Cairns News cannot believe the breath-taking hypocrisy of Bill Shorten when he asked Turnbull in Parliament if he would sack Barnaby Joyce over his pregnant girlfriend. We read about Shorten’s widely-reported extra-marital dalliances and rape allegations which leave him with no feathers to fly with. He really is a grub, according to readers, whose expertise would be better applied to being a brothel manager.

Yes the worst comes out in such scandals……I am appalled that the DENIALS from the PM alleging that he didn’t know what was going on between Joyce and the staffer.Can we TRUST the Coalition Government as both appear to contradict each other…

Bill Shorten needs to be pulled up, he would be the biggest hypocrite in Parliament. Why does the Coalition allow him to get away with it? I know he and Turnbull are ‘blood brothers’ but why don’t other Parliamentarians bring up his dalliances? Both he and Turnbull are despicable.

As much as I dislike Shorten you’re barking up a tree that’s been chopped down, Shorten was investigated by the police years ago for what you call his dalliances and they found he had no case to answer for (google it), Joyce on the other hand went to the people of New England in the by-election claiming to be a family man with family values and all the while he’d left his missus months early and was shacked up in rent free accommodation with a pregnant staffer, no wonder he didn’t have the guts to turn up to debates with the other candidates pre election.

He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone. Why pretend we are a righteous country, when a majority have never heard of the word, or wouldn’t know what a “moral life” was anyway. They are bad enough in the NLP, but God help us if Shorten ever becomes Prime Minister. I would run away, but where to? Maybe we need to bring back the Lord’s Prayer into schools and learn the Ten commandments again, like most people over 60 remember. When we are gone, who is going to teach anyone the differene between right and wrong?

Bev you and Annie have both brought up Shorten and as I said to Annie Shorten was investigated by the police years ago and they found he had no case to answer unless you’re suggesting Shorten and Joyce were sharing the affections of Vikki Campion?

The truth is there is no one in LNP or Labor that isn’t as bad or worse , they are all lying, hypocritical, thieving low life’s that shouldn’t be in any position of authority , until we get someone like Bob Katter in charge Australia will continue to go down hill at 100 miles an hour and the number of small businesses that close up will grow every day

Ed I’m no Shorten fan but you Red Necks are a bigger joke than Joyce, Joyce stuffs up and you try and shift the blame on to Shorten, this is about Joyce creating jobs with excessive pay for his girlfriend who he was living with while she was pregnant when he went to the by-election claiming to be a family man with family values, then again to a Red Neck that’s probably normal practise as you are all pretty backward!

This more recent bed hopping of Shortbrain’s will be allowed by Malcolm Turncoat’s edict which still allows pollies to screw each other, but keep out of staff beds. While you are at it why don’t you ask Shortbrain’s mother-in-law about her inglorious law career in Queensland? It has been somewhat likened to former Governor Leneen Forde, an ALP chosen State Governor who got caught with her fingers in the Castlemaine Perkins till. Ed the stories about Joyce not Shorten no-ones talking about Shorten except a few small minority Red Necks like yourself, it doesn’t really matter if you bring up Shorten as a distraction for Joyce because the only ones that care are you and your fellow knuckle dragging Red Necks, everyone else is talking about Joyce even Alan Jones and staff at 2GB have an office pool going for which day Joyce will get the arse! they’re not talking about Shorten. I do put the ALP above the LNP but not by much, I’m more interested in the truth, you know the truth Ed? that’s something you don’t let get in the way of a good story like your story about Shorten to divert attention away from Joyce, the Red Necks might be gullible enough not to see through you so thank Christ they’re a small minority.
