I am going through the court system over not paying my annual $22 dog registration so far I have been in Court 5 times its cost the City of Wodonga approximately $12,000 and counting.
It seems the City of Wodonga wants to make an example of me so it will stop other citizens trying to take on City Hall. My case has been now sent to the Supreme Court. I have subpoenaed the Victorian Attorney General for Assented Legislation for the following 1975 Vic Constitution No 8752,The Courts administration Act No8752, The 1989 Local Government Act No 11, The 1994 Domestic Animal Act No 81, The Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984. The Subpoena Required a wet ink signature of the Governor and a wet ink signature of Her Royal Highness with the Queens Royal Seal, Just to keep everyone squeaky clean I required the sworn copies of all Documents with the Queens wet ink Signature for the appointments The Hon Sir Henry Winneke, The Hon Richard McGarvie and The Hon Linda Dessau.
As a result of the subpoena I received a letter back from the Attorney General saying that the Documents don’t exist and GET THIS – he will go to Court to stop me from getting any of the Documents. This he did and the Judge refused me access to the anything in the Subpoena. How’s that for loyalty.
I am in Victoria but if I was near Cains I would be out at Johns place I hope people turn up in mass Good luck to him If he losses we all loose bit by bit.

Unthinking, delusional and obedient slaves that pay corporations without hope of any benefit for these payments are the “nut jobs”.
These corporations, called ‘government’ have ABN’s. They are businesses who cannot prove they have any authority over anyone, so they use extortion and coercion, which are both crimes, for monetary gain. They are actually criminals.. and you think people should continue to support these criminals? Do you think we should just cop it as Australians while we are fleeced?? Are you a traitor to your fellow Australians?

Well done for handing the responsibility to prove their case back to them. It sounds to me that the ‘AG’ and the other person impersonating a public ‘servant’, (aka ‘judge’), are, by way of their behaviour, proving that the documents do not exist, that is, that there is no ‘royal assent’.
The ‘laws’ they impose on the Australian people are nothing more than the current opinions of the corporation and it’s subsidiaries, that calls itself the Australian government.
It’s a ‘numbers’ game, the more people that demand to see proof of authority from ‘judges’, ‘magistrates’ and other ‘public servants’ the more people will realize that their authority simply does not exist, they are criminals of the worst kind, traitors to their fellow Australians.

More and more, Big Brother is tightening the noose.Soon we won’t have any rights at all.People are becoming very sick of what is happening.I live just over the border and we see every day where money is being wasted by both Albury and Wodonga councils, using borrowed funds.Albury are very busy digging up footpaths that have nothing wrong with them, plus digging up the gardens running down the middle of roads which are reasonably new…nothing wrong with them…WHY?

Ever since I only visit Victoria by phone with the last 6 months encrypting all calls to relatives trapped in that mire of corruption run by Bunyip aristocracy, looney Greens and Islamic hoodlums overseen by the best judges and police force money can buy.
