Tracking bracelets, fines for not self-isolating

The West Australian Labor Government has sought the power to electronically monitor people who fail to self-isolate, using tracking bracelets or in-home trackers.
Tampering with a device could result in 12 months in jail or a $12,000 fine.
That move follows a police clamp down on people leaving their home after being directed to self-isolate.
In addition, the Government would be asking Parliament to grant police the power to issue on-the-spot fines for failing to obey self-isolation or public gathering directives.
Those fines would be $1,000 for individuals and $5,000 for businesses, and followed WA moving to “stage three” COVID-19 restrictions that involved shutting down playgrounds and skate parks.
Premier Mark McGowan said the measures, along with a move to restrict gatherings to two people, were harsh but a reality.
“The idea that I am going to give someone a $1,000 fine for three people walking around together is abhorrent, but it’s necessary,” he said.

At the very least the proclamations act makes EVERY plod a criminal as soon as he issues an “on the spot” fine or any other pecuniary penalty.
It has been said that the only wind back for martial law, is war, civil or otherwise, which is why they will use UN troops, because local troops may refuse to fire upon their wives and children.
All these unnecessary draconian restrictions are merely an excuse to destroy our economy and to impose satanic controls upon us – End Times. Do you studies on the internet – the coronavirus is a complete scam; there is NO such virus. If you check the number of deaths in each country, there are NO more this year than the same period last year. The authorities are saying every death now is from coronavirus when they are in fact from the usual causes of cancer, heart problems, diabetes and old age. They have just been renamed!!!! People don’t live forever on this present earth. The Spanish flu was genuine. So is the flu every winter. Even the authorities are saying it is nearly all elderly or sick people dying because their immune systems are weak. But they aren’t dying from the coronavirus because there is NO such thing. It’s all about control, control to satisfy the psychopaths in the New World Order.
And then move on to fining people who fail to raise their elbow in time for their arm to catch the sneeze or cough. This could be good business strategy for WA Treasury?
