South Carolina Bar Association demonstrates the ‘new norm’
South Carolina’s bar just sent this email for the July exam stating that all applicants must undergo a 14-day quarantine prior to the exam, mandatory COVID testing immediately prior to the exam and medical screening. The email continues:
“Further, since all applicants should have ample opportunity to receive a COVID-19 vaccination prior to the examination, only limited seating capacity will be provided for applicants who have not been fully vaccinated. In the event there is not enough seating for all the unvaccinated applicants, unvaccinated applicants may be chosen by random or by such other method as the Supreme Court may determine is appropriate to fill these seats, and those not selected will be rescheduled for the February 2022 examination. Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete their COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible” (emphasis in original).
However, for a student who has already taken the injection, the email states, “It is anticipated that applicants who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to the examination will not be required to comply with any further mitigation measures prior to or during the examination” (emphasis added).
Keep in mind that as of mid-April, the government has already traced and tracked 5,800 people who were fully vaccinated against COVID who later got sick with COVID. In addition, “nearly 400 required treatment at hospitals and 74 died,” according to an email sent from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
There is ample evidence that people with or without this injection can get this virus. Moreover, under the federal Emergency Use Authorization, this state lawyers’ association is violating the law to force people to violate their conscience.
Having gone through the rigors of law school and the bar exam, I know how stressful this exam is on everyone involved. Everything is riding on the line during this multiday exam. I cannot imagine the added stress these graduates are facing after receiving this letter.
Stop this insanity. Tell governors and legislators NO MANDATORY VACCINE PASSPORTS or TRACKING APPS.
The truth of the matter is that all vaccines are test vaccines only available since 8th December 2020 and nobody can predict how effective test vaccines will be on the human body, in the short and longer terms, or if the test vaccines will have any effect on Covid Variants which will continue to keep evolving.
When we are peddled information that a test vaccine seems to be holding its own against current variants, why then are 3rd shots being considered within 9 months of the last of 2 test vaccines and then booster shots every year, after that?
I imagine that anyone who has a breakout infection, after the second test vaccine are just the unlucky ones, against the many millions who were not affected that way at all (so far), but I guess that being one of those unfortunate few would not sit well with anyone, especially as it seems a lot like spinning the lottery wheel and seeing if your number comes up next – another breakout infection!!
The answer seems simple to me – do my salt water sniffle, whenever you feel you “might” be getting a Flu type virus and murder the virus in your head, long before you otherwise allow it to clear by itself, or become another Covid Variant and you won’t know which way that will go, this time, or the next time, or the one after that, until you actually live the experience.
With regards to Universities or Colleges stopping students who have not been test vaccinated, makes no sense to me, because surely the risk is on the students not vaccinated and not the places of learning, themselves, unless they are concerned that those students potentially could be infected with a Coronavirus, which they might pass on and infect those who have had the prescribed 2 test vaccine shots, which suggests to me, nobody really knows how effective these test vaccines will be and nobody can predict what the Coronavirus resurgence will be like – except if you use my simple salt water cure, that is and don’t get Covid at all, or the symptoms of the Flu..

One Good thing is Florida Rep Ron DeSantis has done an Executive Order be no Digital Vaccine Passports in Florida he also done an Executive Order on being informed of every PCR Test Cycle Threshold was stopped at. This is why Florida doing so well in controlling the cases without Lockdowns. I’m sure those who getting the Gene Therapy Injections is done by Informed consent.
In regards to South Carolina’s Bar Exams it’s like potential Lawyers are being blackmailed to get their shots as well to be tested with the PCR Tests it will be interesting how many will be positive based on high stress levels.
