This email was sent to the Greens on 6th June 2016 yet to receive a reply.

Dear Senators Lee Rhiannon and Richard Di Natale,

It has come to my attention that there are TWO community groups in Australia that are currently being supported financially (via poster printing) by Senator Lee Rhiannon that could be considered unworthy of any style of support in a civilised society.

The activities of these groups, which share the same logo and most likely the same people, fall so short of community expectations as to be regarded as scandalous.

The activities of these two groups are -slander, theft, assault and attempted murder.

Posters bearing the words “authorised by Senator Lee Rhiannon” & “printed by Senator Lee Rhiannon – Parliament House, Canberra ACT…..” have been seen and photographed around numerous suburbs, not only myself and people I am associated with but also by members of the general public for both groups.

The posters from the second group I have only recently had confirmation of, which is the reason in the delay in dealing with this matter.

The first group is anti fascist action sydney, who have a web page https://antifascistactionsydney.wordpress.com which is comprised of smear and rather feeble attempts at Alinsky style ridicule.

Because WordPress is in the US, legal action would be difficult.

If it were an Australian IP, slander charges would have a good chance of success.

Although the web page could be regarded as childish, and probably anyone with a bit of intelligence would see it as baseless smear and deliberate tarnishing of reputations, it does breach what normal people would regard as falling within societal norms.

In particular, myself being accused of assault, when in fact ( and it is a matter of police record), it was in fact MYSELF who was assaulted, is totally unacceptable slander.

Please explain: – Why has Senator Lee Rhiannon NOT checked the activities of this group, to ensure they fall/operate within the expectations of the broader community before providing taxpayer funded support?

I do recognise that it is all lawful that political groups can provide some material support for community groups who are on their wavelength.

However, to the normal reasonable thinking person, if anti fascist action sydney are on the wavelength of ANY member of the Australian Parliament, this should certainly be sounding the alarm bells.

The second group that has had posters authorized and printed by Senator Lee Rhiannon is the group Antifa. This group CLAIMS to fight racism and be anti-fascist.

These two claims are quite dubious and their modus operandi is even more dubious.

A quote – attributed to Sir Winston Churchill –“The fascists of the future will call themselves anti fascists” well describes the violence with facial/ identity concealment that this group is well known for. This is a matter of video record by Channel 9 news from both the recent Bendigo and Coburg rally events.

The behaviour of Antifa is what one would expect from Hitler’s Brownshirts.

The anti-racism guise:- Antifa typically attacks persons/groups that oppose the influence of radical Islam in Australia. The guise of “racism” is spurious.

Please explain- What race is Islam?

This is a crucial question-What RACE is Islam?

Islam is in fact, a doctrine: – The doctrine of submission to Allah, which entails adherence to Sharia Law. Reading the Qur’an and basic research in to the concept of Taqiyya would bring you up to speed with how strict Muslims operate.

Sharia Law contains elements that are at loggerheads with Australian values and contradicts Australia Law. Members of the Australian Parliament are sworn to uphold Australian law and the Australian Constitution, a Constitution based on Judeo-Christian values.

Such practices as female genital mutilation, barbaric animal slaughter, paedophilia, rape and murder of Infidels (all non-Muslims) are proscribed by Islam and Sharia Law. Womens’ rights are non-existent. The treatment of homosexuals leaves a lot to be desired as well.

Violence directed toward those “Islamophobes” who oppose such unsavoury values of Sharia Law is totally unwarranted.

Antifa accuses, convicts and dispenses “justice” to individuals and groups who they do not agree with. Dispensing of such summary “justice” is not proscribed in the Australian legal code.

“Senator Lee Rhiannon, please explain why you provide material and financial taxpayer funded support for Antifa and Anti Fascist Action Sydney when it is clear “opposing racism” is a spurious claim?”

In July 2015, I was with a group marshaling to conduct a fully approved/ permitted rally, the purpose of which was – to oppose the unlawful purchase of Australian pre-existing real estate by foreign interests.

This group, which previously has rallied against Radical Islamic influence, was on this day rallying to uphold Australian law.

On this day , the Antifa people, without the required police permit – counter -rallied and attacked our group leader without provocation.

As I stepped in to free him using both hands, I was punched hard on the left temple – a COWARD PUNCH /KING HIT by one of the facially- concealed Antifa people.

Luckily for myself, my sunglasses took much of the impact of the assault. Without the sunglasses, I could have easily been killed.

Senator Di Natale , as a medically trained doctor would be well aware of the middle Meningeal arterial vulnerability in this region of the anatomy.

I was immediately aware too (it is close to my professional area) that this was ATTEMPTED MURDER.

Please explain – “Why does Senator Lee Rhiannon, who represents the Australian Greens support these kind of thugs?”

How can you support those who would assault someone who was off to rally to uphold Australian law?

I have been advised that Antifa in Europe, train/teach their people to attack in such death zones. This is hearsay though.

Nonetheless, it is common knowledge that a heavy blow to the temple can be fatal.

My wife was filming the event with my camera( there were cameras used on both sides) which the Antifa “people”(if you can call their activities those of civilized humans) snatched from her hands. This is NOT how civilized ,law-abiding humans behave.

She was also hemmed in by the Antifa people, totally hindering her freedom of movement, which is unlawful.

This matter (assault, attempted murder, theft and unlawful denial of freedom) is still in the hands of the police, who unfortunately have trouble identifying those responsible due to the deliberate identity concealment.

Once again Senator Rhiannon, – Please explain why you support Antifa with taxpayer-funded resources?

Please provide a good reason why the Australian Greens SHOULD NOT support a Bill to outlaw facial concealment that hinders identification involved in unlawful activities?

Senator Lee Rhiannon, Please explain – Why you DID NOT conduct even rudimentary research in to the activities of European Antifa groups before providing any material support to their Australian counterparts?

Please explain – Why did you not conduct even rudimentary research to substantiate that Antifa is actually anti-racism or anti-fascist?

Senators Richard Di Natale and Senator Lee Rhiannon – Please explain – “Why do you support a group of thugs that almost MURDERED me?”

Please take this on notice-if the Green Party funded thugs from Antifa maim or kill any of our people, the Australian Greens will be held partially responsible and liable.

It would not be unreasonable to expect a full public apology to the people of Australia that the Greens have been in error funding such groups as Antifa.
