Given Tasmania Police is a public agency funded 100 percent by taxpay-ers to serve not deny the public, Ottavi’s words are shocking. They have generated more concern in Australia re the official terror at and near Port Arthur, Tasmania (28-29APR1996), a massacre in which international and national victims were killed (35) and wounded (23). Thus in relation to the boldface italicized words of Ottavi as appear above, you are herewith requested to address the three queries following:

You are a senior member of Australia & New Zealand SEBP (Society of Evidence Based Policing Inc.) On one hand it seems you value “Evidence Based Policing.” But on the other you are willing to ignore exculpatory evidence confirming Martin Bryant is INNOCENT – this boy-man (66 IQ) is the patsy. Not only ignore it, but as a gate- keeper you are now participating in the withholding of exculpatory evidence from the public for 75 years.
Surely you understand the immorality of Bryant being denied an ethical lawyer, of him having his persistent NOTguiltyplea rejected,of him being falsely convicted with NO trial, of him being incarcerated in Risdon Prison since 1996, etc. b)Let us not forget James Boyce’s LOSING STREAK: How Tasmania Was Gamed by the Gaming Industry. That officials covered up crimes is revealed in his 2017 book: “…at some point the file was accidentally misplaced or deliberately destroyed, and it cannot be located.”
Corrupt officials do this with files containing truths dangerous to them. Dr.Boyce goes on:”The current police commissioner [you] has refused to give permission for the release of further supplementary material.” So it seems you have withheld evidence in this gambling case. If true, the long-deceived people of Australia, especially families, relatives, and friends of all 58 victims officially shot at Port Arthur, can expect nothing from you re the records secreted byTasmania Police.

An airport worker snapped a photo that morning of a massive helicopter and four gentleman exiting 1 in plain khaki Green another dinner suit with tall blonde frizzy hair and 2 more plan clothed gentleman.
He snapped the photo of the helicopter and the exiting Occupants because it was so unusual.
I saw a video of the owner of the cafe at Port Arthur. He stated that not only was he well acquainted with Martin but that the taller man shooting was NOT Martin Bryant.
It all came out when the Tassie cops investigating interviewed him and confirmed the weapon was his, the one handed to VIC police for destruction.. read it on google search

A friend of mine just happened to be playing darts with the Chamberlin’s at what was then called Aries Rock the night before the baby died.
My friend had some very interesting facts about them that would of got both convicted.. My friend would not get involved.
A childhood friend handed in his automatic rifle to Vic police to be destroyed. The serial number, make and model of the weapon found seascape cottage site was the same rifle my friend Bill had handed in.. ED2
One just has to watch the ‘official news’ at the time when at the end beside a burned out house of one holding up a very clean gun ‘allegedly’ found inside and used by Martin.

As a side note.
One of my trips to Tasmania, I stood on the court steps, where it was announced to the Media that Martin was convicted, the day after it happened. So it was still hot and raw in the public eye.
A few days later I was purchasing a box of bullets using someone else’s photo gun licence and the guy who sold them to me was an ex Tasmania Police Sargent.
To understand the current intelligence operations occurring in Melbourne and Sydney we need only to understand the past intelligence operations.

Back in the 70’s, I had an old military style 30-06 and lived in the bush. When this Bryant matter occurred, I didn’t believe he did it.
Why? Whenever a girly-boy like him fired the 30-06, they dropped it. Too much noise & recoil. What was ascribed to Martin was simply not possible.
But Aussies willingly gave up their guns for $s, twice, but not up here in the Wide Bay electorate. There’s a pdf book of a very comprehensive investigation I got some where years ago. I’ll see if I can find it and put it up to download.

