aware of when and why our country was stolen from us especially when our governments were turned into overseas controlled corporations. They would know about all of the treaties, agreements and the like that Australia signed onto, that gave away virtually all control of our (sorry no longer ours) country.
The vast majority of the lawyers appear to do do nothing about any of that.

So the Biosecurity Act 2015 was amended with this COVID-19 Legislative response—Human Biosecurity Emergency Declaration
On 18 March 2020 in response to the COVID-19 outbreak in Australia, the Governor-General declared that a human biosecurity emergency exists. The declaration gives the Minister for Health expansive powers to issue directions and set requirements in order to combat the outbreak. This is the first time these powers under the Biosecurity Act have been used.
The Biosecurity (Human Biosecurity Emergency) (Human Coronavirus with Pandemic Potential) Declaration 2020 was made under section 475 of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth).

Section 8 of the Biosecurity Act would appear to allow concurrent State health orders. In other words these orders can be issued independently of the Bio’s Control Orders.
Section 94H of the Privacy Act simply says a person can’t be discriminated against because he or she doesn’t have the COVIDsafe app on their phone. Nothing more. It offers no other protections.
What Riccardo says is correct and he is correct that you can’t trust the senior staff.
Please stop calling these drugs vaccinations as they do not meet the dictionary or legislated term, have not passed any clinical tests, the outcomes of the current human test will not be available for at least another 5 years.
They are just drugs, & I can remember THALIDOMIDE & the damage it did to children all for the chemical companies profits, it was approved as well.

The acts Bosi is quoting are different to what he says they are. The protections he mentions are not in the sections of the acts that he says they are. I can hardly walk into a supermarket carrying the documents he quotes when the protections he mentions are not part of the acts he quoted.
Where is he getting his privacy act from? The act here: https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/C2020C00237/Html/Text says that section 94H is solely about covidsafe app.
Bosi mentions the privacy act 1988. Are the laws that he quoted superseded at all, or are they the current law.
What happens if we ignore the health guidance on the basis of the 2015 bio act and the privacy acts as quoted. Ok, we get arrested and deetained, but do we have a leg to stand on. I gather the courts are complicit in this scam, so they would illegally detain us, habeas corpus out the door?

sadly it is one thing to have the law on your side but it is quite another to have the system apply the law on your side.
The question that has weighed heavily on my mind since the beginning of this COVID FIASCO is where is the nation going to find enough prison accommodation for all the offenders that Riccardo has identified by simply reading the appropriate legislation.
