US patriots still have options to block crooked Biden despite court backdown

DESPITE a rebuff from the Supreme Court of the US, it’s game not over for US patriots fighting to prevent the treacherous political criminal Joe Biden from stealing the office that rightfully belongs to Donald J. Trump and the American people.

Last Monday (Dec. 14) in Michigan, the day of the Electoral College presidential vote casting, investigators announced Dominion voting machines revealed an error rate of 68.5%, which allowed massive numbers of votes to be “adjudicated” in bulk i.e. run through the system again, without oversight. During this process, votes can be remotely changed.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail,” the investigation team reported.

But the US Supreme Court, despite its conservative majority, ran for cover with the big Texas Constitutional case, apparently because they didn’t want to be dragged into the potentially explosive reaction to any remedy applied to the Republicans’ determined challenge to the very evident and widespread election fraud, also indicated for instance, on the 80 minutes of surveillance video of unsupervised, after-hours vote counting in Georgia.

One option raised by US prosecutor and attorney Sidney Powell and others is for President Trump to invoke his Executive Order on foreign interference in US elections if the US Supreme Court or lower courts refuse to hear increasing evidence of major election fraud in the key US battleground states.

Powell told an Epoch Times interviewer that evidence in her legal team’s filings of foreign interference was “more than sufficient” to trigger the 2018 Executive Order “that gives him all kinds of powers to do everything from seizing assets, freezing things to demanding impoundment of (voting) machines”.

“Under the emergency powers he could appoint a special prosecutor to look into this – which is exactly what needs to happen,” Powell said. “Every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now and quite frankly, there’s more than enough criminal cause to justify that for anybody who’s willing to address the facts on the basis of truth and facts and not just politics, greed or global wealth.”

Alternatively, Republicans loyal to Trump initiated moves that could overturn the Electoral College votes for Biden in five of the six key states where electoral fraud clearly took place – Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada. On Monday, when Electoral College members cast their presidential votes, Republicans set in motion a procedure under the Electoral Count Act by which members of Congress can challenge results in particular states at the January 6th Electoral College vote count in the Congress. This is called an “alternative slate” with “dueling votes” from “dueling electors”.

Republicans the five “battleground states” cast their contingency votes for Trump. An objecting congressman, if he or she can gain the support of a senator, can overrule the Biden votes from the Electoral College at the count in the Congress on January 6th.
In Michigan the Republican electoral college “alternative slate” delegates were blocked by police from entering their capitol building to cast their ballots. Police gave no reason and referred the electors to the governor.

Mainstream media actually picked up on this and tried to rubbish the idea’s legailty, despite it having precedents such as in the 2016 election when Democrat Maxine Waters tried unsuccessfully to get a senator to back her dueling vote, as required by the complicated election code.
