If women are left defenceless then they need self-protection. Pepper sprays, electric prods or handguns have been used in the United States for decades with very few reports of misuse. Heavy penalties apply if misused.
Many centuries of Common law gives us the right of self-defence, but the corporate political parties have denied honest citizens to use force against force.
The political parties claim they own our children and they will protect them and naturally us the parents. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Television news yesterday was awash with the funeral of the young girl, Aiiwa Maasarwe murdered in Melbourne by a young indigenous man. Could she have survived if she had some means of self-protection?
Probably because the conditions for self-carry are to have undertaken a rigid firearms handling course before getting a licence, but if it is widely known that women legally have a means of self-protection, such as a gun or mace then the attack most likely would not have occurred.
How many more women have to be murdered before the political party quislings take action?

I love your passion mate but the tides turning i see it every day the people are fed up with the political elite and are openly voicing their opinion and disgust towards this ponzi scheme all its needs is a will and a passion to make it happen. The term ” no army can stop an idea whose time has come” rains true and loud today more than ever before you can feel it in many people that you talk to everywhere you go, they know somethings a miss they just need someone to offer them the red pill to wake them up and get them motivated and in the fight to reclaim our country.

we the people are born the the inalienable right of self defense from birth its is given to every human being on the planet by their creature it is not given to you by some bureaucrat people need to wake up understand this and take their power back in their own hands instead of constantly giving it away. We the people must stand together and reclaim our birth right and take back control of our own destiny, and not allow some unelected shadow government dictate to us from some hidden place in Brussels or inside the UN where ever these crazed power hungry scum bags are hiding we the people are in control not them wake up people and take action against those that seem to destroy you your family and your way of life.

With respect to “The Gun Laws” in Australia, they are post 1973, why is that important?
Because The treasonous traitor Whitlam unilaterally re-wrote the constitution and excluded the ‘heir and successor’ of Queen Victoria as head of government who is mandatorily head of the Commonwealth of Australia Parliament. and MUST assent to any new act of parliament before it can become a statute law. He did this without a referendum to stand aside the 1901 constitution, also mandatory, which means that the 1901 constitution is still the ONLY valid constitution.
Therefore, Whitlam’s “Australian Constitution” has no legal (or lawful) authority. It also goes without saying that no “law” promulgated under his constitution has any authority either, because the Queen, (the REAL Queen) has been excluded from his constitution (this is what makes it high treason), she has no authority under that constitution to assent to ANY laws. Post 1973 laws are policies of the corporation calling itself The Australian Government. Those people who now carry guns “legally”, are not policemen and women, but “policy enforcers” (not much difference between the words policy and police, but a world of difference in practice). They are no longer there to protect the people, their job is to protect the corporation,. They do however have a monopoly on force…might is right!
The only way “We The People” are going to win this one is to take a leaf out of Ghandi’s book, wholesale civil disobedience, but since Australians are apathetic, don’t hang by the feet waiting for that to happen.
Incidentally, in Switzerland, where all males over 21 years are issued with a rifle, ammunition, and trained every year on how to use it, there are NO home invasions
As free people (?), we have certain inalienable rights conferred on us from birth, or even before. Main here being the right to defence of self, your family and others, and in some cases, your property (i.e. preventing arson to your home) against harm by others.
This is the case for every person in every nation of this Earth, truly a universal law, one that cannot be rescinded or abrogated. Why then are most Australians prevented from accessing the single most useful tool to accomplish this ideal? In certain states, the use of a firearm in self defence, even if not actually fired at wrongdoers, is illegal and no mitigation accepted for such use.
It is farcical that one must be expert in unarmed fighting if accosted by a knife-wielding thug, so that you don’t use more than equal force in your self-defence when facing robbery. I bet if fit young men suddenly found themselves as possible victims of pack male-rape by a gang, there would be more understanding of the dangers all women face when alone!
All successful predators pick on weaker prey, that is nature’s way. So why are women, the young, the aged or infirm and the disabled, prevented from overcoming the disparity of force prevalent in most all instances of violent attack? It is simply that, unless you wear a blue uniform, are our political betters, or rich enough to afford bodyguards, you just do not count as a full citizen of this country.
The elites don’t care wether you live or die they prefer you dead anyway less mouths to feed and less people around easier to control this situation really makes my blood boil and it needs to change we the people who are there employers need to force the change for those who resist need to be removed by force if arrest if necessary.
A thought just came to mind, you may remember, some years ago, a white youth was being mugged by three coloured”thugs” on a New York underground. he pulled a gun and killed one and injured another the third ran off.
Whilst the authorities did not get the message,…the muggers did, there were no assaults on New York trains for over six months.
This post raises some contentious issues. The question of self defense is one. I am happy to be corrected if wrong, but it is my comprehension that common law provides for a man or woman to carry a gun to protect themselves from protestants, and is a law considerably predating the 1901 constitution, therefore cannot be repealed by a government UNDER the constitution.
The question of government ownership of children, is correct.
When a child is born, or shortly thereafter, the parents “register” the birth ( because they have been indoctrinated to think they must).
Black’s Law dictionary first edition defines “to register” as “to relinquish or re-assign ownership”. So you can see from this that parents unwittingly hand over their kids to the government, The next thing that happens is that the gov. sets up a cestui que trust, with the same name as the parents have given the child,except that the trust name includes the ‘sir’ name. in the fullness of time they indoctrinate the child to believe that the name of the trust IS their name, and identify themselves as the trust.
With ownership comes control, since the gov. owns the trust, and the child (adult) believes they ARE the trust, the gov. claims the right of control.
Look at the name on your driving license, it is in all capitals. Roman law, (the basis of much of our current law) decrees that a person who’s name is in all capitals, is a slave with no rights.
If we believe the bible, then all men are borne equal under God, therefore, one equal may not command another to perform. But a trust is not born, it is created and owned by some entity, ……and with ownership comes control.
