ADF wasting hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars every year ,govenment facilitating the waste of taxpayer funds by allowing standing offers not best value for money tendering system , the question has to be asked is the companies that are winning the supply contracts with the ADF also contributing to political party fighting funds , once all major contracts had to be let on a best value for money basis now its don’t on standing offers costing the tax payers hundreds of millions of dollars and making major transport companies very rich ,
