This morning at 9.30am heroic freedom fighter David Walter was sentenced to jail for three months, eligible for parole after one month, allegedly for contempt of court.
Magistrate Jane Bentley during a hearing yesterday warned Walter to stop questioning her authority as a Magistrate under the corporation, Queensland The Smart State.
The hearing was aborted after Walter refused to back down.
Walter was thrown to the floor and handcuffed by Court Protection Officers, a private company owned by Queensland Police Service, contracting to Queensland Courts.
Supporters of Walter have advised they will file a Writ of Habeas Corpus today, seeking to have him released from jail.

These Courts are Maritime/Admiralty. They are conducting business on a Trust account that appears to be named similar. It will be in all capitals Dog-Latin and similar to that on a tomb stone.

However this is a foreign Court in the Hague and we have not once used the Grand Jury concept to bring remedy to those effected in this Country.

A couple of my friends have successfully used this tactic. The advantage is you get to educate the court because the state & federal attorney generals MUST read & respond to your submissions.

I have also battled our corrupt systems and have been to the Brisbane supreme court on numerous occasions. The following link describes a situation where numerous judges agreed the matters were definitely criminal bt then refused to allow Affidavits to read to the Court and the judge bolted out of the courtroom when i kept reading the criminal issues to him. As a CONSTITUTIONALIST I would be concerned if the magistrate imprisoned David Walter for requesting prove of authority. After all as I have often quoted and published on my blog at http://www.scribd.com/inspector-rikati.com the moment one challenge the jurisdiction of any court then the court cannot proceed with the matter that was before it as it must first deal with the jurisdictional issue and only if it dismissed the objection to jurisdiction can the court proceed with hearing the matter that was before it. In my view, the Magistrate never invoked jurisdiction if the magistrate failed to appropriately hand down a reason of judgment and orders to dismiss the objection to jurisdiction. The challenge to the authority of the magistrate I view is equal to an objection to jurisdiction.

I was just going through the recording of the incident, I got just the last 2.5 minutes of it.
It has put a clearer prospective of the incident.
Now listening to the recording I can put the voices to the actions I witnessed in regards to the brutal handling of an elderly human being.
The two Police officers that assaulted Mr Walter should hang their heads in shame, and be charged for assault!!
He was attempting to leave the court room (after venting) but to be met by two night club bouncers (the cops) at court room 4 door, and when he proceeded to push past them since they were “in the way” (refusing to move) the two public servants smashed him to the ground.
I have never felt soo much hatred toward another human being when watching those two thugs smash an elderly fellow human being the way they did. It is my nature to help & assist elderly people, and it took all my strength not to head lock and drag those thugs off of him.
They have sworn an oath to protect the public, except they were there that day to serve the corporation.
There used to be a saying in the legal fraternity……if you are not helping then you are harming!!! There was nothing but harm being committed toward this chap.

Not only David Walter has made formal complaints to the state and federal police, and a host of politicians, but I know of at least three other high profile fighters who have made formal complaints too. David Walter was bankrupted as a non-party to a court hearing at which he did not ever attend. This cost Mr Walter more than $300,000 in unpaid rates to four regional councils allegedly owed by people he had never heard of. He has not ever visited two of these shires. Hi Editor, I was there yesterday for interest sake and I was appalled the way the magistrate firstly allowed Mr Walter to speak on two separate times, a three minute and a five minute time limit, but during both times the magistrate stopped him within seconds and prevented him to have his say. It was very obvious there was contempt toward Mr Walter from the magistrate, even where she clearly said that she would not read information she was directed at. She was even twenty minutes late to her appointment, making the people wait.
I now wonder if she was late because her handlers were wording her in!?
To me, it was clear as she was there to prevent the “true” justice!

If you really want to achieve knowledge then go to your local police station with whatever ‘legislation’ you think is correct and make a complaint about somebody in relation to it. The POLICE will have to investigate it. Even if they don’t or won’t take action, they will have to let you know why. So in otherwords if you give them some legislation and complaint which you think is valid, then if it is not valid they will have to tell you what trumps or amends that legislation.
