Finally a Parliamentary investigation about 5G technology after Telstra has installed towers in all states

19 Sep 2019  – 5G opportunities and challenges to be examined

The House of Representatives Standing Committee on Communications and the Arts has commenced a Parliament-first inquiry into fifth-generation (5G) mobile network technology.

The Chair, Dr David Gillespie MP, said that the Committee will examine the deployment, adoption and application of 5G in Australia.

‘5G will transform the way we live and work, and provide opportunities for family life, industry and commerce. It will power smart homes and cities and provide new ways to experience entertainment, and at the same time transform transport, logistics and industry’, Dr Gillespie said.

Dr Gillespie added, ‘5G is expected to be significantly faster than current mobile network technology, delivering more capacity and faster mobile data speeds for consumers. We want to hear about the opportunities and challenges of 5G’.

About Editor, cairnsnews

One of the few patriots left who understands the system and how it has been totally subverted under every citizen's nose. If we can help to turn it around we will, otherwise our children will have nothing. Our investigations show there is no 'government' of the people for the people of Australia. The removal of the Crown from Australian Parliaments, followed by the incorporation of Parliaments aided by the Australia Act 1987 has left us with corporate government with policies not laws, that apply only to members of political parties and the public service. There is no law, other than the Common Law. This fact will be borne out in the near future as numerous legal challenges in place now, come to a head soon.

  1. WHAT ? ? ? The Chair, Dr David Gillespie MP, who has such ‘nice’ things to say about this technology, he is going to be the chairman? This crap, 5G, has had so much bad reports. It should be only for the Military, if at all, that is what it was developed for. Fighter airplanes ONLY.. It is said to upset people’s health. Since I have had NBN, the modem had made me sick, until the 5G part was dis-enabled.

  2. Nothing in that report says they’ll be looking into the dangers 🤔🤔🤔

  3. I am so glad we stayed with ADSL! Especially as 5g is tied up into NBN.We consider it very dangerous after reading all we could about it.
No NBN for us..it is not necessary!
I have a very tech minded husband who is one step ahead of them.He actually built a computer back in the early 1980s,y before commercial ones came on the market.
