The following emails may be a revelation to the few but confirms what the majority of Australians have thought of our electoral system.

The South Australian recent election revealed 77,000 names were missing from the electoral roll. With queenslanders hitting the polling booth on March 24, and the irrefutable record of government corruption, Bob Katters Australian Party will have to fight on two fronts and against loaded dice.

Read these emails,  spread the message wide and far to the Queensland people…

Robert
It is compulsory to enrol and vote if you are an Australian Citizen and 18 years of age. The compulsory enrolment is contained in the Commonwealth Electoral Act which the Queensland legislation calls up for enrolment. The Commonwealth legislation has penalties for failing to enrol if you are eligible.

In response to your question in relation to showing ID when you vote, I will explain the process that our issuing officers are required to follow at a polling booth.

1. When an elector presents to an issuing officer (IO) the IO asks the elector their name and address. The IO will then look up the name on a certified list (list of electors at the close of rolls) and if found will mark the elector as having voted and hand them a ballot paper. The elector is not allowed to look at the roll.

2. If there is a case of uncertain identity or that the elector has already cast a vote, the elector is required to cast a declaration vote (the ballot paper is sealed inside an envelope which has a declaration made by the elector). The eligibility of the person to cast a vote in the election is checked before the vote is admitted to the count.

The provision of ID before you vote is a policy decision of the Government of the day and not a decision that can be made by the Electoral Commission.

I trust this information will be of assistance. I urge you to enrol and vote so that at least you can have your say at election time.

Cheers

Don

Thanks Don I sure as hell won’t be voting. What a waste of time and money. When the AEC/QEC resumes physical habitation checks of evry residence in Qld and compares the list with the master roll used at the 2012 election you and Ann Bright will find up to 100,000 discrepancies. The lists of fictitious names at correct addresses somehow find their way to the busloads of comrades who do over every booth in each targeted electorate and you have no way of knowing. There are sufficient bogus names to affect the outcome in all marginals. What a waste of time and money. why have elections? Look at the disgraceful South Australian result! 77,000 names missing in action. Bogus opinion poll results set the trends and bingo the result closely resembles it. This scam has been going for long enough. Come on Don give us a break!

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Hi Don I forgot to mention the ECQ scam that has been operating on Cape York Peninsula for years, perfected by the crook Steve Bredhauer former ALP Minister. The ECQ pre-polling is a sham. The ECQ helpers(in the past card carrying ALP members) who assist the blackfellas with their voting because of LLN problems, always show the murris how fill in their ballot papers for them always for the ALP of course. Then whattta you know they are all opened after the poll and somehow they all show ALP votes. Scrutineers have reported for years how all the ballot papers have been filled out identically and they all favour this disgraced ALP. Let me tell you and Mr Kerslake old mates that the people on the Peninsula where I live tell me that if this happens again they will bypass the court of disputed returns and deal with it directly. They tell me this is no idle threat and that it is not even a threat. Anecdotal evidence suggests it is a promise. So I urge you lot get your act together and keep the people informed. The bogus ABC TV ( all networks)and radio polls try to condition people into trends so when the results are flashed on the screens people say well I voted for that party and everybody I know said they would too and look at this result. What has happened. Conditioning old mate on the idiot box. As every informed person is aware Mossad run the Sydney ABC and its from there most of our troubles start. So please be a patriotic Australian and help cut the entrenched corruption and do the right thing.
