Sky News June 30 2021 view host Andrew Bolt says Annastacia Palaszczuk is the “perfect example today of the idiotic, paranoid, fact-free, fearmongering” that is making Australia an “international laughing stock”.

“There are two outbreaks in Queensland, both caused by government bungling,” he said.

“One, by someone actually catching the virus in a Brisbane quarantine hotel. The other by a casual receptionist hired to work at a quarantine ward without getting vaccination. Appalling.

“And Palaszczuk was today under pressure. So Palaszczuk needed a distraction. Needed someone to attack. Distract the media with a bone.

“She blasted the prime minister for saying two days ago – hey, this AstraZeneca vaccine; the one we banned for people under 50, because of the tiny risk of blood clots, we’re now going to let anyone take it if their doctor agrees.”