For those that aren’t keeping up with the advanced weapons systems used by the deep state intel services – electromagnetic weapons systems have been used extensively in assassinations (accidental deaths) since the 1970s for example in 1996 following Operation JAMIE04281996 (MSM narrative Port Arthur Massacre, Tasmania, Australia) a DEW was used to target the flight crew of an Army helicopter in Operation BLACKOUT06121996 (MSM narrative Tragic Black Hawk Helicopter collision Townsville, Australia). Question everything.
The Australian Army has always excelled at paperwork adopted from the British. Which is why we have a starting point for our family stories in paper records for those that served and died since WW1 through to today.
Injured in the field or sick squatting over a hole with the runs – fill this form out. Going on leave – fill this out in duplicate. Common people! 24 shootings happened whilst Martin Brian was being interrogated by a police Negotiator. What did he have a Bluetooth gun?
I was not at Port Arthur and so cannot claim to know if Martin Bryant was or was not involved in the shooting. However more than 50 years ago when in the Dutch Royal Army I succeed in achieving the first prize in a battalion shooting competition on all weapons. I had a near perfect score of 39 out of 40 whereas the second place gather was 29 out of 40 and all the rest far less than that. If indeed it is claimed that Martin Bryant was able to shoot and kill 20 people in 90 seconds from the hip, and considering he would have to be shooting at moving targets, then I do not accept such a scenario may be reasonably accepted.
Megan Holliday in her post present parts of 2 eye witnesses. And, I am not going to place in question that they were not telling the truth. They may very well have done so but the question is what they held to be the truth was this factual? Over decades of cross-examining witnesses I for example cross examined 3 medical doctors each having their sworn Affidavits. I accepted that each of them was telling the truth, but the truth they were stating was not factual as I was able to prove to the court. Each doctor when asked about other matters they admitted not to know about, albeit it was as evidence before the court, admitted that if what they knew was not about all factual issues then their Affidavit must be accepted upon what they only knew. As such, each Affidavit was relating to circumstances that never existed as such. People often will interpret something to whatever they saw. People trying to hide may have rather not bothered to take a close look at who did the actual shooting. In one case opposing Counsel submitted even GPS charts to show where precisely each photo identified by the 2 witnesses was taken. As such making clear there could be no doubt about the location each photo was made. During cross-examination both emphatically insisted that those photo’s were taken by GPS from the location stated and were of the same building. I then stated to tone of the witnesses: I put it to you that you are not telling the truth, are you?” The trial judge interrupted me asking me if I was calling the witness a lair. I responded that the witness was the best person to clarify this. I then asked the witness to look at one of the photo’s which showed a white timber house with a red galvanized roof and yet the other picture he identified being the same house was with a white roof. The witness then admitted it couldn’t be the same house and when asked where the other photo was taken he actually admitted he didn’t even know where the building was. And, this is what proper cross-examination is about. To bring out conflicts of factual matters. Did anyone videoed a competent trained police offer or army man to demonstrate being able to shoot 20 moving objects in 90 seconds that would be deadly? If a competently trained person could not manage this then how could Martin Bryant have performed such a feat I wonder. As for recognizing Martin Bryant as a bus stop. There was this man who was (in the USA) imprisoned for rape, he all along denied having been involved in. He already served some 18 years when he got a new cell mate boasting about the rapes he had committed. So this man having already served 18 years was smart enough to get the others DNA and passed it on to Authorities, and they found he was a match to the rape incident. Yet, the victim afterwards made clear that even so she now knew he never raped her to her he still remains in her memory the rapist.
It is not uncommon that someone having seen some image of an alleged criminal then has this image in mind regardless this image belongs to an innocent person. As I understand it shortly after the shooting the picture of Martin Bryant was going around and this could very well have caused incorrect detail in the memory of those claiming to rely upon their memory. Let us keep in mind that there is far too much doubt in what really eventuated in Port Arthur and the community is not served at all if an innocent person is imprisoned. Hence the truth must be properly explored. I do not accept that a 75 restriction can be justified, as that in itself can be deemed to cover up something. We, the People have a right to know the truth!
It’s time for the people to know the truth and for these scum bags to face jail time before we reach the point of ni return wake up people and take action demand accountability.

I have never replied on anything frootloop conspiracy,,, enthusiasts have said about Martin Bryant, but reading boycott Tasmania, what 26 years after the event infuriated me, so, fact no.1 when I was 22 long before PA, I was standing at a bus stop with my youngest son, this young blonde guy was standing near us, he kept moving around putting his hands in and out of his pockets, I avoided looking at him which I don’t do, I will talk to ANYBODY but my gut said go, so I started walking, as I was walking I thought, 🤔 maybe he just had something wrong with him, I turned around and he was only about 4 steps behind me!!!! It was Martin Bryant, he followed me and my baby for 3 bus stops, when the bus came I was so scared I could barely get my bus fare out, he stood across the road and watched us get on that bus knowing that I was visibly distressed by him,2 most important,bmy brother freinds were at Port Arthur when the shooting started, it WAS Martin Bryant, if there were other shooters they would have made sure it was known, they watched in hiding as he just mowed people down, he used to be allowed into port Arthur for free, and it pissed him off that he couldn’t do that anymore, and 3rd my ex husband is a prison warden at Risdon, he has only met him twice, and the wardens have obviously spoke about this amongst themselves and they have no doubt, this is Tasmania!!! I used to think that Martin Bryant was an innocent scapegoat who has languished in prison since 1996. I am now convinced that Martin Bryant played the role of the gunman for the purpose of the official story without committing any of the murders and that he is not in prison but is living somewhere free under a new identity. I believe that the interviews his mother provided to the media were just staged theatre to support the idea that he is actually serving time in prison.

After some research and seeing the pattern – this young fellow with the mind of a child could not possibly do what was described as a “highly skilled” shooting.. Very sad.. for all of us..
